Although we politely declined assistance, we were still approached by every single employee in the store. This made it hard to enjoy what should have been a calm shopping experience. What really upset me was what happened while my 10-year-old daughter was in the dressing room. Despite only being in there for a few minutes, two different employees--one of them a male--knocked on the door asking if she needed help. This was completely inappropriate and made her feel very uncomfortable. She asked to leave as soon as she was finished, and I can't blame her. As a first-time customer, this experience was enough to ensure I won't be returning. I definitely think the staff needs to be retrained.

Unfortunately it was too big, and the next available size was three sizes smaller, so I placed an online order for the next two smaller sizes to see which fit best. They processed the order there, making sure that I received the online discount plus free shipping to my house. Great service! The dresses arrived in a week, and one fit perfectly! A button up, shirt collar, midi dress in a fit and flare style, perfect with a pair of knee high boots. Love it! And true to Loft style, it's classic and timeless so I can wear for years to come.
