I love H&M I wont lie, the best place for my boys clothing to keep them looking Fresh AF without the stupid played out kid look most kids stores are known for. It is like gap, but 10x as hip, for a fraction of the price. Sales are always rampant and plentiful, and you can buy off season and save HUGE. Keep it in mind that they have quite the variance in sizing... a 1-2yr old shirt maybe tight, while a pair of pants in the same size fits a 3yr old... so try before you buy here! One of my favorite locations as the sale rack is always huge (as is in most nicer areas/malls) I would def come check it out before you look online. H&M always will and always have had the worst employees... kinda rude, always rushing, and just not happy. Don't ask for favors, exceptions, or anything of the sort. Their day is made better making yours worse! Ok might not be true, but it feels that way. $$PRO TIP : Bring some clothes to donate and get a 15% off coupon you can use same day.

Wonderful store. We found clothes and the cashier helped us to add our member info since the wifi wasn't working.

Awesome sales and good quality clothing, yes it's made in china or other Indonesian countries! What ever happened to 'Made in USA'?

It's your average mall store. The clothed there are of okay quality. The staff are average. You can find what you need at a decent price.

Their outwear is great, especially the jackets and vests, with the quality to match. I wear my items often and I've had them for years. Athleta always has great sales and if you're a card member you get great incentives and discounts. Their forever fleece line is my current fave for winter, super cozy and functional with pieces you can mix and match. This location at Washington Square has recently been updated, so it's light, bright, clean and fully stocked. Customer service is always friendly and attentive.

Expensive, but it was 40% off. Still over $100 for the set but I really liked it. This is leisure wear-not daily work wear-so it's worn occasionally on weekends. I probably wore the pants 4 times and when I took them out of the wash, noticed the back seam was disintegrating and about to fall apart! I knew I'd had them awhile, (4 months) but decided to take them back to the store. Even if they wouldn't take them back, I wanted them to see the poor quality. They easily found my receipt with my phone number. The short story of it is that the manager took them back and gave me a store credit, which she said I HAD to use right then, today only. Ok. However, she seemed to find it necessary to admonish me and acted like I had done something wrong. Her words were "Technically, we should not be returning these" because it was past their 30-day return policy. She also decided to tell me she had the same pants and hers were in great shape atter 3 years. So- is she saying I damaged them or it's my fault? Is she saying I don't know how to properly launder my clothes? The tag said cold wash, tumble dry low, but I hung them to dry because I do that a lot anyway. I have many items from Athleta that are 5 or even 10 years old and still look great. I've spent money in this store for years and have rarely had to return anything. This manager was rude and should have said either that she couldn't honor the return, or be gracious about it. I don't need your lectures or you talking down to me.

And I was SO impressed by this store, in so many ways! It really feels like more of a chic boutique than just a store in a mall. It's so beautifully laid out, with a real Parisian vibe. Lots of lovely finishes and features, soft palette, chandeliers, good lay-out. It really has an exclusive feel about it. We were warmly greeted when we entered, and it seemed that the employees here genuinely liked working here. I saw them smiling and laughing and chatting with customers, who also were in good spirits. The merchandise here is clearly geared for younger women. It's a very "girly" store, but elevated. I saw plenty of lovely clothing, accessories and gift ideas, all in a mid-range price (relatively speaking. Nothing is really inexpensive, but neither are the prices exorbitant). Reading the other reviews, I see this shop is "faith-based", and they play Christian music. I was really surprised to see this! I am Jewish and I didn't even notice any of this. (If it were heavy-handed, I would be offended and leave, but honestly, I didn't even notice any of this!). Live and let live, I say. I had no idea there was any religious affiliation with this shop. All I know is, it's a lovely boutique-like store where the people are nice and the merchandise looks great. 'Nuff said.

First of all, their underwear area was a complete disaster the last time I visited. The floor was completely covered in bras, almost piled up to my knees... I was very confused like I must have missed the apocalypse. This time I was able to really see all of the merchandise! It was laid out so nicely on racks. I swear they used to have carpet... all I know is that it was smooth concrete, so easy to walk around and I don't have to dig through things to find my size. This isn't a bin situation. They also rearranged the shoes and the aisles do seem a touch smaller there which, as far as complaints go, that is a small one. It was also nice that their sizes and the way each of the racks are marked seemed way better. I am a sort of odd sizing and ladies, can we discuss for a moment a few key things. Those of us with substantial breasts... why do all clothing manufacturers want to put a billboard of some type on our chest? And since I am a larger size now and older... it's nice that you want to allow us to show off parts but everything is either a tent or I'm practically naked. And, stop making clothing for larger sizes with material that has zero give. I'm going to rip it even just trying it on! I did find several amazing dresses though that were just perfect... showing off the curves without horribly uncomfortable material. You can always tell the trends happening while going down. My opinion of the sales merchandise offering was underwhelming with sale things hard to even find and a selection looking like scraps. My star rating on that is a 2. So I'm in the men's dept. Obviously looking and searching right in front of two sales associates who were yapping amongst themselves and didn't even give me a look. Then I'm approached from the side by an associate named Grant who could tell I was searching for something and offered his assistance. He showed me to the bleak sales rack and I tried on a couple of things. He was the epitome of a full service sales associate getting the right size etc. I ended up just looking with him in the full price section and after a short discussion he understood exactly what I was looking for. He brought me shoes to try and a new belt. Stayed with me right through the entire transaction, alterations and so forth. Grant was what Nordstrom has been known for in terms of service and he gets 5 stars!

I drive in from Camas, WA, and my experiences have consistently reflected the level of service and care associated with the Nordstrom name. Unfortunately, today was very different. Every April, I treat myself to a birthday shopping trip and genuinely look forward to it. In the past, I've always been greeted promptly, assisted with sizes, and made to feel welcome. This time, no associate approached me--or any of the other middle‑aged women browsing nearby. Two employees stood at the register engaged in conversation, not helping anyone. I eventually interrupted to request a fitting room, but no one ever checked on me afterward. The lack of attention was surprising and disappointing, completely unlike any experience I've had there before. I left feeling invisible and disheartened, and I'm not sure I'll return. If this is the new norm, I'll need to find another way to celebrate my birthday going forward.
