Service was great! I was nervous but the food was surprisingly pretty good. The all meat burger was yummy. Their sauce is pretty yummy. The chili cheese fries were good. It was a warm day and full of people but it was pretty warm inside. First time and the burgers were really good, fries my wife did not enjoy but I thought they were crunchy and tasty. I ordered a Rodeo Burger and it was tasty to the last bite. Fresh veggies and lettuce and patty was juicy. My wife got the western burger and she says it taste like Carl's Jr.'s. We got the zucchini and it was okay. The smooth was flavorful. Slightly better than Jack in the Box burgers and crispy fries allows the food to creep past the average. Decent pricing on combos.The service was extremely slow and a roving manager type not very personable ( micro managing the place). Be careful when paying, they add an automatic 20% tip on the payment screen. You must manually choose your own or it will automatically add the 20%. The vibe is Melo. They have a good music channel. Overall, the food is good here. Third time coming. First, I'm going through the drive-through and I don't recommend it placed our order like normal. Went up to the drive-through window. We waited for 18minutes. No one came to the window to kind of give a short update when we finally got our food. The dude just passed it through the window nodded his head and said thanks. We placed our order there was no one behind us or in front of us. There is maybe two cars in the parking lot for gas seat inside so it's not like they were working through a rush. I heard of this place on instagram and it did not disappoint, this place deserves at least 4.5 stars. Everything here was great, the service and seasoning of the food. If you're looking for a place to get some good ice cream, it also was great and the small sundae has a good portion. If you prefer to sit outdoors and enjoy an ice cream with a friend or family, this is a go to since they have outdoor tables. We did not wait more than 10 minutes for 3 burgers and 2 sides. Customer service was a 4.5. Fries 4 husband got a western burger double patties was bland not really any flavor the bbq was runny and sweet . He ate a quarter of it and we are throwing it out. I had the pastrami. The pastrami was dry almost like bacon it had a weird taste to it like the flat top needs to be clean the bread was greasy and old musty taste . Went through the drive thru waited 20 minutes for a rodeo burger and curly fries. I had to make a new order for my family at the window. Another burger, shrimp and wings baskets and a caramel frappe. I offered to wait in the parking lot and they said they would bring it out to me. Rodeo burger: was good! I do wish the jalapeños were spicier and the patty could have a bit more flavor but still satisfied. Fries and shrimp: tasted heavily like oil. But we appreciated the seasoning on the fries in the shrimp basket, and that it was still hot once I made it home. Caramel frappe: way too sweet. Hot Wings: seasoning was a bit strong and salty but my family still enjoyed them. I will give them the benefit of the doubt that they are new and still establishing themselves. But waiting 20 minutes in the small drive thru for a single burger and fries is excessive. I waited an additional 20 for the rest of my order, but there were more cars in line and it was a larger order, so I can justify it. I worried they would forget about me, but didn't! I would come back and try breakfast, the salads and other burgers/sandwiches. I would suggest to add something to set yourselves apart from the other local burger spots. read more

We ordered a western burger combo, pastrami sub combo with a chocolate shake, a kids burger combo but asked for cheese and pickles on it, and a kids fried burrito combo. The milkshake was good and the fries were hot, but they tasted like the fryer oil needed to be changed. The western burger was greasy and the onions in the onion rings weren't cooked through.
