We were able to get things for the whole family like jackets, tops, shorts, pants, and hats from Columbia and Mountain Hardware. Everything was at least 40% off with some items that appeared to have a bigger discount. Access to this store is easier to get than other employee stores. We got our entrance pass through AAA. It's also offered to Oregon Zoo members and Columbia rewards members on specified dates. The customer service was 4 stars with readily available people ready to assist.

It was my first return, so I was not familiar with the procedure. Customer service like that is hard to find; I was blown away by his kind and helpful service attitude. Spring colors, patterns and even new styles of their athletic pants caught my attention. I live in the Powersoft leggings with side pockets; they are so comfortable and last forever. They go on sale all of the time and I always buy them at 50% off for $19.99. Can't find anything comparable in this price range and the Powersoft will give those leggings that are 4x the price, a run for the money. Couldn't help but notice the mannequins in various heights and body shapes. Just like people in real life wearing different styles of clothing and looking good! Well done, Old Navy! The lady working here greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was friendly and helpful answering my questions about the store. The store was neat and well stocked with merchandise. Everything was nicely displayed. However, after I had spent about 15 minutes browsing the entire store, I could tell that their styles just weren't suited to my taste. My overall impression of the store is that they cater to women who favor a matronly style. If this is your choice of style then Maurices is a great store to check out.

During COVID days, they provide hand sanitizer, clean the counter and credit card machine between every customer, require masks, wear masks and limit your visit to dressing room to one time per customer. This is important to know! You can bring in up to 7 items but you can only use dressing room once per visit. Makes sense as they sanitize the dressing room after each customer, which takes time, and they hold cloths that are tried on for a certain time period before putting back on the floor. Thank you! So it's best to know all of this up front so you are selective on the items you need to try on and only bring those in for your one time access to fitting room Since I came to this store specifically to exchange a bra that I purchased online at an incredible price of $12.97, I made sure to prioritize the potential exchange bras in my count of 7 items. I knew this store was my best option for doing an even exchange, which they will only do with like items, because of their massive Caique department. Turned out to be my luck day as the bras on the final sale rack were buy one get one free. I found two bras for $14.97 so after my exchange, they cost me $2. Amazing deal! The Women working here are friendly, helpful and never made me feel rushed. They always start a room for you and help with sizing, getting different sizes and offering suggestions. They provide great customer service and I especially appreciate their dedication to sanitizing all service areas to keep us all safe during the Pandemic. Thank you!!!
