If I could give a 0 rating i would. joe the assistant manager will refuse to help customers locate products in the store. He refused to give me his name and the lady beforehand until another employee who helped me and gave me their information and the store ID. Worse customer service I ever received at any department store. Hopefully they get the proper training they need and hire some new people who really enjoy their job and assist customers when service is needed. read more

I always find more items than I go for. Wrapping paper and bows and cards are my normal purchases and you can't beat the price. Party supplies and Holiday items are fun And cheap. Yes, it's not a beautiful store and you might have to wait in line, but if it's pricing you want...this is the place. Some employees are better at noticing they need to work in the checkout register instead of doing other tasks. That should be number one. As for the girl with short shorts on...maybe some people don't want to see your rump. Can you say moderation in public. She said what your mother should say. Dudes. They've really updated their dollar tree game! Out is the old carpet and in is new vinyl tiles. Really make the store feel and breathe lighter. They've gotten some great employees and I havent seen or heard those two older loudmouths in a LONG time. Working and living close by, I've noticed the uptake in care and displays organized for ease of shopping. This new mgmt team are making it work and I really enjoy shopping here again. read more

Since Covid hit I found some people including the a cashier or two being rude to me. She wouldn't let me have a nice conversation but interrupt me instead. That shows she doesn't want to be there but just want a paycheck. I don't want to go back to this dollar tree. Their customer service sucks. Quick stop for something I either forgot or is cheaper than heading out to the larger retail stores. This location seems to have more variety or at least items in stock from what I have encountered and it is in a convenient location. Just note that if an item is not available in the same spot you found it last time it is probably all out of stock until the next shipment comes in. Depending on how many staff members are available, there isn't too long of a wait. Just remember that for drinks, it is $1.10 for the recycling fee! Seriously, no reviews? It's not exactly the most happening place around town, but it's not exactly new either. This particular trip I took the kid to snag a roll of wrapping paper. It's one of those things I hate to buy because places charge $9 for 3 yards of the cheapest crap paper money can buy. At least at the Dollar Tree I can get away with only paying $1 for 3 yards of the cheapest crap paper money can buy. Seriously, wrapping paper can't get any lower quality than it already is as available at most places. You can certainly get better if you want to go to craft stores and pay $15 or more, but cheaper? NEIN! One of the aisles looks like someone steam rolled a 40 pound roll of gum into the carpet. But it's the Dollar Tree. The whole shopping complex looks like someone built it in the 90's and then 20 years passed and no one's touched it since. But it's the Dollar Tree. They can get away with that sort of thing. This location is close to my house. Typical dollar store. We came in on Tuesday (11/10/20) to grab a few things. The lady that was the cashier was so kind and thoughtful. You can tell she is a genuine nice lady. I wish I would of gotten a name, she was the older lady! She deserves to be recognized for how comforting and pleasant she is. Real top notch service. Even talked to my 9 year old and got her involved in the conversation. Times like this her pleasant approach with her customers can just make someone's day, I know she made mine. The store does not give cash or credit card for returned items that have a receipt. I know of no retailer that does this to their customers. They will only give you store merchandise for returning items. Piss poor customer service and takes advantage of people. Will never go there again. read more

got kicked out and they threatened to call the police on us because my friend was wearing shorts. we are both minors and the way that the staff harassed and disrespected us was disgusting, they said a parent came up to them and said that their child said she was "naked" when there weren't any children even in the store. i'm not sure why someone would be so offended by a persons body that they have to kick them out and threaten to call the police on them. this whole situation was disgusting and i'll obviously not be coming back read more

I've been coming to this location for years; today, I was floored when an employee told a woman, she could NOT have her larger child in the cart, she asked if they had something she could use for her DISABLED child, the employee, rudly told her they do not. Needless to say, she left, upset. I HOPE she contacts someone, anyone through the proper channels. Clearly, this must be in violation of ADA. read more
