This Target is pretty generic & relatively easy to navigate, right off the I5 for quick stops as needed, with a large parking lot. It conveniently has the Starbucks and customer service as soon as you enter the store. They have a big selection of items and when I have needed anything at the last minute from grocery items to presents, it has had what I am looking for at reasonable prices. Usually the clothing section is a bit disorganized with clothes hung over racks rather than on the hangers. It usually doesn't feel busy as you are shopping, but I have experienced having to wait in a long self check out line more often than not. Overall, this Target is a good place to go for a variety of items! read more

I will say I passed 2 targets, actually went to one, and they did not have these bottles availble in stock. I had to drive an hour away to pick up the bottles. Cons: after picking up my bottles from the counter, I decided to go see if there were other bottles available. The prices are often better than Costco right next store and you don't have to buy way more than you want to get the prices. Friendly workers | Lots of families come here This review is long overdue. I've been coming here at least once a week throughout the last five years, and I always enjoy coming to this location. I see most of the same people working here every day. Some know me. I've talked to a handful of them upon check out and they're always friendly. One guy always says Aloha/Mahalo. This guy is always in a bright mood, and it honestly creates a positive atmosphere. Chat with him sometime, he has some stories! There are a few ladies I see who are also very sweet, always greeting people. Wilsonville is such a family-friendly town; this Target location reflects that. Lots of moms come in throughout the week, like me. When my daughter was an infant, this was one of the places I would frequent more often. The women's and kids' clothing sections are always popular along with the home goods. Sometimes I would have a hard time finding my daughter's size because many shopped for that size already. Sometimes the kids' snacks, like Ritz's cheese snacks and on-the-go pouches will be low or out of stock, but the shelves are organized. Overall, I like the layout of the store. I usually go in a circle, hitting the food and perishables last before checking out. I like this place and the people working here. Tip: come during the week when it's less busy. Please do not bring your pets into non-pet-friendly stores. I just got home from target. I went with my parents and took my Service dog with me. And as we were leaving someone brought in an adult poodle in a dog stroller. Thankfully that dog didn't attack mine, but Target, you need to start asking the two ADA questions (is it a service dog, and what task is it trained to perform). If someone says yes, and says that it's an emotional support service dog you have the right to kick it out because that is not a service dog that is an emotional support animal. And if someone says something other than emotional support service dog, but it is in an animal stroller you also have the right to kick it out. And per the ADA it doesn't matter what the store policy is federal law overrides policies so even if it is against the store policy to ask the two questions you still need to ask them because it is illegal if a business does not. read more

The store is always clean and returns are super easy with the Target Circle app. If you dont have the app I definately recommend getting it to keep track of all your purchases in one place and get those circle deals they have every week on different items. Its basically like digital coupons you add to your account and then you can use your phone number when checking out. This location is always well stocked and I can usually find some good clearence deals too for toddler clothing and women! They also now have an Ulta on site with all your makeup needs and a specialist as well along with groceries and their regular makeup, hair, etc sections. I went into target for the first time since the election and loaded my cart with items that I needed. When I made it to the checkout line, there is self-serve express checkout, and one register open and 42 people, literally 42 people waiting into lines. I walked up to the front and asked the lady if there's anybody else that can do check out and she said no nobody works here anymore. So I left my buggy and walked out of the store. And I will not be back to target again. This is what you get for DEI. This is a great Target! It's clean and bright, has a large footprint, and is always well stocked. It has all of the typical Target departments including the grocery section which always has nice produce. The clothing section is well stocked with the latest; I especially like the workout section and specifically the great selection of Champion activewear. Their half zip tops and leggings with pockets are well priced and last forever. Those working here are friendly and helpful. Never has long lines and if there is a line, it moves fast. When I'm out in Salem visiting the various gardens and u-pick farms, I often stop here in the way back to Portland. Located in the same shopping center as Costco, it is super convenient. However in Wilsonville it was pretty evident they were using old 1989 buses for their public transport even ten years later. I am not a regular to Wilsonville but due to silly laws about business in the state, this is my go to Target in the greater PDX area. Now this is a Target worth dancing about because the prices are lower than what I see in Cali. Almost everything I buy in Cali can be found at this Target. This is a nice store in a nice shopping center right next to Costco. While they're a little busy at times, I've never noticed that the store was dirty or had bare shelves in any of their departments. The place is usually well staffed and doesn't have long lines, outside of maybe the afternoon rush, and is never a bad place to shop, regardless of the time of day or the day of the week. When you have little 'uns, this place pretty much becomes a weekly destination. This is my go-to place