EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. I put on the order NO SUBSTITUTIONS as this florist did something similar 4 years ago. If you can't make the order don't accept it. Complete rip off. None of the flowers I ordered are in this bouquet and the amount of flowers and quality of flowers is not equal. When I called ON MOTHERS DAY (I had the flowers delivered the day before, on Saturday), they admitted there were "a lot of orders and they didn't have any of the flowers that were advertised on my order" and they promised they would deliver the bouquet I had ordered on Monday. Well Monday comes around and there is NO DELIVERY. At this point I want a FULL REFUND. I would have been okay with them attempting to making it right, by sending the flowers I ordered AFTER MOTHERS DAY, but they can't even do that correctly. At this point I don't want a credit or replacement. I want my money back. Please do yourself a favor and look at other low reviews on here and on Yelp. I wish I had before I had ordered - they mention the same issues. THEY DON'T SEND WHAT YOU ORDER AND PAY FOR. Make sure to ask the person you bought the flowers for to send you a picture of what was delivered. I'm sure it won't be what was ordered. Second time this has happened now! Also my mother told me they called her and spoke to her about a delivery on Tuesday, which is NOT WHAT WE AGREED TO. Also WHY ARE YOU CALLING THE PERSON WHOM IM SURPRISING WITH THE FLOWERS?!
