Nice selection, hit or miss sometimes. But enjoyable to see new pieces and staged pieces. I bought one of my favorite jackets from here. I hope to find some newly loved pieces again soon I just wish their sweatpants had "short" options. Short girl struggling to find pants inclusive for my height at this store. Excited to see new shoe selections too. The air max's are always worth the value.

WISH I COULD LEAVE ZERO STARS Beware never ever buy Nike shoes bc they're a scam company. They do not stand behind their product. I got my son a $300 pair of VaporFly Nikes about a year ago. When my son who's a Marine was running using them for the first time the whole bottom gave way ripping the sole in shreads. And he got hurt call in the fall. I called the company told them what happened. They gave me an address and a return label to send the shoes to which I did do. I wasn't hearing anything so I called them and they said "oh yeah sorry we didn't get a hold of you to tell you that we did receive the shoes back. You'll be hearing from somebody and you'll be getting instructions." We didn't hear back so I gave another call and they informed me that we would not get a refund to the payment credit card but instead a gift card because they don't give refunds. They'll just replace the shoes with the gift card. A month went fine. Didn't hear anything so I called them back. They gave me a gift card number & sent me an actual screenshot of it to use it online. Well when we went to go use the gift card online it said that it was not valid. I called them up. That was about 3 - 4 months ago and they told me that we must be doing something wrong because the gift card was valid. In the meantime, I ended up having a couple surgeries and my son was sent to South Korea so supposedly the card was good forever. My son tried it when he got back to the states not too long ago and again it said invalid card number. I called them 1 month ago and told them that the gift card code that they gave us would not work and that online it said that it was an invalid card number. They said that somebody would be contacting me but nobody did. I called there the other day and they told me " that gift card has already been redeemed!" I said "nope sorry we tried it. It said card was invalid right from the first day that we got the code." He said "well somehow the card was scammed or hacked into" and I said "well that would be on your end because I never had a card it was just a number through my email where people don't have my email address or my email password so I told them that's on Nike. You don't have a proper security system if a hacker can break into your company and get gift card numbers." Nike is nothing but a bunch of lying SOB's. So not only are we out the shoes...(my son could at least had one shoe), I'm out $300 as well. I'm a 74-year-old disabled widow living on a very small Social Security check. Do not buy Nike. They're a trash greedy company and don't give a rats behind about their customers. This BS fiasco went on for a year & a half and finally a few few days ago were told that the card was redeemed... oh really? Yea right Nike.

My friend and I got a guest voucher to come up to the Nike Company Store that had specific dates only. So we decided to take the spontaneous short weekend get away from California to go. We just made it into a mini trip to Portland. It was both of our first times at the Nike Store. We loved it here! We spent 4 hours in the store. Idk how. We just had too much fun shopping. But I will say, I expected it to be bigger. It was decent size still though. There were not as many shoes for women compared to men. The staff are so friendly!! There are constantly walking around assisting people. One lady heard me say "dang, they don't have my size" to my friend and she quickly came over and offered her assistance to check the back for me. They are all patient as well. With the whole store at 40% off and no sales tax, it was a great value! Coming from bay area where our sales tax is 10.75%, its so nice to not pay for it in Portland. We enjoyed getting some shoes and work out clear, and I got some cutesy outfits too. We spent a total of about $1300.

I hadn't returned since my last visit in 2021. Back then, I could never find anything worth buying here. However, I have been here 3 times recently and was surprised to find some recent releases in-store that were either already sold out online or had just dropped, like the Pegasus Premium and the Year of the Snake Air Force 1s. I mainly came in for shoes and was able to find exactly what I was looking for, though I wasn't looking for anything rare or limited. If an item is available in-store, they can order a different size or color and have it shipped to your home if it's in stock online. However, they can't place orders for items not currently in the store, even if they're available on the website. Their footwear selection is much stronger than their apparel. None of the clothing really stood out to me.

Nike is the premier product for athletes these days. If you want the latest, this is your spot. You have to have an invitation to get in, which will give you a 40% or so discount. Depends on the invitation. I found it's not a value for me. The prices are extremely high, so the discount brings the price to normal retail. I do better at Nike's outlet and Clearance stores. The service level is off the charts. They have staff everywhere waiting to assist you. They will dismantle a displace to get a product if need be. It's fun to check out the latest stuff however I'm now a purchaser.

I don't understand fashion these days but ok lol

I come here once a year when I get a pass but it's hard and they were so strict about it. Asked for the email confirmation, asked for my ID (they always did) and asked multiple questions. It felt like I was at the airport. Anyways, I just browsed around. This time, I liked the colors but the style and prices are sadly too much for me. And I only check the kid's section because I'm petite. Anyways, there were some cool looking outfits and interesting styles. Everything was 40% off except for some things. I guess the good thing was that it wasn't too busy when I went and had parking without any problems haha. It was a fun annual trip!

Nike Company Store was a zoo! Yikes. It's Costco Wholesale crowds plus Nike cult followers on steroids. Had to wait outside to be checked in before shopping. The wait was 15 minutes long. The store was a madhouse with people and carts. Hard to move around. Couldn't find any of my sizes in any of the women's clothing size Small or medium. Very frustrating. Employees were not helpful and couldn't be found to ask for help. I realized it was not my kind of store to shop at. Especially if I'm buying nearly a thousand dollars worth of items. Not sure if I really liked it. It was definitely an experience.