for kids birthday gifts, cards and clothes if I don't have the time to make it to someplace more interesting. I think the quality of their kids' clothes is in the middle (not as good as Childrens' Place and Gymboree), but better than Old Navy (can't stand that crap!). I agree with the original poster that finding an associate can be difficult at times, but I haven't had many snafus. In fact, I had a return the other day and I think the entire transaction was processed in less than a minute. They also do a great job of opening check stands so I don't usually have to wait to checkout. This store is only a couple years old and is clean and usually well stocked. They have a huge selection of storage bins and accessories and home decor. I recently was in the market for a medicine chest for my master bath. I looked all over (including some pretty high end stores) and ended up finding the perfect one here. I'm also a big fan of their workout clothes. When I want the best quality, fit and color and am willing to splurge I go to Lucy. But for the basics, this is the place. My biggest problem is shopping with the kids who are currently in the throws of Pokemon fever. My favorite Target in Portland. It's a super clean, bright, large space. Plenty of parking too. They have everything plus a wide array of groceries at great prices. A big plus is their pharmacy. Many of the pharmacy staff have worked there for years. I believe it's a CVS pharmacy now, but the same staff have all remained. Very friendly and they remember your name. I often come here to fill prescriptions and then proceed to fill my shopping cart to the rim on the way out. My only beef, but nothing to do with the staff, more of a corporate thing, is that Target has their cashiers always push the Target Red Card when they check you out. I feel sorry for the cashiers and hope they get a huge incentive for having to ask every single time if I'm "saving my 5% with the Red Card today?" First, I feel like a twat for continually forgetting to praise the store's Electronics tech-guy! If memory serves, his name was Gavin. (If I'm wrong, please forgive!) Last month I needed to upgrade to a new smartphone, which worked...sorta. To make an exasperating two-hour story short, my cell service realized (eventually) the new smartphone I'd just purchased needed an even newer SIM card. (Was the previous one moldy??) Gavin worked with the cell service-person to figure out the problem, my smartphone finally worked, and I swore to him I'd sing his praises here. He was incredibly patient, kind, friendly, and insisted I call or text someone while I was still there, to be 100% certain there weren't any hiccups. My understanding is the hours he has available to put in at Wilsonville's location are limited, so if you can get his help, TAKE IT! He's the nicest techie you'll meet! I'm sorry to say that this once very nice, well-stocked, well-run store has gone completely downhill in recent months. It's now run and kept so poorly: many large sections of shelves are completely empty, while others are totally disheveled and messy, and their customer service has become extremely low-staffed and disorganized, with only two checkouts open at very busy times, and several self-checkout machines closed as well. The kicker for me was when I recently placed a drive-up order, and got notified on the app that my order was ready, so I loaded up my toddler grandchildren, drove 20 miles to get there, and proceeded to wait for almost an HOUR in my drive-up parking space. At first, I was extending grace, as it was close to Christmas and I understood they were busy. But then I noticed that other cars that arrived after me were getting their orders. My toddlers in the backseat were understandably getting antsy to get out of their seats, so just as I was about to leave, a worker came walking up to the car, saying they "couldn't find" my items in the store. When I pulled up my order of many items, and showed him my screen, I said, "you guys couldn't find a single one of these items?" He then started fumbling over his words and finally confessed that no one actually even tried to fulfill the order. I asked him why the app told me the order was ready if no one shopped it, and he said he didn't know and handed me a $10 gift card for my hour wait and didn't offer to go fill the order - he just handed me the card, said "sorry" and walked off. I was dumbfounded. I drove 20 miles back home with none of the items I needed. All this to say, if you want an efficiently run store with good customer service, try another location! read more

Tonight, my mom and I went to grab some things really quick, we were waiting in line behind 2 people..It was our turn to walk up to the register to check out, as we are rolling our cart up to check out an off duty employee comes from the side and cuts us off in line.. throws her candy on the scanner and just glares back at us. We were not in a rush or upset, it was just a bit rude and weird. My wife wanted to give an early Christmas gift to me. Tried a different store for phone. After 3 days of trying to transfer data from old phone to new phone with no success. Returned that phone. Went to Target and Electronics Section. The first day I had two gentlemen (Shaad & Jermain) who helped me select a phone and got my Old phone's data transferred successfully. The 2nd day had to go back phone couldn't call out. Went back to the same Target Store in Wilsonville in the electronics section. The phone expert (Shaad) again helped me. Again, I am happy with my selection. My customer support was outstanding. Kudo's to the gentlemen who helped. They've just this month added fresh grocery - frozens, veggies, etc. Prices are pretty good but the selection is a little thin, to put it mildly. And what's this obsession they have with dairy-intense options from my favorite frozen food lines? Argh! So, +1 star for adding grocery, -1 star for adding grocery that's not very useful to me, and we're right back at "hey, this is a great place to shop for diapers, office supplies, and wrapping paper." And snack food, which they always had. And cat food. And storage solutions. And...sigh, okay, I