Great spot located just off of Allen blvd a ways back off the road. Parking right out front and entrance into shop at ground level. Plenty to see here. You could easily furnish an entire home here and decorate it too. Great prices for quality items and a full jewelry display case. The staff carefully removed the shelves and brackets from inside the cabinet that I purchased and put the pieces carefully on a ziplock bag and wrapped the shelves. They even helped load the cabinet into my vehicle for me. read more

This place shouldn't operate. The smell inside is so strong--even toxic. They work on furniture pieces using high VOC chemicals in this large open space. You can't escape the odor--the time I went there. I mentioned it and it was scuffed off like it was nothing. This should be regulated--it doesn't seem healthy to work there. And, to make things worse, I asked them to turn off the loud music just long enough for me to make a phone call to my client so that they could make a purchasing decision to give them business and they declined! Senseless! They don't give a damn about their customers so I won't be back. read more

I loved this place and spent a lot of money here... but the red haired older lady behind the jewelry counter was very rude and the owners need to know about it. I was looking at some beautiful sapphire pieces to match my wedding ring and she did not offer to let me try them on and had a bad attitude. We were also looking at a table and chairs and asked her if she minds us asking about them and pricing. She said yes she minds. Go talk to the front counter people. Wow. Two years ago I picked up a chair for my office here at it was an easy process. The selection is really good and the space is huge. Consignment shopping can be hit or miss, but it's fun to see what's out there. The selection is curated well and the prices are good. read more

Truly terrible experience trying to sell our furniture there. Communication was slow and took almost a month to get a truck scheduled to pick up items. Once finally scheduled, drivers would not pick up because of the street. Everyone on this street (at least 20 homes) have had deliveries and movers easily access this road with no problem. When I called to explain situation, the GM would not reschedule for today or this week and told me I could possibly be put back in the queue which was 2-3 weeks out. I finally decided against selling items after she had made comment "that we were only paying $50 for pick-up and if we were paying more like $300 for a moving service, they might be more willing to pull into our street." Yes we only are paying $50 for pick-up but you are also taking 50% of the proceeds of the sale of our items. Will take my business elsewhere.... read more

We love this place. While many of their furnishings are not always our style they have a great selection of items, things are clean and in good shape and it sure as heck beats retail pricing! It's a large warehouse so there is a good selection of all kinds of furnishings for any room in your house. We've purchased a few pottery barn items from them at about 30-50 off retail pricing. read more

Such a fun place to treasure hunt. It's an incredible mix of very high end pieces for very affordable prices. My wife and I have purchased many items that now decorate our home and we couldn't be happier. A great place to return to on a weekly basis as their inventory seems to fly out the door. This aspect makes it very exciting to see what's new whether you drop in weekly or monthly. The staff are very warm and friendly. The store is always in immaculate shape. We recently bought a house after years of apartment living so have spent much time over the past few months furniture shopping. We've taken multiple trips to Consignment NW and have puchased a few lamps, a dresser, and a rug from them on various trips. We like that the merchandise has been vetted and is in better condition than some ofthe other consignment stores in the area. The staff is always nice, and they offer delivery for $50. My only quibble is that it turns out the rug we got could be had (or something very similar) from the same manufacturer (Pottery Barn) for just about the same price new. But that's our fault for not having done more research. I would just caution to not necessarily assume that the price you're seeing is a great deal, especially since I get the sense that some of the sellers mark up their stuff to make up for the cut that ConsignmentNW takes. Overall though, good merchandise, fun place to browse, and we will be back (at least until all our rooms are filled)! read more

I just sold a dining room table and eight chairs through Consignment Northwest and was completely satisfied with every aspect of the transaction--from pick-up to calling me with updates to the timely sending of a check for the sale. The 50% they receive from the sale price is fair considering how much trouble is saved in not having to sell furniture at one's home. I would recommend this class act store to anyone. read more
