Okay I have been hearing about this store in all the socials etc... I was very excited to go. It…read moreis on the other side of town from me but nonetheless I was excited and I was going to be over there for another event. I went right at the end of the year so maybe that was the problem -- but I was VERY unimpressed. 1/2 the shelves were empty. LITERALLY. They had GREAT sales on Christmas stuff but that was nearly all I found interesting and that was limited obviously since it was past Christmas season. The candy section (I was super excited for) was nearly empty. The dog section I was happy to see ... was nearly empty. Things are mostly $5-$7 and frankly as low quality as Dollar Tree. The store was disheveled. The best experience about it was the checkout -- I LOVE self check out. I was offered a bag and had to pay for it but still... I was told it was like Dollar Tree I don't find it to be even as good as that. Maybe I need to give it another shot in the future. Right now certainly not making a trip specifically for this.

Environment: very big and spacious area!…read more Staff: welcomed us and also helped us at the self-serve cashier area if we needed it. I've never been to Five Below before but seen loves of videos from other states and it looked really nice and affordable. They have lots of stuff here for sure! It's a mixture of Dollar Tree, Daiso, and Miniso so you can find clothing, merch, accessories, skincare, games, toys, candies, snacks, etc. While there are lots of things, I found some things to be more costly. Such as in the electronics section. While there's a huge variety, I feel like it's a few dollars more than other places. Some keychains and that type of items were a bit more than Daiso, for example. However, they have some good deals on certain things so I would def. drop by from time to time. I got some Korean sheet masks that were reasonable in price and it was very fun just browsing as there was a lot of things to see! It's full of things that I love :)

I was so glad that I did a recent visit. My previous time dropping in was a complete mess…read more Apparently they took a lot of notes because they massively improved. First of all, their underwear area was a complete disaster the last time I visited. The floor was completely covered in bras, almost piled up to my knees... I was very confused like I must have missed the apocalypse. This time I was able to really see all of the merchandise! It was laid out so nicely on racks. I swear they used to have carpet... all I know is that it was smooth concrete, so easy to walk around and I don't have to dig through things to find my size. This isn't a bin situation. They also rearranged the shoes and the aisles do seem a touch smaller there which, as far as complaints go, that is a small one. It was also nice that their sizes and the way each of the racks are marked seemed way better. I am a sort of odd sizing and ladies, can we discuss for a moment a few key things. Those of us with substantial breasts... why do all clothing manufacturers want to put a billboard of some type on our chest? And since I am a larger size now and older... it's nice that you want to allow us to show off parts but everything is either a tent or I'm practically naked. And, stop making clothing for larger sizes with material that has zero give. I'm going to rip it even just trying it on! I did find several amazing dresses though that were just perfect... showing off the curves without horribly uncomfortable material. You can always tell the trends happening while going down. The line waiting for a register. This season we are into cloth bandages, obnoxious swizzle sticks for your drinks and pickleball which I am so exhausted hearing about.

Lots of great finds, just not the right sizes. Things were everywhere, floor to wrong racks. Staff…read moremembers in the fitting rooms were super friendly and helpful. Cashiers were also very friendly. Other than those two time, that was the only interactions I had with staff. Still my number 1 place to find shoes.
