There is parking right out front of the entrance making this an easy visit. The store is bright, well stocked, and had a large area in the back with markdowns. I don't know if this area is always here, or if it gets stocked when going from season to season, but it's worth checking out. Lots of pants, jeans, dresses, tops and skirts. But I was here for the denim dress! Found it and immediately went into the dressing room. Unfortunately it was too big, and the next available size was three sizes smaller, so I placed an online order for the next two smaller sizes to see which fit best. They processed the order there, making sure that I received the online discount plus free shipping to my house. Great service! The dresses arrived in a week, and one fit perfectly! A button up, shirt collar, midi dress in a fit and flare style, perfect with a pair of knee high boots. Love it! And true to Loft style, it's classic and timeless so I can wear for years to come. While there I checked out some corduroy pants in beautiful fall colors, tried on some jeans and sweaters, plus purchased a chocolate brown lace top to pair with a leather skirt I already own. This place is actually what it states in the name - a secondhand boutique. Most items are fairly affordable, all are in good condition, and each one has been thoughtfully chosen for its style and quality. The items tend toward a more classic and conservative style. The people who work here seem quite friendly. I didn't buy anything - but I would absolutely recommend it to someone looking for a boutique shopping experience rather than classic thrifting.

They had some fun winter hats with a faux fur Pom-Pom on top in a variety of colors - black, red, cream, leopard, navy, gray - from $18-24. They would make a great gift! Honest Review I left…read morefeedback about my experience at Men's Wearhouse because the atmosphere in the store felt very political to me, based on the way some of the employees were dressed, presented themselves, and interacted with customers. I felt judged and uncomfortable, and I did not feel that the environment was as professional or welcoming as I expected. When we returned to pick up the tuxedos, we also felt that employees were talking about us behind our backs. Whether that was their intention or not, that was how the interaction came across to us and it made an already uncomfortable experience worse. What was most disappointing was that after I left my feedback, the manager called me and seemed angry about what I had written. I believe customers should be able to give honest feedback about their experience without feeling confronted or intimidated afterward. I hope management takes this seriously. Customers deserve to feel respected, comfortable, and welcome regardless of their personal beliefs or appearance.

Writing on behalf of my fiancée, who purchased a suit and tailoring here. His first visit for…read moresizing and purchase were fine. They didn't have his size in the jacket he wanted so he needed to wait for a special order to the store. He picked it up a few weeks later and came back a second time for tailoring. He said he felt rushed, as the associates working complained about how busy they were, and hurried him through the process. This is his first suit, and he didn't understand how things should properly fit him. They didn't bother to help, just asking "does it fit?" and then moving on. His jacket didn't fit, actually, but he didn't know that, and they didn't look twice at him. He asked for the pants to be hemmed and the seat to be let out. Two weeks later, he picks up his suit. The pants rip immediately down the back, and it's apparent the jacket doesn't fit still. The pants weren't hemmed to the length he asked for either. Back we go to the store for him to explain. He turns over his jacket and pants after the tailor comes to look him and makes some recommendations. My fiancée is a bigger man, but was sold a slim fit suit. In asking to make the seat bigger, the tailor made a body shaming comment about his size and the cut of the suit. Today, we go to pick up the suit again. The jacket fits, but the pants have ripped again, and worse now, just from trying them on. We went back immediately but the tailor had finished early and left already. The associates said to come back in the morning and see if the tailor could squeeze us in. This is Thursday night, and we leave for our wedding Saturday morning. We're both disappointed in the poor treatment he received throughout the tailoring process, as well as the quality of the work done. If we can't get the pants fixed tomorrow he might be wearing an untailored pair off the rack. Hopefully this will be our last visit to the store this lifetime - will not ever be going back.
