Maybe it was an off day, but I found the options limited, even in denim, which is what they are known for, and what drew me in. Specifically, was looking for a denim dress, and their only offering was a sleeveless style leftover from the summer. Was seriously surprised that there were no long sleeve versions for fall. Walked around for quite some time and was never offered assistance. Finally found a service member, and she confirmed that they didn't have any fall denim dresses. They did have a nice selection of chocolate brown pieces, the color of 2025, and some faux suede and faux fur handbags. For Breast Cancer Awareness Month, they had a display of pink sweatshirts, hoodies and totes. And of course jeans in many styles - wide leg, super ridiculously wide leg, straight, barrel (which I just don't get) and straight. Glad to see options beyond skinny jeans that were the rage for years. Parking right out front makes it easy to pop in and out of this store. read more

The store had a great selection the dressing rooms are big enough to get around. Plenty of mirrors(going to have to get a gym membership) items were good quality with reasonable prices. I was also happy with the staff and check out process. Definitely a two thumbs up experience read more

We came yesterday and there weren't many customers. There was no a hello or thank you for coming when we left. I counted at least three welcome and two thank you for coming to customers. We were the only the people of color at the store. We didn't find anything and do we left to H&M and found what we were looking for and bought it. So no thank you. read more

What an unexpectedly nice experience I had here today! Not only was there quality merchandise on sale, but the associates, Martha and Sam, were pleasant besides being helpful and knowledgeable. I hadn't been in a Gap store for a long time and I am so glad that I went here as I found way too much that I wanted to buy. I did spend $$, but at least I took advantage of the buy one, get one half off sales. And the items I bought are wardrobe essentials that I will put to good use. I always remember the saying"cost per wear" when considering a clothing purchase and that definitely helps me put items in perspective. Thanks Gap along with Martha and Sam for a great shopping time. The customer service at this location today was horrible. I went in for an in store pickup and the employee rudely asked what I wanted. I gave my name and she tried to convince me I ordered something I didn't order. I showed her my order on my phone and explained this wasn't my order. She was aggressive, rude, and insisted it was my order. I had to beg her to go back and check for my order. When she left, I looked at the bag and saw that the sticker on the bag had my order written on it but it didn't match what was in the bag (meaning, I was right). She came back, didn't apologize, and couldn't provide proof I wouldn't be charged for the order that wasn't mine. If you are a POC, be wary of shopping at this location. read more

I think everyone who was in the store today was trying to get something returned or exchanged. I saw two other people leave unsatisfied, and I was the third. I purchased a pair of shorts (pictured), but after I wore them once, the rivets came off. So I brought them back and got a new pair, same size. However, the shorts were clearly not the same size (photo attached). When I brought the shorts back a second time, they told me they couldn't exchange them...even though you can clearly see there was a defect somewhere in the manufacturing process. I called the Gap customer service number, explained what happened, and will be mailing my shorts in for another review. If an item is a defect, they have a different process to follow than for normal returns/exchanges. Now I have to go to the post office, and lord knows I would never willingly do that. read more

I shop in this store often, we love the clothes there. Each time we've been in the store we've been greeted and asked if we needed any help. The customer service is great. My kids love that they carry disney themed clothes and can find things in there that I know will hold up more than one or two wears. read more

I can usually find very good deals here and clothes in larger sizes from being ordered online. Service is nice but some days feels slow and often too pressured to get their card. read more

This place robs my wallet dry! I go in with the goal of one shirt, and maybe a skirt and walk out with clothes for the entire family. Shirts, pants, dresses, socks, pj's, shoes. Ugh. The clothes are just so adorable for the little ones and can't restrain myself. The staff is awesome. They are always so helpful and quick. So, then why the 3 star review? Well, it isn't the employees fault. Time after time I have gone in here and the bathrooms are nasty, sometimes plugged with the most hellish of, well, you know, and out of paper, filthy and nasty. I have brought my concerns to the staff multiple times. Every time they say that their cooperate bosses have FORBID them from servicing the bathrooms during the work day. They are not allowed to touch them! What!?!? Yup, that's what they are saying, though one gal told me she thinks the rule is ridiculous and she has on several occasion broken the rule and cleaned up the bathroom after customer complaints. I won't name her, she is one of the best employees there and GAP should be thanking their lucky stars they have people like her smart enough to break their stupid rules, otherwise I would likely just not go in there anymore. read more

Having been to all of the Gap stores in town, I find I go out of my way to stop by this one. I find that the selection/availability can't be beat, the merchandise is always organized and displayed beautifully, and the staff are helpful without being pushy. read more

This store is the best gap I've been in. Everytime I go in, Brook, Daisy and Sinclair are so helpfull. And the new store manager, Jason, is the best. I'm always greeted when I enter and they let me know what's on sale that will look good on me and the level of personal attention is just superb. This location is the best. The other stores are good to but for my money, The Gap in Tannisbourne is where I prefer to shop for quality clothing ar good prices in the company of a great sales team. read more

This has to be the most disorganized Gap I have ever been in! It was a complete mess. Jeans tossed everywhere and not one employee cleaning it up. The dressing room was dirty and run down. I was shocked! They really need to improve this Gap..they should be ashamed. read more
