    Huge, clean, well organized store.

Can't believe I haven't written a review on this Dollar Tree yet, it's definitely my favorite one in the aportland area. It's huge! And always well stocked and pretty well organized unless you get there during a super crowded time. It's not the store's fault, it's the customers! They pick up items and put them back anywhere. Get mad at them! Not sure why people complain so much about a Dollar Tree. People, everything costs a dollar! You can not expect quality or Nordstrom's level of customer service. Repeat after me, it's a Dollar Tree Store!!! When I need wrapping paper, gift bags and party supplies, this is where i shop. It may only cost $1 but the designs and colors are great. Friends always comment on how beautiful the packages are. Also my go to for certain craft supplies like stickers for homemade greeting cards, certain candies for the holidays (Russel Stover dark chocolate Santa's or Easter eggs), parchment paper and Reynolds wrap, Friskies canned cat food, ziplock bags and some cleaning products. Yes, the lines are long. The bathroom isn't that clean which is why I don't use it. Sometimes the cashier talks too much; sometimes they are stone faced, like today. I don't care! Everything cost a dollar! Oh, and they have a huge parking lot out front and I don't have to walk over street people to get inside like I do at the store in NE. In my book, that's a winner!

It's a dollar tree, not sure what you are expecting. Really cheap badly made, sometimes questionable quality (imported toys for kid and animal from China not sure passed all screening) stuff. It's quite a large store. Pretty well kept up and not messy. I ran in for 2 paper bags to put girl scout cookies I bought someone in. So in and out. It's good for office party decorating stuff, gift bags, empty Easter eggs and get candy else where to fill. Then again I could be snooty. Also simple things like coloring books and simple throw away kid crafts etc. Only had 1 cashier on though and not only was she slow at checkout but had to comment on every single item in the basket. Ohh this is cute, uww cute candle what does it smell like, does it smell good. I thought I was going to kill over. I'm like I just want 2 bloody paper bags for $2 please for the love of everything let me the fuck out!! Not that I said anything. But another lady seeing 5 people in line and this lady still examining and talking about every single item grabbed me and took me to another line. Guess maybe my face might have looked like I was going to have a coronary cause she didn't help anyone else. I did thank her, give her my $$ left and the lady was still with the same customer going over the basket. Like there was only maybe 20 things in there really?!?!!?! Maybe I needed a Snickers.

Parking lot is a mess...trash everywhere

I went right at the end of the year so maybe that was the problem -- but I was VERY unimpressed. 1/2 the shelves were empty. LITERALLY. They had GREAT sales on Christmas stuff but that was nearly all I found interesting and that was limited obviously since it was past Christmas season. The candy section (I was super excited for) was nearly empty. The dog section I was happy to see ... was nearly empty. Things are mostly $5-$7 and frankly as low quality as Dollar Tree. The store was disheveled. The best experience about it was the checkout -- I LOVE self check out. I was offered a bag and had to pay for it but still... I was told it was like Dollar Tree I don't find it to be even as good as that. Maybe I need to give it another shot in the future. Right now certainly not making a trip specifically for this.

I've never been to Five Below before but seen loves of videos from other states and it looked really nice and affordable. They have lots of stuff here for sure! It's a mixture of Dollar Tree, Daiso, and Miniso so you can find clothing, merch, accessories, skincare, games, toys, candies, snacks, etc. While there are lots of things, I found some things to be more costly. Such as in the electronics section. While there's a huge variety, I feel like it's a few dollars more than other places. Some keychains and that type of items were a bit more than Daiso, for example. However, they have some good deals on certain things so I would def. drop by from time to time. I got some Korean sheet masks that were reasonable in price and it was very fun just browsing as there was a lot of things to see! It's full of things that I love :)

Not just furniture but antique bars, neon lights, classic oversized film and music posters and artwork. You can get a lifesize Harley Quinn or John Wayne wooden statue, credenza's or wardrobes along with any kitchen supplies and small appliances you might need. New and vintage choices abound. Also, and most importantly, no pressure from the sales staff. They let you wander around and really look over anything you'd like. As I like to say you don't get the hard sell on the soft couch. It's a good place for people like me who like bargain hunting. One of the big draws for me has been the craft section. Unlike its competitors, Tuesday morning sells yarn. I've been able to find some great color ways in natural fibers for $5 a skein from brands that I recognize. It can be hard to find enough of the same skein for a big project though and they have less yarn than usual. I've also been able to find markers and pencils from brands like Marvy and Spectrum Noir. It's also been a great place for finding candles and blankets. When my husband and I got our first Christmas tree I was able to find a lot of unique and awesome ornaments for $5 a piece that were made from porcelain or metal. Yes I could get cheaper ornaments at Dollar Tree next door but they did not look as nice. During Covid the shopping experience has been a bit more difficult. Everyone is wearing masks but the instructions on which direction to take down the aisle aren't followed. They put down blue tape arrows which was be difficult to see. It's a similar situation at check out -- there are tape asterisks. Yesterday people were standing there not realizing it looked like the were in line and the cashier didn't say anything to them. Also, I know that we aren't supposed to use plastic bags anymore but I don't drive and sometimes need them to transport bigger items home on rainy days. They used to have huge awesome plastic bags as recently as last year, but stopped offering them. They often have awesome looking floral wreaths and I've wanted to get one for a long time. I bought it yesterday but wasn't asked if I wanted a bag, just told to pay. Then when I said I needed a bag I was told that the only bags they had cost 5 cents and what I was shown looked like it wouldn't fit the wreath. Even though there were no customers behind me, the cashier expected me to make a decision right away. So I ended up having to carry the wreath on my arm into the next store and on my way home, which was inconvenient. I know Tuesday Morning is struggling right now since they filed for bankruptcy and closed a lot of stores. Add Covid on top of that and it's probably not an easy time to work there. But I wish the cashiers were a bit friendlier and more understanding about accessibility issues. I would probably shop there more often if that were the case.
