They took forever to come back to us and when they did return, they only gave us one shoe. When I asked if my son could please try on the other shoe, they told me no. They said they had to grab the box and that he could try only 1 on at a time. When I asked how they expected us to know if the shoes fit appropriately with one shoe, they didn't really have an answer. Again, we asked if he could please try on both the shoes so he could walk around and make sure they were a good fit. They refused, saying it was a store policy because someone stole shoes they were trying on once. I had $300 worth of merchandise I wanted to purchase from this store as well as said shoes. They sales people walked around, stalking us as if we were going to steal the whole time. Not a great shopping experience. They also had barely any sizes. I won't shop here again. I'd be curious to know who put this policy in place... maybe they need a security guard instead of making all customers feel like crooks.

It's only sold at Costco for about $200. It's been discontinued so it's impossible to find new. They had it brand new still sealed! We were in town visiting so we had to mail it home. Worth every penny. We were only in Portland for 4-5 days and came three different times. Highly recommend.

This year it was a pretty huge purge of my wardrobe. I had to relearn how to walk a few years ago and changed sizes and styles completely based on a lot of factors. I was holding onto an insane amount of clothing because things changed so fast. I had set up a dressing room space based on just being able to get ready since I was paralyzed, unable to stand or pivot so a standard closet was inaccessible for me. Over the years, I am standing and walking again and needed to rework the space. I was overwhelmed with tons of clothing and even storage bins and such that needed to go to a new home. It was so much stuff! I have a small car so ideal is being able to load it up with a quick drop off since I do not have the space to hold onto a bunch of bags of things. Dropping off about five bags of clothing was so fast and easy! This location has a great and very easy drive through for donations with very friendly people to help you! Just remember no hazardous stuff - you should definitely take a peek at the website to make certain they will be able to take what you are bringing. Also do not forget to grab a donation card to itemize for your taxes (donations are tax deductible). I motivate myself to extra purge this time of the year as a tax deduction which helps me.

It's pretty rare that I get a pass -- usually it's through my 107ist membership -- so I end up going maybe once a year, if that. On the plus side, there's plenty of parking and the store itself is clean and well organized. The clothing selection is definitely trendy... maybe too trendy. It feels geared more toward teenagers and young adults. I've visited a few times now and honestly haven't found any apparel that interests me. A lot of it comes off as flashy. I was hoping to see more outfits tied to big events like the Winter Olympics or the World Cup, but while they did have a few jackets and pants, they were pretty boring overall. The real draw here is the shoes. About half the store is dedicated to footwear, and there are some really nice options. Most shoes are around 40% off, with the non-discounted pairs clearly marked. Prices on display shoes usually range from about $145-$220, so you can do the math to decide if it's worth it. Even with discounts, many pairs still start around $80 and go up from there. Clothing, on the other hand, still felt overpriced even after the employee store markdowns. I've been here three times now and still haven't bought a single thing. In comparison, I've purchased multiple items at other brand employee stores. That said, if you're already planning to buy Nike shoes, this can definitely be a solid deal. One standout positive: the employees have always been very friendly and helpful.