shop here too much. But after the cat (and after I bought him that food!) knocked my glass vase on the floor, I REALLY needed the wet-attachment Swiffer for a disposable way to get all the teeny-tiny glass grains up and OUT of my toddler's way. Tonight was probably the most awful Target experience I've ever had. My husband and I were trying to pick up some items from the Labor Day sale and Rachel, who was checking us out, was extremely rude. The sale price wasn't showing up and she got upset for us asking for the sale price (after showing her the correct price), she repeatedly entered the incorrect one and would act like we were a huge inconvenience (sighing when we ever said a word) even when we were trying to be as friendly and patient as possible. When we tried to use our registry coupon, it wouldn't work, and she just stood there and didn't offer any advice or have someone come over and help. This Target is a good location for it. It is accessible. I just wished it was the full-sized Target. Also, the other bad thing is the prices seems to be about 2-3% more than at other Targets. Here's a tip. Use the Target app to price compare and buy things. When you've decided to buy, buy and pick it up at the store. That way you get the same price that is offered elsewhere and avoid the 2-3% upcharge for this location. I wish the store managers can get rid of the riffraff outside the store. I bought a vacuum from here on 10/24/20 for a $140 bucks. I opened it a week later in preparation of vacuuming and shampooing my carpets at home. I was surprised with a box full of (appeared used) kids clothes, a DVD player with a sticker that said 100 dollars, and several empty cheeto snack packs. Upset that I Didnt even get cheetos with my being sodomized by target, I immediately gathered up this treasure trove of junk and went right back to target where Bailey was working the returns and a guy named ref I am assuming was the lead or supervisor. I am informed security needs to look over the tapes for who returned it. What the hell this has to with me I dont know but okay. Ref writes down my name and number and says they will be in touch. 3 days go by and I have heard from noone. I wake up early to go by there on my way to work and talk with a lead/supervisor namedHannah on 11/3. She looks at me like I am speaking Greek and has no idea what I am talking about. She tells me Brett is asset protection lead and she will make it a priority for him to review the security cam footage. I dont care. I bought a product and did not receive it. She takes my name and number and says they will be in touch. 7 days later I'm still waiting to be touched. I had no idea that I was having a hundred and forty dang dollars sucked out of my wallet by target. In the end I look into the costs and filing fees to drag them into small claims court and yay it would cost me hundreds of more dollars missing work and filing fees on top of knowing they have in house corporate attorneys that would fight you tooth and nail before they would give you back your dignity valued at 140 dollars. Contrary to other reviewers, I have been shopping at the location since it opened, almost 20 years ago, and have never found an employee to rude. They have always been helpful and courteous. Today, my Red Card wouldn't take my PIN number. The clerk was patient with this 83 year-old veteran. Then I recalled having changed the PIN number after losing my card last month.when renters the correct pin we had a good laugh. I like this Target. It's my new Target location, as it's the closest one to our new place. It's pretty much your average Target, but the employees here are nice. They actually ask talk to you. Every time I've visited... like three or four times now... they've greeted me and asked if I need help looking for something or if I had any questions. Wow! And that's a good "wow." Well, this Target is located in a shopping center with a few little stores, a few places to eat, a Costco, an Office Depot, and a Pier 1 Imports. The outside is very clean. The parking lot spaces are ample, and I haven't seen it super busy yet like the ones I used to go to - even on a Sunday afternoon! This location does not have a Starbucks or a photo studio. It does have a cafe like most Targets, and when you leave, the smell of popcorn is quite prominent. Overall, I'm glad there's a good Target by my house, because I don't know what I'd do without one! I implore thee: Who does NOT like Target? From their colorful and creative commercials to their cool shoes, bags, and prescription bottles, Target's just an awesome one-stop shopping module...and I'm almost always able to leave spending way more money than I planned. While Target carries many different products, they don't seem to carry a good selection of many things. They've got loads of scrapbooking and crafty things, but I couldn't find photo corners. They've got a pretty big shelf of DVDs, but don't expect to find many indie or foreign films. And they have a lot of stylish clothing, but you'll find the plus-sized stuff mixed in with maternity, often not finding anything of the right size. I have to give them at least three stars, though, because they are pretty frickin' convenient (and carry Choxie nom-noms), but minus two for the selection and service. Every time I go there, I have issues finding things, and I can almost never find an associate when I need one. When I do see them, the majority don't ask if I need help, even if I'm walking aimlessly and clearly confused through the aisles. Finally, there are hardly ever enough registers open, and the cashiers are slow as all hell. Several times I've been there, and there's been some issue that a manager needed to come and finish the line. Another time, the cashier was so fidgety that he actually ended up giving me a WHOLE pile of bags, because one stuck, and he didn't notice it. What a waste! read more

This store used to be amazing. Since they remodeled the prices are higher, the items are more limited and they basically want to be a department store. The new makeup and hair area upgrade is nice, and they have more brands but more expensive ones.
