INSANE!!!! I went around 8:30 pm and the service was great. the food was SO good. granted they had to make a few things so it was all very fresh. the fries were amazing and the chicken was great. i asked for extra pickles and they gave me three on top three on bottom which was a great surprise! the store looked clean from the drive through & they had a bunch of advertisements for kfc/a&w that interested me. this KFC is the best one i have been to in a while. read more

Just ordered $50 worth of food on 05/16/23 @ 12:30pm and it was disgusting. Soggy bread, overly drenched in old sauce. Wilted lettuce and soggy tomatoes. Fries were luke warm.. Nothing was edible threw it all away. Never again. read more

They are horribly slow. I was at the counter for 4 minutes before anyone even spoke to me. I was tempted to just leave and hit Raleys for a snack before getting on the road again. I ordered two meals, checking in with Yelp we got a free cookie. Took a long time for the meals to get done. When I picked up the order it was packaged to go. We were eating it there- We do not eat in the car unless absolutely necessary. She also said she put in two extra cookies for the wait. One of the meals came with one, we got a free one with yelp and there were three in there. So must be they forgot that one came with a cookie already or she meant to say one. At least the food tasted good. While we were eating we heard one of the employees come back from Raley's with two large things of Mayo because they were out. The ice cream machine seems to always be down here... Sucks for when I'm craving a root beer float and don't want to go far. I usually end up going to Yogurt Mill in Modesto. Their ice cream machines are never down and their root beer float milkshakes make it worth the drive. read more

Read the reviews. They are spot on. If you decide that you want to eat in the sinking area, be prepared to be ignored. They only care about the drive thru. And check your order. How hard is it to get 2 milkshakes, a large French fry and a 3 piece chicken you might ask. Well, at this place, incredibly hard. After finally getting the food I paid for, I wished I had gone to a sit down restaurant. Oh well, I'm glad I was only visiting the area and don't live close by. read more

Do not waste money here. No quality. Ordered chicken strips, they were not good. Breading was wrong. They forgot all sauce and no napkins.

I ordered a meal from the drive-through and when I reached the window I was told to park in front and it would be brought to my car. After twenty minutes of waiting I drove through a second time to ask for a refund. The teenage girl wouldn't refund my purchase and handed me my order which had been sitting in front of her. I asked why it wasn't taken to my car and she said there was only her and one other girl working and they were too busy to bring the order to me. The Papa burger I was given looked nothing like the photo on the menu, but was simply two bad-tasting patties in a plain bun. I don't blame the two young women who were both doing their best--I blame the owner for opening the restaurant without adequate staff. I will NEVER stop there again. read more

Soo many health code violations at this location. Watched an employee with a beard (uncovered) touch his bare feet at the counter. We asked the cashier if he was making food, she said no. Then we watched him walk over and start making food. Then the cashier told us that they just gave the last Coney dog to someone at the counter while we had already been sitting in the drive through for 5 minutes. We will never be back here. From what I could see, they didn't even have sanitizer in the buckets. Needless to say we got a refund and left. read more

Customer service was awesome!!! While I was there, a very rude customer came in clearly upset, and the worker that was getting yelled at, for a very minor thing, took it well, apologized and made it right, all while being very nice and polite to this rude guy. The employee then turned to me and apologized. I felt bad for the worker. He then took my order, laughing and joking with me, and I got my food and was out of there in no time. The service here was okay, very friendly guy taking our order. It took a little longer than usual to get our food and the tables are odd and the booths are very uncomfortable. When my boyfriend and I got our drinks, his rootbeer was really flat and my water tasted like chlorine. Went to this place today. The guy behind the counter was a JERK . and was taking a Big Order from another Jerk that was trying to pay with a One Hundred dollar Bill. The jerk behind the counter was making small talk with the Jerk that was making his order and that slowed things up even More. The Jerk behind the counter didn't have change so he called his Boss Jerk his Boss jerk took the Bill to the back and after a couple minutes he came back with the change. mean time we were still waiting to place our order now for over 10 minutes after the jerk got his change a woman that came in from the other side of the line moved in to make her order ahead of us and another man was right behind her trying to move in to be next when we were there before any of them but the jerk behind the counter didn't seem to care who was next. I've been here on and off, 4 or five times over the years, and must say that every time I do, I regret it and vow to never go here again. I will say that I do love Rootbeer Floats and Freezes and this is partially the reason for my temptation. However, it should be obvious to anyone paying attention that all the fast food in town is bustling with business and this place is not. Service is slow, possibly because the few workers there (and I mean few) are too busy gossiping, leaning on the counter and generally inattentive to the customer, although really attentive to when break time is, as the girl holding my money stood there talking about it and not processing my order. The place was deserted, as usual, so I could see no reason other than the drive through that we would be waiting. My 5 yr. old son (who was beside himself with hunger) and I stopped by for a simple burger, fries, popcorn chicken and root beer floats. Starting to get agitated I walked up to the counter and said that i was just waiting for my food. The girl said that they were waiting on the patties...The Patties?? I Suppose no one orders those at a burger joint?? 20 minutes is a long time to wait for STALE LUKE WARM FRENCH FRIES, STALE LUKE WARM CHICKEN, and a Hamburger that was SO SALTY it had little taste.
