The Manager was completely rude to me, man-splained that Covid only lasts 5 days ("well interesting Covid only lasts 5 days") and was super condescending. Ironically, I called corporate and they said you can easily return things 30-60 day window via mail no issue. Went online, registered my return no problem. That is at least real customer service, offering options, explaining policies and trying to be helpful. Train your store employees this vs just saying no and your store management to lead by example, not by being rude to customers. Don't shop here. You've lost my business.

Their forever fleece line is my current fave for winter, super cozy and functional with pieces you can mix and match. Expensive, but it was 40% off. Still over $100 for the set but I really liked it. This is leisure wear-not daily work wear-so it's worn occasionally on weekends. I probably wore the pants 4 times and when I took them out of the wash, noticed the back seam was disintegrating and about to fall apart! I knew I'd had them awhile, (4 months) but decided to take them back to the store. Even if they wouldn't take them back, I wanted them to see the poor quality. They easily found my receipt with my phone number. The short story of it is that the manager took them back and gave me a store credit, which she said I HAD to use right then, today only. Ok. However, she seemed to find it necessary to admonish me and acted like I had done something wrong. Her words were "Technically, we should not be returning these" because it was past their 30-day return policy. She also decided to tell me she had the same pants and hers were in great shape atter 3 years. So- is she saying I damaged them or it's my fault? Is she saying I don't know how to properly launder my clothes? The tag said cold wash, tumble dry low, but I hung them to dry because I do that a lot anyway. I have many items from Athleta that are 5 or even 10 years old and still look great. I've spent money in this store for years and have rarely had to return anything. This manager was rude and should have said either that she couldn't honor the return, or be gracious about it. I don't need your lectures or you talking down to me.

Every time I come in, the customer service is on-point. They aren't annoying either. There's a fine balance between being helpful and annoying, and they know how to be helpful. They aren't pushy. Yes, they will make suggestions or basically upsell items, but it's not in a pressuring way. I've never felt obligated to buy something they suggest to me. If I like it, cool. If not, I'll say so. I love their pants, and they come in different lengths, which is awesome. Sadly, the short ones are still too long for me most of the time. Yes, I'm a whopping 5 feet tall, so pretty much everything is too long for me. There needs to be a midget length for people like me. Lol. But the cool thing is if you have to have them altered, they give you a $10 credit for it. My other favorite Lucy product is their socks. If I could buy like 50 pairs all at once and just have them as my primary socks, I would so do it. They are just that amazing, comfortable, and breathable. They are thin socks, but manage to be super warm and comfortable. Almost like they were thicker than they are. Which I find interesting, but have no complaints about. Would I return here? Absolutely. I've been coming to this store for over 15 years now, and will absolutely keep coming back. The customer service and products are well worth a trip in here. Review 163 of 2017.

I will admit that about a year ago, I was very confused by the phenomenon of spending more than $20…read moreon a workout top. I always said to myself, "I could get something similar for half the price at Target." However, I started teaching exercise classes, everyone else owned expensive workout wear, and I fell under the spell. I'm glad I did, as I love my new name brand workout wear, and I can definitely feel the difference, especially in the pants. A word of advice, if you're going to be spending lots of money for a single top or a single pair of pants: try them on, and try them on at several stores. Each store uses a slightly different body type for their clothes. For instance, I think lululemon's pants fit me very well, but their tops don't work for me. On the other hand, lucy's tops fit me like a glove. Another word of advice: lucy always has a sale section but if you wait a little bit, they'll have a "30% off everything already on sale" sale! I haven't really been tracking, but my guess is that this happens about once every six weeks. Recently, I spent over an hour in this lucy store, and I probably tried on most of the store. I was helped by a lovely young woman named Kerry, and she was oh-so-helpful. When I walked into the store, she noticed right away that I was wearing a lucy jacket, and then proceeded to walk me through all of their different sports bras, pants, and top options. Once I found a pair of pants that I liked, she probably brought me every single color and pattern that they had in stock. I checked out some sports bras, and I was also pleased that she directed me to their "super sale" section. This store is lovely and has wonderful employees. Tell them all of your requests in workout attire and they'll help you find something that works for you! Also, that lucy jacket that I own? It's the hatha jacket and I get a compliment almost every time I wear it, and I've owned it for almost a year :-)

Makes sense as they sanitize the dressing room after each customer, which takes time, and they hold cloths that are tried on for a certain time period before putting back on the floor. Thank you! I had been struggling for about a week to piece together a workable suit for an interview. I just couldn't find a jacket that worked, and I wasn't pleased with my tie choice. And I was SO impressed by this store, in so many ways! It really feels like more of a chic boutique than just a store in a mall. It's so beautifully laid out, with a real Parisian vibe. Lots of lovely finishes and features, soft palette, chandeliers, good lay-out. It really has an exclusive feel about it. We were warmly greeted when we entered, and it seemed that the employees here genuinely liked working here. I saw them smiling and laughing and chatting with customers, who also were in good spirits. The merchandise here is clearly geared for younger women. It's a very "girly" store, but elevated. I saw plenty of lovely clothing, accessories and gift ideas, all in a mid-range price (relatively speaking. Nothing is really inexpensive, but neither are the prices exorbitant). Reading the other reviews, I see this shop is "faith-based", and they play Christian music. I was really surprised to see this! I am Jewish and I didn't even notice any of this. (If it were heavy-handed, I would be offended and leave, but honestly, I didn't even notice any of this!). Live and let live, I say. I had no idea there was any religious affiliation with this shop.
