It was my first time going ever and I know you need a membership but they let us kindly go in and if we wanted to buy anything, it's fine without the membership. It was very fun to walk around and explore every aisle because there were so many things to see! The prices overall are a bit cheaper than elsewhere and they have a variety of things. For example, there are at least 5-6 different refrigerators for sale, not all stores have that! We didn't buy anything this time around but I think they had lots of things stocked up, even chicken, horse, and farm animal foods! Quite impress with the varieties for sure! read more

I love this bi mart simply for the reason of Jonathan. I came in looking for Pokemon cards and Jonathan helped me as I looked for them. Sadly there weren't any Pokemon cards at the location. I ended up getting a drink because I was thirsty and Jonathan checked me out. He wished my friends and I a good day. He also said a pretty funny joke that cracked my friends and I up. Personally I love my bi mart! It's a one stop get it all. Anything from~ Hardware Kitchen ware Electronics Medicine Food Clothing Paint Gardening Hunting gear Lots of fishing gear And soooo much more! I was very pleased to see a tables set with wipes hand sanitation and even gloves when you first walk in! The store has everything you need for an absolutely great price. They also have special offers on Tuesdays for members and raffles you could win! I would've love to give the store a five star but there was only one charge register open and multiple employees walking around and as you could see the line was fairly long. I've always enjoyed shopping here since they opened a long long time ago. They have great prices and a nice small town store feel. I did have an experience recently that frustrated me and just wanted to share a heads up with anyone reading. Their return policy is strict! I bought a couple solar lamps for my garden about a month ago, maybe five weeks (they can only go back 30 days) and they were $25 each. Both of them quit working after a few days and so I tried to return them, but didn't have my receipt. They were only going to give me five dollars for each one because that's what they were marked down at for the sale, so I would've been out $40! The manager met me partway and gave me $30 back. But I was still out $20! They do not have a way to track your transaction from your credit or debt card over 30 days , as most stores will do these days. Even Target with some tighter guidelines can look up your debit card number and see your transaction history and give you your money back, or at least a credit. Anyway, Bi-Mart needs to get up with the times and be able to look back at activity in the recent past. I don't know if I want to say Bye to Bi- Mart, but I am feeling much more inclined to do my shopping somewhere else for now on. I miss my $20 and my solar lamps. At least return all the money to people if you sell them bad merchandise! read more

I've been shopping here for 3.5 years and they seem to have gotten rather paranoid about whoever walks in their store. This morning I walked behind a couple that entered the store through apparently the "wrong door". The couple walked right in, but I was promptly stopped by a woman who asked me if I had a bi mart card. I said yes and asked why. She said because I came from the wrong direction. I explained I followed two other people in through the same door... to which she replied "it's ok, we will account for you." What the hell is that supposed to mean?!!! And why didn't she go and "account for" the other two that I followed into the store? Anyway, I tried to forget it and commenced to shop. But the whole incident of being singled out and made to feel like I was under surveillance bothered me so much that I finally left without buying anything. How can this store make their customers feel so awkward and unwelcome??? What a terrible experience. read more

Filthy deal: good price on dirt. Okay. They have more for sale than just dirt. They have a weird selection of food items. They have shovels & hoes & paper towels & bed throws They have pools in the summer & tools and fake fire log stoves. It's reminds me of old school everything stores in Alaska (home) - they had a little bit of everything PLUS a sporting goods section. CHECK! All in all, their membership card system is so antiquated it's ridiculous, but they are nice & good place to shop. I joined a few years ago because I needed dirt and didn't want to drive out to the country and so, I bought a $5 lifetime membership (Take that Costco!) and the rest is history. read more

I have shopped here for 15 years and always loved it up until about the past year. Last time I was here I was followed around by security for a good hour. I came in today to get a prepaid card I got the purchase card and went to the register like it says on the card and the man at the register told me that the lady at customer service needed to help me with it so I went to customer service and customer service didn't say a word to me they just got on the intercom and called for somebody to come to electronics. At this point I was already a little annoyed because everybody was so rude. But I needed the cell phone so I went to the counter and I waited a literally set my timer waited there for 17 minutes without anybody acknowledging me at all. I finally decided to leave and go to Walgreens to get the phone. I had about $280 worth of merchandise I was planning on purchasing probably the biggest purchase I have made it by Mark but it's very clear that nobody there one of my business. I've been in customer service all my lifeAnd understand the importance of treating a customer courteously. I had two employees come through the electronics department and not even acknowledge me as I stood at the counter. And then when I left I passed by both the customer service counter and the employee I went to initially and nobody asked me if I was helped. I hope this is something that they work on improving. I know majority of the shoppers at bi Mart are elderly and I would hate to think that any of them experience what I just did. read more

