This Costco requires some patience. The parking lot is…read morecrazy. The gas station is crazy. The food court is crazy. Even check out can be crazy. I'm not sure if the parking lot here is smaller than others or if theres simply more people that shop at this location but it's ALWAYS backed up and crowded. More so than most other locations. The gas station will ALWAYS have a line up so be aware and be patient. Same with check out in store, be prepared to stand in line, even a short line, and be patient. People are shopping with double sized carts, in bulk, and at least half of those people are doing it all with kids in tow. Just calm down or choose to shop somewhere less stressful. The food court here is also a back up with limited seating, but can any of us really complain when we're getting a delicious hot dog, with a soda, for $1.50?! Just give me my hot dog, soda, bulk trays of blueberry muffins, move along and be happy.

Sometimes finding things in the larger stores can be overwhelming but Food Depot ticked all the boxes for finding what I needed - clean wide aisles, decent variety of brands, fresh produce at very reasonable prices, helpful employees, bright lighting to be able to read labels, and a large selection of items to celebrate the upcoming Chinese New Year. For local ingredients the Farmers Market is the best source but be expected to pay 3x what they're worth (trust me I know I used to sell my goods at Farmers Markets). This C&C is clean and well stocked. They have an enormous variety and great weekly specials. I enjoy receiving coupons in the mail and finding new products when I visit weekly sometimes twice a week. You get to know the high volume times as well as the low volume times. Honestly, there are days and times when you have the entire store to yourself or you're stuck in line way back behind all the folks who thinks this is CostCo. Drives me nuts. I loved this store even more back when you had to prove you had a small business and it was exclusive but those days have long since passed and for some strange reason keeps the conversation with the employees humorous. Every time I've picked up the wrong thing - wrong yeast - wrong cheese - whatever, they are totally cool with bringing it back and exchanging it. No questions asked which is more than I can say for most food stores. And plus they will actually start carrying an item if you request it which also a huge bonus (my beloved Shepherd's Grain Flour I could only find at Puratos in BFE). So if you need excellent customer service, a huge selection and don't mind the folks who go there to buy one single carton of eggs to hold up the line you are in for a treat. Littt le to no service or assistance despite my spending a small fortune there. I was told to "go look at what we have" Had to sort through a yard of about 50 tubs. Found the two I wanted and then was told that a shower bath combo was "sold to someone else already" even though there were about 20 of them out there. I comprimised after having driven all the way there, and purchased two tubs showers and multiple plumbing supplies. Was then offered no assistance in loading them or instructions on what works for packing them. They then fell off the truck on I 84. part o that was my fault, but only one small part of the shower fell off and broke. I went back to buy that part, but was told that I had to buy the entire shower again. There was no remorse for having no one to assist me in loading, or to tell me the best way to pack them on a trailer. Partly my fault, but the lack of customer service or concern seemed horrible to me. I had to buy the entire shower again, they gave it to me at cost. If I didn't have a whole day into it 7 plus hours, and a plumber waiting for the install, I would have brought everything back. No respect or service from this store, I'll never go back.

If you are a fan of this brand, you know unicorns are unique versions of bags that can't be purchased online unless you get it through a mystery sale or mystery bag purchase. It's the blind box version of bags lol. Highly coveted if you get a color you're fond of. It's very cool that the store offer these! The great thing is you'll know exactly what color you're getting, and you can feel and wear the bag before committing to it. The reason I didn't give this a 5th star is because I didn't see many "littles" that I was interested in and I also wanted a different style of belt but they didn't have any in my size.
