I stopped in to exchange some lounge pants purchased online and the staff was super helpful. Of course I had to walk around the store to check out new items. Spring colors, patterns and even new styles of their athletic pants caught my attention. I live in the Powersoft leggings with side pockets; they are so comfortable and last forever. They go on sale all of the time and I always buy them at 50% off for $19.99. Can't find anything comparable in this price range and the Powersoft will give those leggings that are 4x the price, a run for the money. Couldn't help but notice the mannequins in various heights and body shapes. Just like people in real life wearing different styles of clothing and looking good! Well done, Old Navy! Another thing I particularly liked were the price checkers, several located throughout the store. With their many sales and sales on top of markdowns, it makes It easy to check the bottom line price of an item. Often a deal too good to pass up. The Clearance area should be renamed Patience Required as it is a mess! Clothes everywhere and not on the right rack. If you are shopping there, look on the Small, Medium, Large, XLarge racks regardless of your size as they are pretty much random. I get that it's the customers who create the mess, just wish the staff had time to keep it organized. Lots of parking out front and located in Cascade Plaza so you can hit up other stores and get your errands done in one place. I am happy for this new location!

It's like the clothes are trying way too hard to say, "I'm still young." They would do far better with natural fabrics vs polyester, and solids and neutrals. The one or two items I kinda thought could work, like a black quilted vest, were far too overpriced, and that was the after Christmas sale price. Now let's talk about the sizing. They created their own so that everyone is basically a number not associated with the standard sizing, so no one feels like a plus size. Ridiculous. We all know that a 4 is larger than a 0 or 1. All this does is make it impossible to figure out what size pants or top to bring into the dressing room. And to have 4-5 sizes means that each size fits a variety of shapes, so it's either too big or small. Not a fan. Chicos is big on accessories. Thing big, chunky necklaces. More bling. Belts. Scarves. If this is your style, enjoy. Me? I'll pass. Associates are friendly, my taste is no reflection on them.

First of all, their underwear area was a complete disaster the last time I visited. The floor was completely covered in bras, almost piled up to my knees... I swear they used to have carpet... all I know is that it was smooth concrete, so easy to walk around and I don't have to dig through things to find my size. This isn't a bin situation. They also rearranged the shoes and the aisles do seem a touch smaller there which, as far as complaints go, that is a small one. It was also nice that their sizes and the way each of the racks are marked seemed way better. I am a sort of odd sizing and ladies, can we discuss for a moment a few key things. Those of us with substantial breasts... why do all clothing manufacturers want to put a billboard of some type on our chest? And since I am a larger size now and older... it's nice that you want to allow us to show off parts but everything is either a tent or I'm practically naked. And, stop making clothing for larger sizes with material that has zero give. I'm going to rip it even just trying it on!