The coolest thing about this place is when I have given up looking for something random, I ALWAYS find it here. Random accessories for Halloween costumes after we have scoured Goodwill? Check! Canned oysters that taste decent and don't cost $10 a can? Check! Easter candy that isn't $6 a bag. Check! Great prices made even better if you follow their ads. Good prices on hardware and outdoor gear. Friendly, helpful employees. Not a full grocery store (there's one next door), but if you are looking for a bargain, it's worth checking out. read more

Bi-Mart you are always there with just the things I need. After the demise of G. I. Joes, yes I know they dropped the G. I. but I could never move on past that. This is one of the few stores that I can find that carries the kind of stuff you need. Yes, maybe Fred Meyer has wiper blades but Bi-Mart has always been there for me. Our relationship started early as my parents when we lived in Eugene relied on the Eugene store for all kinds of supplies. Primarily camping supplies but a little of everything is carried in these stores. When I was 20 years old I went to work for the Bi-Mart store in Bend. It was only Christmas seasonal but I never will forget the $5 cash Christmas bonus for a months worth of work. My first and only Christmas bonus. It was kind of cool. However, I digress. In my quest to pick up some last minute Christmas items and winter preparedness items this place always fits the bill. This store always has the stuff you are looking for and often can't find in other stores. My membership card cost $2 when I purchased it in the 1980's but it still works just fine. It's paper so I no longer carry it just a picture on it on my smart phone but it's all good. I'll be back as they always have something I need. read more

Drove over to the store on Highway 99 west to buy White Rain hair spray for my Wife. They had three cans in stock. We bought two of the cans. My wife tried to use one of the cans but it had no pressure. She tried the second can but it was dead also. I looked at the can and noticed the sell by date was three years ago. Went to Walgreens, Safeway, and Bimart was my last stop. Safeway & Walgreens no longer require masks, and after shopping in Bimart for about 5 minutes a lady employee started yelling from the far end of the aisle "where's your mask, where's your mask sir, etc" I had to put on a mask, risk a body slam from the crazy lady, or quicly exit before she caught me......l left. Bi-Mart is a membership store, but membership is cheap and lifetime. (It's $5 for a lifetime membership as I write this. It's been $5 since I got my membership card in high school. And no, I'm not admitting how long ago that was, but suffice to say it's been a while.) They have a decent selection of goods, much less food-oriented and more "the rest of the department store" - and the prices are good. Music, electronics, appliances, dishes, household goods and day-to-day stuff, some food (but this is not their main focus), some clothes (ditto), a pharmacy, school supplies...all that stuff. And yesterday they actually had the type of wastebasket I was looking for, which puts them above the other two stores I tried to find it in. It's not like it was an exotic one, I just wanted a small one that wasn't a frou-frou bath thing that cost $25. Plain white was FINE. read more

I'm a fisherman and this place can't be beat for cheap tackle. Minimally I am here every year for an angling license renewal and I usually find some reason to stop here a couple of times before camping. The pricing is so good that I also pace the isles in search of deals and have walked away with clothing, gardening, and home appliances in the past. BiMart is such an easy store to pick up much of what you might need. From hardware, to kitchen items, to cleaning supplies, vitamins, sporting goods, alcohol, food, office supplies and much, much more! The staff are all helpful and friendly & the customer service person-of-the-day welcomes you as you enter. Not many stores do that! My 1 and only complaint is prices are sometimes not listed correctly - but on the upside, they are almost always less at check-out, not more. (Not much of a complaint, huh?). I love this store been coming here for 20 years. Has almost everything you'd want at awesome prices. Had an experience today with a cashier. They're normally nice but this gal was extremely rude. Was having an issue with the credit card machine, apparently I hit a wrong button , she had the nerve to sigh in my face and say " now I need to call for another checker because your holding up the line" then turned away and said " I wish people could figure out this machine it's not that hard" all in all after re sliding my card I added about 20 seconds to the process. I like shopping at Bi Mart, but their rusty shopping carts are becoming a hazard to customers. I painfully hurt my right middle finger trying to rustle a stuck child seat into position, which scraped part of the skin and left a small hematoma. You need new shopping carts.
