Oh boy here we go. Needed a couple of reclining loveseats and saw this place advertising on tv so…read morewe decided to drive out to Canby to check it out. Chris was our sales rep and did a great job helping us find what we wanted. Or at least what I thought we wanted.... Made the purchase for $2000 and set up delivery options. A month later we get the call that it's time , the loveseats are ready. Yay!! Happy days.... Wrong. So the delivery drivers show up and go about their business removing our old sectional couch and bringing in the new loveseats. As they are putting these things together I'm noticing some things, the pieces aren't lining up properly and there are gaps and other issues that are visible and then the installers can't get the backs of the chairs to clip in securely. They are telling me that these parts aren't right and possibly defective. Dammit! So I decide not to accept delivery on these and get a phone call from Chris telling me that they wont charge me a restocking fee if I come in to get a refund. Really? A restocking fee on defective parts? WTF? So I go in and they tell me they got it all figured and and everything is good. I ask to see the units and immediately can see that they have lied right to my face about this. Grab the back of the loveseat and with very minimal effort pull the whole thing apart . I just look at him and say this is what you call all better then I look at the other loveseat right next to it and grab a hold of that one and what do you know the whole back just comes right off that one as well. By this point some other manager comes and and basically is telling me that for $900 a loveseat this is the quality you get. Now that's some bullshit! So I'm asking for a full refund which they give me but not before making me feel like this is my fault. Horrible customer service from the manager and a lack of education on how to deal with a problem like this. Needless to say I will never do business here again and would suggest everyone who sees this to look elsewhere. Poor management and even worse product. Good day all

Excellent customer service here…read more I recently purchased a nice sleeper sofa from these guys. We were super excited but unfortunately one of the parts came defective. We asked the manufacturer for replacement parts and they sent us the wrong parts! Initially it was a really frustrating situations but the folks at Haiku took our side and made sure we were really well taken care of. They coordinated the expedited shipping of the correct part, and even sent a crew to come pick up the incorrect and damaged parts directly from our home so we didn't have to deal with the disposal. Everything worked out well in the end despite the initial hiccup, which to be clear wasn't even their fault. I was really impressed by the way they handled the situation. Long story short, when it comes to buying expensive furniture pieces, what's more important than having good customer service to back you up? The team at Haiku went above and beyond to make sure our issue was taken care of. They frequently checked in to give us status updates and ask if we needed anything else.
