This store has a lot of…read moreitems but it's not packed so tightly which enables one to walk around with ease and easily see the merchandise. There is lots of really stylish clothing across a spectrum of prices, so something for everyone's budget. They have a large assortment of jeans, a few pairs of shoes and handbags, scarves, sweaters, dresses, blouses, t-shirts and jumpsuits- they have it all. This visit, the back wall was adorned with several jean jackets, many with fun embellishments, making an Instagram worthy backdrop. Personally, I love the jewelry. Pieces from local artists, national designers, and inexpensive fashion jewelry as well. This visit they had an assortment of "bumblebee" pins that were vintage looking and so fun! There is always a pair of earrings, a necklace, or bracelet that I have to have. On my recent visit, it was a turquoise hair clip that could not be passed up. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They were a bit suspicious as I was taking lots of pics, but in the end realized I was just there to enjoy my shopping experience.

Love the cute clothes & the service from all the lovely ladies that work there. It's so nice to have a go to boutique rather then having to roam from store to store, go downtown Portland or (gasp) go to a mall. :) Price range varies. You can find a casual dress for $80 or spend $300 on a gorgeous girly Spring dress. Then of course, shoes, sweaters, workout clothes, amazing jeans, holiday wear, etc. You can find great gifts there as well, water bottles, fun jewelry, cute scarves, etc. Easy parking another bonus!

Since my last visit a few years ago, this location has gone the way of other Chico's. The store is…read morefilled with lots of bold prints, clothing embellished with embroidered (hello 70s), studded jeans and bling. Their demographic is women older than 50, but their clothing selection is trying way too hard to say, "I'm still young." They would do far better with natural fabrics vs polyester, and basic layering pieces and wardrobe staples in solids and neutrals. So that everyone feels like they are wearing a small size, they did away with the standard U.S. sizing of 0-32, and created their own size range of 0-4. The rationale being that with just 5 sizes, no one is labeled plus size. Ridiculous. Everyone knows that size 4 is larger than size 0. And for those that don't shop here frequently, it's challenging to figure out what size pants or top to bring into the dressing room. With just 4-5 sizes, it means that each size fits a variety of sizes and shapes, so the item is either too big or too small. Not a fan. Chicos is big on accessorizing. Their signature style is big, chunky long and short necklaces. Lots of bling, plus belts, scarves and hats. The associates are friendly and helpful. If this is your style, it's a great place to shop, just doesn't work for me.

I told her several times To leave me alone To the point I finally told her I did not like her and she should be fired. The store manager is Kristen, that I thought cared for her customers. I find out she does not care. Just told me to let it go. I have had a week to think about it. There has to be other stores to shop in. I have been a loyal Chico's customer since 2007 and have spent many thousands of dollars there. Their current owners have largely ruined the brand and their product line has gotten worse. I sure hope somebody at Chico's sees this.
