The last 5 times I have attempted to eat at this place I was only successful once. Allow me to explain. The first time I tried ordering through the app and it wouldn't go through. When I got there I realized it was because they weren't open at 10:45 at night when their times say open till midnight. The second time I went it was the same thing. I showed up at 11:00 pm and they were closed, no cars all the lights were off yet it says open till midnight. The 3rd attempt I went a little after 9pm and they were open. I talked to the girl at the window and asked her about being prematurely closed and she had no idea what to tell me. A week later I made two more attempts. I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt because I like Whoppers. This time I get there at 10pm and I'm told they are out of beef, no whoppers. Two days later the same thing. I know this franchise has been struggling for a very long time and I wanted to support them but you can't help a place that can't hep itself. Longest drive through I've ever been in. Don't plan on stopping here on your lunch break you'll be late getting back to work. This is both my first and last time coming here. it doesn't matter what day you go but after like 8 pm there will NEVER be beef or impossible beef. they admitted to shutting off the machines a few hours before closing to "clean them" and make all the food for the rest of the night. they close at midnight. why are they cleaning and shutting off the machines like four hours before closing.. are they really so lazy or is this a policy by the management????? they are always out of things. I've even gotten a burger with no lettuce or pickles because they were out with NO money back. this makes it so hard for doordashers because they have to cancel the order for the customer because they don't report when they are out of beef. read more

This used to be my fav drive thru on the way home from work! They have a nice varied menu, and with one call home to the fam, dinner and desert were done! Well, no more...the Hotdogs were just nasty a$$. Remember how juicy n fresh they were? Not now. I got a stale dog and a shriveled up bun. UGLY and tasted worse. No old wrinkled wieners for us. The hamburger was just as bad. And I swear to you, the meat tasted like it had lighter fluid all over it just like the 4th of July. The Chicken Fries were all Fries and no Chicken! Where do I start. First off they told us there were no refills after we had already ordered our meals. Second the staff was arguing with each other in the back. They had 3 customers at the time and 1 drive through order and looked lost. Dirty tables. I asked for a ranch and they said that they'd have to charge me (Sauce is the least of there problems). They were very rude to another customer who one lady asked in a rude tone "what's your order number" to which he replied he hadn't ordered yet. She walked away from him mid sentence. He then ordered and asked for the restroom code and she said told him he had to order first in a rude tone. Girl, if you don't like your job get a new one. All the customers were disappointed. Went to drive thru and forgot sauces, one of the workers was waiting to be let in so I waited behind her to ask for sauces. Guy let's her in looks at me and straight ignores me, the girl looks back and continues to walk in. I said excuse me and they straight up closed the door on me, I just wanted some sauce and instead I was kissed off from being completely ignored. I usually go in every few weeks after I finish my shopping at Home Depot next door. Their service usually acceptable. Though this time it was the worst experience I have ever received. Mainly because my fries smelled and tasted like cleaner/sanitizer. I tasted them when I got home. Just to make sure it wasn't just me who tasted the cleaner/chemical compound, I gave some to my brother who also was disgusted by the cleaner/chemical taste. I called the restaurant to let them know to check their fries. The man who answered the phone said we don't use cleaner in our fries. I told him to check and make sure that they didn't leave their sanitizer or cleaning compounds near where they serve the food or maybe one of their workers accidentally sprayed cleaning chemicals where they hold the food or their prep station. I also told him, that if I end up going to the hospital I will be footing the bill over to their restaurant. I'm serious. No one should have to taste that gross chemical/sanitizer taste much less get sick. I purchased 4 fries and 2 onion rings as part of the coupon specials that come in the mail. Only 2 of the fries had the chemical taste the others were clean. If I get sick and go to the hospital and they detect that it was chemical poisoning I'm footing the medical bill. I'm never going back to that Burger King Restaurant again. read more

Today was about the 5th time I had been to this Burger King within the last year. I opened up My Whopper to eat the last of the inside cause I was pretty much full and there was a black spot inside I tried to remove it with my fingers and it only smudged more. It was sort of like a Black soot oil on the napkin and hard to remove from your fingers. I pointed it out to the young man and he said "That is part of their grill." I Told them they "should be more careful that black tar like oil should not be part of the grilled meat." He didn't apologize much less didn't say it wouldn't happen again". This might be the worst run fast food restaurant I've ever been to in my life. I'm always close by so I have gone there frequently. They are always out of something, whether that be Impossible patties, burger patties, or even ketchup and pickles. I don't eat fast food very often but when I do I want Burger King whopper with onion rings. To begin we stood in front of the count for at least 5 minutes...no greeting, no eye contact. Finally a very annoyed looking young lady took our order. The guy working at the grill was clearly not working very fast even though they must have had a long drive through line because we were the only people in the restaurant. Go to get my drink, half the beverages are unavailable. I only drink Diet Coke, no luck. Decided to try Fuze tea, they only had unsweetened which is fine but had to wait a couple more minutes to get some sweetner. It was gross just gross, could not drink. Did not even take like tea. Decided to ask if they had Diet Coke behind the counter. Took another couple minutes to get someone to pay attention so I could ask. They did. Finally got our food after 20 minutes!! Ridiculous. Bathrooms are locked. Need to ask for a key. To be honest I'm done with Burger King sadly. It doesn't seem to matter which location you go to. The staff is rude, slow and apathetic. Wow ... I should've checked the reviews before I came here! I got off a 12 hr shift and I wanted to grab something before getting home and I decided to get Burger King once arriving the drive thur line was massive but I haven't had Burger King in a while so I still decided to wait in that long line. I got there around 7:40ish pm and mind you the cars move like one inch every 5 minutes. When it was my turn to order the person through the mic was rude and when I pulled up to the window the guy look mad once paying and everything he went to the kitchen to check on our food he started yelling at the manager or someone because he was asking for help to take orders because it's so busy and he's the only one taking orders. Seemed like he was stressing on how full and busy the place was! I ended up leaving the drive thur around 8:30pm, I'm not sure why open a place if they are short staffed, but also once getting home i ate my food and puked everything out and my burger was not warm but my dumbass still ate it. read more

Terrible. Went on my way to work (30 min to spare) got there around 9:30 am to order chicken fries and was instructed to pull to the front of the restaurant, park, and wait until they bring it out ("it would just take three minutes to fry"). Another truck next to me waited about ten minutes... when it hit 20 min of me sitting there without getting food-- and not to mention, the worker named Jamie (or something) who ensured me, at first, in the drive through, that shed be the one bringing my food came out twice within those twenty minutes on a break drinking soda. I went in after 20 min of waiting and saw them crying lots of food... no chicken fries and asked a young man who looked like the manager if they forgot. He responded with "you never got them?" At that point I was late for work and hungry and asked for a refund.... he gave it to me and didn't care much about anything else. read more

Visited the Hatch Rd restaurant today. Only 3 employees visible, cashier, cook, and drive through girl. Kitchen floor very dirty. No small drink lids available, they were out of 5 diet drinks on the self serve machine (Diet Coke! ),asked for ketchup, instead of getting a couple packets, the girl went in the back and bought back a very small cup that she had squirted some in. When I went online to complete the Bk survey, I was informed that they had reached their limit for this cycle. Needless to say I will not be going back to this location again.
