We were warmly greeted when we entered, and it seemed that the employees here genuinely liked working here. I saw them smiling and laughing and chatting with customers, who also were in good spirits. The merchandise here is clearly geared for younger women. It's a very "girly" store, but elevated. I saw plenty of lovely clothing, accessories and gift ideas, all in a mid-range price (relatively speaking. Nothing is really inexpensive, but neither are the prices exorbitant). Reading the other reviews, I see this shop is "faith-based", and they play Christian music. I was really surprised to see this! I am Jewish and I didn't even notice any of this. (If it were heavy-handed, I would be offended and leave, but honestly, I didn't even notice any of this!). Live and let live, I say. I had no idea there was any religious affiliation with this shop. Placed an order for my daughter back on 11/19/20 and they still haven't even shipped the items even though the items were suppose to arrive 11/23-11/28 according to the website. A week later, I checked to see if it had shipped and the shipping said "null" which was confusing. I called customer service who said the items should ship that Friday. Friday arrives, and it still hasn't shipped. I wouldn't have placed the order if I had known it would take this long. Then I thought to cancel the item but I was told by customer service that you have to cancel within 60 minutes after placing the order. I can't even cancel the order now and the order seems stuck in limbo. Sorry, my experience here has not been the same as other reviewers.

They created their own so that everyone is basically a number not associated with the standard sizing, so no one feels like a plus size. Ridiculous. We all know that a 4 is larger than a 0 or 1. All this does is make it impossible to figure out what size pants or top to bring into the dressing room. And to have 4-5 sizes means that each size fits a variety of shapes, so it's either too big or small. Not a fan. Chicos is big on accessories. Thing big, chunky necklaces. More bling. Belts. Scarves.
