Can't speak to the any meal items, but the hash brown, pies, drinks (sweet tea, coke and ice vanilla coffee) were all as expected if not a little better in fast food standards. I drove 2 hours home to Oakdale, placed an App order on the road. When I gave the order code at speaker, I asked to add a quarter pounder w buy 1 get 1 w code on my previous. M.D. receipt from a review. ( you can't use this in the app)I gave the code and​ was told to drive up, BEFORE I could ask to add 2 apple pies. ( I said, hello, excuse me, hello...she was gone! So I drove forward to the driveup window, I was handed a bag, then I asked for napkins, I was told " they are "in bag( later I found nothing) I then asked to add the 2 apple pies. The lady was INSTANTLY Agressively Angry angry! Shocked I asked what was wrong, she said I hollered at her, WHEN? ( asking for pies¿), before I could respond she took the $3 from my outstretched hand & as she turned away, I asked for a manager, she turned saying " not today" walked a few steps to the rt. side of the window with turning her back to the window, and stood for a minute, doing something. Then she moved around the register now facing the window ( I took 1st photo) she came back handed me the change change, a small bag, then turned & walked to the left away from the window and out of myline of sight. Exhausted, and not very happy, I drove the 5 min. to my house. I arrived at Mc Donald's about 1:30Am, now home, it was about 1:55am. In the bags I found I only had 1 apple pie, and both qtr pounder burgers had everything on them I asked to remove at the drive thru, ( pickles, onions & mustard ) and no napkins. I don't know what kind of evening that employee had, but she knew her discourteous mistake & it was a clear admission she was aware when she removed her name badge, also her statement when I asked for the manager (" Not Today" ) This employee is not new, she may have even been the manager or acting manager that night....I saw no other employees, to verify if her uniform was different. I only stopped out of convenience and I had to eat before taking vitamins & sleep due to health reasons. I havent been back to this Mc Donalds since, I go to the Riverbank store...It is 12+ min. away, but I haven't had a wrong order or bad service yet. ​ read more

We stopped by this McDonald's during a road trip and were impressed by the cleanliness and quality. The dine-in section of the restaurant was pretty much empty, with just one other group besides us. You can use self-order kiosks to order your food (what we did) or order through the mobile app. Either way, you can then grab a table and wait for your food to arrive, if you're dining in. Food is hot and comes out quickly. Our only complaint was that the Chicken McNuggets seem to have gotten significantly thinner. But the dining area and bathrooms are very clean and we felt comfortable COVID-wise. You can expect a standard, reasonable McDonald's experience at this location. read more

This is a nice clean McDonalds with orange painted walls with large pictures of fruit painted on them. Some Christmas decor was up. For some reason it has the same bathroom as many others with a single sink. Coffee was good and hot and service was good and courteous. Nothing shady about this place at all that I could see. read more

Only 2 looked like they were keeping busy. Not 1 asked if i needed help. Several made eye contact with me. I saw my order finally get put out and i asked if it was curbside. Guy said nothing just started taking off tray and throwing in front of me? I asked for a tray for drinks. Drive 2 min home. We ordered cheeseburger pack and extra 20 nuggets. Everything in the bag was cold! Im not talking luke warm, or even the slightest bit warm? Cold burgers. Cold fries, cold nuggets. My kids ordered shamrock mcflurries and I thought, well everything's cold they're probably good? Omg! Melted, and mixed very gross. Literally threw $45 food in the trash! Called for refund they tell me i have to call number on app since ordered on app. App says have to call local restaurant. Disputed charges. Will never go here again! Worst service, terrible quality, and totally aloof to their poor behavior and product? AVOID THIS PLACE IF VALUE YOUR MONEY! My boyfriend ordered me a sprite, they gave him a diet Dr Pepper. He left with the diet Dr Pepper, and returned less than 10 minutes after to swap for the sprite he originally ordered and was asked for the receipt, which lists diet Dr Pepper because that is what they put on the receipt. He told them he wanted sprite and had stated that at the order speaker, but he was told he has to pay for the sprite and couldn't just swap the soda out, even though that is their mistake. Aside from a particularly trophic dream, this was probably the best McDonald's I've ever been to. Right from the beginning, everything about this McDonald's said "user experience". The order kiosk we used was smooth and well designed for the most part, although the overall computing power of such a device does not seem to be very much. Our food came out just a few minutes after ordering, which was just enough time for a tour of the spacious and hands-free water closet. Interestingly, the layout of the McDonald's and the bathroom was exactly the same as a previous McDonald's I have frequented, but this one was much cleaner. But who would go to a McDonald's for the water closet? The double quarter pounders were of dubious weight as they always are, but seemed to provide enough bovine gold and heft for their price. The top bun, topped with sesame seeds, was airy and cheerful despite being the first target of munching. The beef patties were beefy and juicy, and while they weren't piping hot, they were comfortingly warm. The pickles were quite ordinarily pickley. The fries, although other councilmembers at the table might have disagreed, were sproingy and did a very good job of seeming fresh. The chicken mcnuggets were the weak link as they were quite a bit smaller than anticipated, but they made up for it with their signature crisp, smush, and flavor. When ordering these from the kiosk, don't make the mistake of adding ketchup as a sauce because they will give you about nineteen packets of tomato product anyway. The drinks also come with free refills, which is useful if you are on a road trip and want some extra fuel for the rode. Overall, I was exceedingly satisfied and satiated by this McDonald's experience and I would love to revisit this location! read more

This MacDonald's is the worst! Even though I repeated my order 6 times the stoned person at the counter got it totally wrong. The dinning room is a total disaster, food all over the floors and every table top dirty. I pointed out the state of the dinning room to the person giving me my wrong food. Instead of cleaning it the stoner came over and picked up a few napkins and fries under the table I was sitting at while giving me looks dirtier than the tables! Lady who took my order was very friendly. She had such a cheery voice. I like the bun that came on the chicken sandwich. It's better then the regular bun. I really was not a fan of the chicken sandwich. Chicken patty was not thick enough. When you bite in the sandwich the meat seems to disappear . Even though I didn't get pickles on sandwich it oddly tasted like pickles. It wasn't horrible but definitely not my favorite. Sandwich was $5.19 .I would never again pay over $5 for this sandwich. I love how they get $15 an hour and screw up our Oder so bad!!! Simple order of 2 Sausage McMuffins with NO egg, hot cakes. We get our order and start our drive; the girls open up the packages and have 2 Ham with Egg, no butter for the pancakes!! The meals cost $13.98. Hopefully we can find someone homeless that would like a meal. So frustrating that they seem to think they deserve $15 an hour but don't change how they do business.
