After weeks of waiting they informed us they were never going to receive the chair. Frustrated, we returned the first chair and decided to re-do the room with all new furniture. We purchased 2 sets of the exact same couch and chair. Both the chairs were mismatched. One of the large couches was missing a leg. I contacted Laurie the sales rep we had been working with. He said he would work on finding the leg and identifying the issue. After two weeks and a few check-in's we heard nothing. Finally, I messaged again and Laurie said he no longer worked there. This issue was never resolved. Through the entire process I have had to be the one to reach out, they have never once followed up with us, nor did they come up with a solution or a credit back. I would not recommend using them.
