I went at 8am in the morning and went to get my cupcake order. Sadly, my friend who helped me order picked the WRONG DAY. She said tomorrow but I needed it today. Luckily the baker was super kind and made it for me within 15-20min. It had some customized writing on it and whipped cream instead of regular frosting. I was super thankful and she was incredibly nice. She also added !!! to balance the cupcakes' decorations. She was very patient. Thank you to the person there. The cake was really soft, moist, and many of my coworkers complimented them.

I do love the gas station portion of this Fred Meyer but it really is the worst location to get anything at. At least they have finally started regularly emptying their can/bottle recycling so that one can actually use the bin. I went in just to purchase the green bags and they were completely out. It was right by the self check so I thought maybe the person there might know if there were more elsewhere. If not when they might be in. I get that it was towards the end of their night and waited patiently for them to help a person checking out but WOW - they seriously kept abruptly turning away from me and acting angry with me just for having the nerve to ask a question. They kept just saying they were out of bags - I get that...might you know when you might have them in? They practically screamed at me saying it was up to the state an they have no control. Ummm...ok... it was seriously kind of scary. Though a few weeks back some nutcase in produce also got hyper aggressive with me too so maybe that's how the staff at this location rolls or trickle down effect from management? I have a cane and somedays I walk better than others (don't even get me started on finding the mobile cart etc etc... I just get a cart, store the cane in it and try to do my best to get in and out when I can). The produce restock person does that gritting teeth thing as I am taking a minute to get some avocados as I was trying to get the idiotic Fred Meyer app to work since you have to scan this and that while shopping as you see on sale stuff. I joked - SERIOUSLY....I was trying to just be light and funny since the produce person practically ran me over and seemed annoyed I was standing there trying to scan the code on the stand...that they definitely make you work for your discount. He went into a VERY unnecessary and condescending lecture, talking to me like a small child who has never seen the internet before that what I NEEDED to do was to go into the app and research all their sales before coming shopping and use their list. I genuinely wanted to tell him what he NEEDED to do was to please stop talking to me. And then there is the checkout experience which I have improved since if I buy anything on sale I take photos of the price since about 50% of the time I get to the register an the price is not coming up accurate. Usually the only reason I bought something is that it was on sale and then the cashier argues. So, pull up photo saying that this happens ALL THE TIME so here you go (as I zoom into the clear photo I just took as I was putting it in my cart). Again, I don't have this issue with the other locations. I recently started going to this location a lot more as I was working at an office near a different one.

It might say price is $7.41, but they'll still charge $13.87. Customer service denied price refund.

Do not place pick up orders for next day! If the prices increase between the time you place and pick up an order, they do not charge you the price you agree to. They charge the higher price- even if the sale price tag is still on the package! Absolute bait and switch ripoff. It's insane!

    Flower pot is now mine!

Not a fan! The footprint and layout of this store is ridiculously confusing and takes forever to run down a simple grocery list. Yes, Freddy's carries everything from groceries to housewares to clothing to health & beauty to seasonal to gardening to toys - but this location is way too sprawled out to efficiently accomplish anything. Plus, it's always super crowded which adds to the aggravation. Since I was in the area and needed half&half for tomorrow morning's coffee, I stopped in. Parked in a 15 minute spot because I'm going in for one item but didn't realize I was at the complete opposite end of the store from where the milk and cream are located. While on my way, picked up a handful of sale items - they do have great sales - and then made my way to the register. Self serve had a long line so I went to an attendant line and was the 2nd person. Only problem was the people in front of me had 2 shopping carts full and insisted on packing their own groceries. Pulling out dozens of bags like a magician, they carefully and slowly, painstakingly slowly, began to fill each bag. Putting items in, taking them out, putting them back in upside down, rearranging each item like they were playing a high stakes game of Tetris! *OMMFG* I tried practicing deep breathing, but turns out it doesn't really work when wearing a mask! Finally, the doomsday packers were done and I was able to get my 5 items rung up and then hike back to my car. I almost called a Lyft. Yikes. Note to self - don't shop here! There is no reason to with Traders around the corner and other more manageable Freddy's around town.

First of all, their underwear area was a complete disaster the last time I visited. The floor was completely covered in bras, almost piled up to my knees... I was very confused like I must have missed the apocalypse. This time I was able to really see all of the merchandise! It was laid out so nicely on racks. I swear they used to have carpet... all I know is that it was smooth concrete, so easy to walk around and I don't have to dig through things to find my size. This isn't a bin situation. They also rearranged the shoes and the aisles do seem a touch smaller there which, as far as complaints go, that is a small one. It was also nice that their sizes and the way each of the racks are marked seemed way better. I am a sort of odd sizing and ladies, can we discuss for a moment a few key things. Those of us with substantial breasts... why do all clothing manufacturers want to put a billboard of some type on our chest? And since I am a larger size now and older... it's nice that you want to allow us to show off parts but everything is either a tent or I'm practically naked. And, stop making clothing for larger sizes with material that has zero give. I'm going to rip it even just trying it on! I did find several amazing dresses though that were just perfect... showing off the curves without horribly uncomfortable material. You can always tell the trends happening while going down. The line waiting for a register. This season we are into cloth bandages, obnoxious swizzle sticks for your drinks and pickleball which I am so exhausted hearing about.

It's pretty rare that I get a pass -- usually it's through my 107ist membership -- so I end up going maybe once a year, if that. On the plus side, there's plenty of parking and the store itself is clean and well organized. The clothing selection is definitely trendy... maybe too trendy. It feels geared more toward teenagers and young adults. I've visited a few times now and honestly haven't found any apparel that interests me. A lot of it comes off as flashy. I was hoping to see more outfits tied to big events like the Winter Olympics or the World Cup, but while they did have a few jackets and pants, they were pretty boring overall. The real draw here is the shoes. About half the store is dedicated to footwear, and there are some really nice options. Most shoes are around 40% off, with the non-discounted pairs clearly marked. Prices on display shoes usually range from about $145-$220, so you can do the math to decide if it's worth it. Even with discounts, many pairs still start around $80 and go up from there. Clothing, on the other hand, still felt overpriced even after the employee store markdowns. I've been here three times now and still haven't bought a single thing. In comparison, I've purchased multiple items at other brand employee stores. That said, if you're already planning to buy Nike shoes, this can definitely be a solid deal. One standout positive: the employees have always been very friendly and helpful.

Often when I am seeking an item and do a search for best price, Kohl's ranks up at the top. Even better than Amazon at times. Case in point, I wanted the NutriBullet 900 and Kohl's had the best price around so I purchased online, using coupons found online, and did an in store pick up to avoid the shipping cost.