No lines on a Wednesday. Parking was easy. Exclusive entrance plus 40% off on everything, sounded so appealing. There were plenty of workers walking around and willing to help. Unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed and didn't walk away with too many things. Not even a pair of shoes. Hopefully next time will be better.

Bag secured.

Ask the Community - Nike Company Store

We purchased a pair of shoes from the company store last year and the sole has come apart? Does anyone know if they handle warranty claims that was purchased from the store?

Do Children need passes too?

I have younger kids and I have never been asked. I would say no but I am not 100% sure.

Anyone know the shipping costs at checkout?

Can I visit this store without any pass?

You need a pass and id to enter.

Do you have to wait in line to return items?

It depends on the time of day or the day in general. I went to visit Nike at around 3:15pm on a Friday and no one was in line to return things.

How do you do a return if you live out of state?

Receipts matter. Local retail store may not have the same product. Should handle a return. If you don't have a receipt they give you the lowest price they pull up. I would not expect an exchange rather a credit or your money back.

Hello, I need 3 Nike guest passes between the dates of January 26th- January 28th 2023. Does anyone know how to get passes for any of these dates?

It's not open to the public. They'll have certain days blocked off during the year for Veterans/ Military, but your best bet would be to make a friend from Nike or be employed by them.

Does anyone know when the next veteran access day is for the company store? Thanks in advance.

Now-sept 5th

Does anyone know if they still allow Active Duty Military one-time access?

From February 5th-28th 2022, all Active duty, reserve components, veterans, retired and spouses are granted one time access to the employee store. You can bring your spouses and dependent children.

Do they carry shoe sizes above 13? How about shoes in extra width (4e)?

Yes, but it is sporadic.

Are they dog friendly?

Yes

Can you go into the store without knowing any employee or without the pass?

No you can not

So do you have to either be a Nike employee or have an employee give you a pass to enter?

Yes. That is what it seem to be the rule

Anyone know if they have the phantom vision 2?

Do they accept other discounts on top of the 40%?

product is full price / 40% discount from full price. nothing else.

Can we bring stroller?

Yes

If I have a pass, can I get in two people in if our addresses don't match? We have bills with both our names to one the address, would that be enough?

I don't think so. They use your ID as your identifier when you check in and out at the register.

Is there 40% off most items in the store?

Shoes are 50% off

Is everything in there 50% off?

The pass I had was 40% off.

Do they accept Apple Pay?

Yes

Deep discounts across Columbia, Mountain Hardwear, SOREL, and prAna make it very hard to leave empty-handed. Inventory rotates, so every visit feels a little different. I've found everything from lightweight summer layers to serious winter parkas. Quality is exactly what you expect from Columbia -- durable, functional, and built for the Pacific Northwest. Pro tip: Go in with a plan (and maybe a budget). It's dangerously good. And as I got older, they didn't carry the more fashionable clothes I prefer. This year, while doing a search for a faux black leather pants, JC Penny's had a pair online that were more attractive than any other options that came up during the search. They arrived within a few days and were very nice, well made, stylish, but way too long. Like 6 inches too long. 2 alteration places quoted me $50 to hem. Not happening. So I ventured to the store to do a return to avoid paying return postage. Upon entering the store, I wondered if they were closed. There is no one there! Worse, all the previous cashier stations are gone and no associates anywhere to ask for assistance. I wandered through every section of the first floor, past very dated looking clothing, and finally found an associate in the makeup department. She explained that online returns, and all purchases, are handled back by the shoe department. Plus just one other location on 1st floor and one cashier on 2nd floor. Well, I guess if there are so few customers, this makes sense, but it does nothing to contribute to a positive experience to create repeat purchases. Sure enough, I found the cashier, and the few other customers, all perplexed, wondering if this was where they should be paying for their purchases. My return was processed, after 10 minutes of very challenging system issues where they could not locate my order, and with manager assistance, th3 return was completed. I purchased a pair of Sketchers while there. As I made my way to the other end of the store to exit, the alarm went off and I realized they didn't cut off the sensor. So back through the entire store again. Definitely got in my steps, but that wasn't the point of my visit.

I have a few Lululemon items, but my eldest daughter (26 yrs old) and my mother (88 yrs old!) have wardrobes with a TON of Lululemon clothes. And everything lasts forever. Seriously. Still fashionable, like the leggings I got eons ago. Their fashions and the quality definitely do withstand the tests of time. I've not tried on their new running shoes as I am loyal to my Hoka brand shoes, but this store has a prominent display of Lululemon athletic sneakers and, if they're anything like the rest of their product line, I'm certain they're of high quality, and they will make sure they fit you properly. The only reason why I'm not giving this store 5 stars is because no-one greeted us or spoke one word to us while we were in the store, despite it not being too busy there when we visited. (Note: this is atypical of Lululemon stores in general. Usually they warmly greet visitors and ask if they can help find anything). My kid and I weren't in the market for anything in particular, but we browsed around a bit. As usual, they had a few items on sale, but few things were in the sizes we'd need. Still, it's fun to look, and you ever know what you'll find on the sale rack.
