So you might find that random you're looking for or if you certainly care about price. I myself was asked to leave or carry my service animal and was told they don't allow "pets" I think it's fair to say that a service animal is yes a pet but also a huge need for the disability community as well. It's clear I cannot carry my service animal throughout the store while I shop and as I told them service animal they did not follow the correct procedure for this and will be contacting the ALCU and hopefully they can get educated about it. So I'm giving this business a huge thumbs down due to there lack of understanding and failure to comply with regulations in Oregon as a business in a prominent city of Oregon

Lots of great product displays like a cheese and charcuterie arrangement, wine and bubbles, baked treats, and seasonal decor are just some examples. The have really nice greeting cards for just $1.99 each. When it comes to "bargain" prices, meaning less expensive than a big box grocery store, it's hit or miss. Some items are clearly a bargain - huge bag of cotton balls for 99 cents (for make-up removal); a cheese ball covered in sliced almonds for $1.99; a 32 oz container of Galbani ricotta cheese for $4.99 were all good deals - while the majority of items were of equal price and some even more expensive. Lots of local cider, beer, and wine plus national brands. Know your prices because while there are often really good deals, there are also times when they list the regular price and it's several dollars higher than reality. Out front was a beautiful fall display of pumpkins and bins of gourds for great prices. Inside, there was Christmas decor, ornaments and nutcrackers already for sale. Big parking lot and easy access in and off I-5 makes it convenient.

Staff members are always available, but not 'in your face'. Business transactions are safe and exact. You can pick-up or choose delivery. There is ample parking.

Upon arriving at Consignment Northwest, greeted by two nice younger women at the desk. as I looked around I was followed by a young guy - possibly a teenager. He continued to follow me thru the store. I saw some pieces I liked and asked the two women at the counter about delivery, they were helpful and gave me good information. I continued looking and was still being followed, my purse bumped a precariously floor vase and knocked it over. a woman came over and asked what happened, I was trying to pick back up the vase. BTW, the place is very very congested, not a bad thing, but makes it easy to knock things over. She asked me if I was looking at something to cause it to fall and I said I was not. she scolded me and told me not to walk thru that area. No pleasantries, I believe she is the owner. Perhaps because this is Beaverton Oregon, and I'm Black Is why I was followed. If not for the negative experience with the owner and being followed by (whom I can only presume is her son/relative), I will no longer enter into this "business." This is a real shame, as there was a piece I wanted to buy right then (only $275.00) and there with cash, but because of the hostile environment they're missing out on a sale and I'm missing out on a nice piece of furniture. However, the two young women at the front desk were very pleasant. If the owner would prefer not to sell to Black people, perhaps she should place a sign stating that information. It would save a lot of time.

I was pleasantly surprised there wasn't that horrible off-gassing smell at similar type places. However, they did have some kind of odd blinky holiday lights that made annoying noises throughout my visit. I toured each aisle and there wasn't anything to my liking but I can see where a new Asian restaurant could completing outfit their establishment with everything they need. It was nice to see they had real plants! I would consider returning for those or maybe some of their pots. Prices were okay, not great. The store is in front where Long's husband manage has all household items for your kitchen, home and garden which includes furniture, plants, even paintings. This store does look clutter as well, but its a good clutter!! I noticed children's bicycles out in front. This store has EVERYTHING!! Please note that most of the cake toppers (not all), mostly the figurines, were ones I bought separately and added onto the cake as QFC doesn't sell them at their store. If you give them an idea and vision about your birthday cake, they will make magic happen!! I've had this bakery make birthday cakes for my son's 2nd, 5th, and 6th birthday parties. His 7th birthday is coming up so I'm already planning to have them help me with creating an amazing 3D cake again this year! Danette was the cake designer for my son's 5th bday cake (Cuphead theme) which was a full sheet! It was a big project and she was amazing to work with. For my son's 6th bday cake (Fortnite theme) last year, we only did a half sheet and I think Danette also helped, but for the life of me, I can't remember who the other (main) person was, but I do remember the manager also assisted. My son's 2nd birthday cake was a Nightmare Before Christmas themed cake. He loved and still loves Halloween! The entire QFC Bakery staff at this location were amazing and so very helpful each and every time. Everyone always asks me where and who decorated my birthday cakes as they're show stoppers at my parties. We did my son's 5th bday party at Defy and I had random ppl stopping by just to admire the cake! LOL.. My guests also commented about how moist and delicious the cakes were which is really what I care most about with cakes as I loveee a good moist cake. I've shopped at this location for years, and the bakery has always been my go-to for cakes…read more I called the bakery in advance and explained that I needed "Happy Birthday (name)" written on a cake for Saturday, but that I needed to pick it up ahead of time. I had already checked online ordering, which could only guarantee the cake at some unspecified time on Saturday, so I specifically called to make sure I could have the inscription done earlier. The woman I spoke with (in the bakery department) told me it was fine to come in today (Thursday, Sept. 10) and that she would add the inscription. Great! I drove over. When I arrived at 3 p.m., however, the bakery counter was empty. An employee from the neighboring sushi counter went to find someone for me. After I waited a full 10 minutes, she returned and told me that the person who does the cake writing had "left at 2." No one mentioned a 2 p.m. cutoff when I called. I was specifically told to come in, so I made the trip in good faith, waited at an unattended counter, and ultimately left without the service I had called ahead to arrange! Now I'm stuck writing "Happy Birthday" on the cake myself with a tube of grocery-store icing, when the entire reason I called ahead was to have it done professionally. I have a suggestion! If someone asks, how about the bakery staff give customers accurate information about when cake inscriptions are available! Simply telling me, "Be sure to come before 2 p.m." would have prevented the entire problem, and a very frustrating experience for a longtime customer.
