I stopped in to exchange some lounge pants purchased online and the staff was super helpful. Of course I had to walk around the store to check out new items. Spring colors, patterns and even new styles of their athletic pants caught my attention. I live in the Powersoft leggings with side pockets; they are so comfortable and last forever. They go on sale all of the time and I always buy them at 50% off for $19.99. Can't find anything comparable in this price range and the Powersoft will give those leggings that are 4x the price, a run for the money. Couldn't help but notice the mannequins in various heights and body shapes. Just like people in real life wearing different styles of clothing and looking good! Well done, Old Navy! Another thing I particularly liked were the price checkers, several located throughout the store. With their many sales and sales on top of markdowns, it makes It easy to check the bottom line price of an item. Often a deal too good to pass up. The Clearance area should be renamed Patience Required as it is a mess! Clothes everywhere and not on the right rack. If you are shopping there, look on the Small, Medium, Large, XLarge racks regardless of your size as they are pretty much random. I get that it's the customers who create the mess, just wish the staff had time to keep it organized. Lots of parking out front and located in Cascade Plaza so you can hit up other stores and get your errands done in one place. I am happy for this new location!

There is parking right out front of the entrance making this an easy visit. The store is bright, well stocked, and had a large area in the back with markdowns. I don't know if this area is always here, or if it gets stocked when going from season to season, but it's worth checking out. Lots of pants, jeans, dresses, tops and skirts. But I was here for the denim dress! Found it and immediately went into the dressing room. Unfortunately it was too big, and the next available size was three sizes smaller, so I placed an online order for the next two smaller sizes to see which fit best. They processed the order there, making sure that I received the online discount plus free shipping to my house. Great service! The dresses arrived in a week, and one fit perfectly! A button up, shirt collar, midi dress in a fit and flare style, perfect with a pair of knee high boots. Love it! And true to Loft style, it's classic and timeless so I can wear for years to come. While there I checked out some corduroy pants in beautiful fall colors, tried on some jeans and sweaters, plus purchased a chocolate brown lace top to pair with a leather skirt I already own. In all, I was super impressed with the styles offered, many in the new and popular fall colors of the 2025 season. Will definitely stop by again when I'm in the area to check out their offerings.

I went here to buy something for my daughter and was totally ignored. The salesperson walked into the back and I never saw them again. I hope I was ignored for being the "mom age" and not because of my race. So I went home and ordered online. Placed an order for my daughter back on 11/19/20 and they still haven't even shipped the items even though the items were suppose to arrive 11/23-11/28 according to the website. A week later, I checked to see if it had shipped and the shipping said "null" which was confusing. I called customer service who said the items should ship that Friday. Friday arrives, and it still hasn't shipped. I wouldn't have placed the order if I had known it would take this long. Then I thought to cancel the item but I was told by customer service that you have to cancel within 60 minutes after placing the order. I can't even cancel the order now and the order seems stuck in limbo. Sorry, my experience here has not been the same as other reviewers.
