There is parking right out front of the entrance making this an easy visit. The store is bright, well stocked, and had a large area in the back with markdowns. I don't know if this area is always here, or if it gets stocked when going from season to season, but it's worth checking out. Lots of pants, jeans, dresses, tops and skirts. But I was here for the denim dress! Found it and immediately went into the dressing room. Unfortunately it was too big, and the next available size was three sizes smaller, so I placed an online order for the next two smaller sizes to see which fit best. They processed the order there, making sure that I received the online discount plus free shipping to my house. Great service! The dresses arrived in a week, and one fit perfectly! A button up, shirt collar, midi dress in a fit and flare style, perfect with a pair of knee high boots. Love it! And true to Loft style, it's classic and timeless so I can wear for years to come. While there I checked out some corduroy pants in beautiful fall colors, tried on some jeans and sweaters, plus purchased a chocolate brown lace top to pair with a leather skirt I already own. The lady working here greeted me as soon as I walked in. She was friendly and helpful answering my questions about the store. The store was neat and well stocked with merchandise. Everything was nicely displayed. However, after I had spent about 15 minutes browsing the entire store, I could tell that their styles just weren't suited to my taste. My overall impression of the store is that they cater to women who favor a matronly style. If this is your choice of style then Maurices is a great store to check out.

This Life Time Guarantee is not only on the back of the tag it is sewn into the label of the coat. This coat was gorgeous, a brilliant yellow in Like New Condition as it is heavy duty, so worn only in very cold weather. Recently, I noticed that the coat was a grayish green on the edge of the sleeve cuff. So I machine washed it in lukewarm water like I had done before. The coat had always come out looking new. This time however the charcoal gray lining bleed onto the entire coat ruining it . I have talked with Molly in customer service and Express is not willing to honor the Guarantee sewn into the label of their product. For mailing back the snow coat they will give me a STORE CREDIT of $29.50. I could not begin to find a coat of this quality for the $139.50 I originally paid let alone anything for $29.50 in STORE CREDIT. This offer is not reasonable! I either want a similar coat or a cash refund for $139.50 . That was what I was told I could expect from a Lifetime guarantee! A Guarantee the were so proud of that it is sewn into the LABEL and also on the Tag ! I will update this review if they honor their Guarantee!
