The merchandise here is clearly geared for younger women. It's a very "girly" store, but elevated. Reading the other reviews, I see this shop is "faith-based", and they play Christian music. I was really surprised to see this! I am Jewish and I didn't even notice any of this. During COVID days, they provide hand sanitizer, clean the counter and credit card machine between every customer, require masks, wear masks and limit your visit to dressing room to one time per customer. This is important to know! You can bring in up to 7 items but you can only use dressing room once per visit. Makes sense as they sanitize the dressing room after each customer, which takes time, and they hold cloths that are tried on for a certain time period before putting back on the floor. Thank you! So it's best to know all of this up front so you are selective on the items you need to try on and only bring those in for your one time access to fitting room Since I came to this store specifically to exchange a bra that I purchased online at an incredible price of $12.97, I made sure to prioritize the potential exchange bras in my count of 7 items. I knew this store was my best option for doing an even exchange, which they will only do with like items, because of their massive Caique department. Turned out to be my luck day as the bras on the final sale rack were buy one get one free. I found two bras for $14.97 so after my exchange, they cost me $2. Amazing deal! The Women working here are friendly, helpful and never made me feel rushed. They always start a room for you and help with sizing, getting different sizes and offering suggestions. There is parking right out front of the entrance making this an easy visit. The store is bright, well stocked, and had a large area in the back with markdowns. I don't know if this area is always here, or if it gets stocked when going from season to season, but it's worth checking out. Lots of pants, jeans, dresses, tops and skirts. But I was here for the denim dress! Found it and immediately went into the dressing room. Unfortunately it was too big, and the next available size was three sizes smaller, so I placed an online order for the next two smaller sizes to see which fit best. They processed the order there, making sure that I received the online discount plus free shipping to my house. Great service! The dresses arrived in a week, and one fit perfectly! A button up, shirt collar, midi dress in a fit and flare style, perfect with a pair of knee high boots. Love it! And true to Loft style, it's classic and timeless so I can wear for years to come. While there I checked out some corduroy pants in beautiful fall colors, tried on some jeans and sweaters, plus purchased a chocolate brown lace top to pair with a leather skirt I already own.
