Order pickup. This Target is usually very disappointing. I'm not sure why. Or why it doesn't have the same happy feel as othet Targets but this one always leaves me either frustrated or mad. The shelves aren't usually stocked but if they're being stocked, you can't get to anything and the employees act like you're the issue because you need them to move. I keep telling myself STOP going to this location but I punish myself and keep going. Just do yourself a favor and don't go here. There are plenty of Target stores in Beaverton! read more

I forget why I do not like this location until I try to shop here. They seem to have far less clothing than the other locations and the store feels very poorly arranged. I will drop in to grab things I know for fact the other ones have and cannot find here though. I also use the motorized carts and theirs always seem messed up. One o them I unplugged and turned on. It said full battery and I got to the other side of the store and was starting to shop when suddenly it said the battery was empty...this was seriously not even after five minutes. This is TERRIBLE to do to someone who is using a cart due to mobility issues since I now have to walk all the way to the front of the store to get another cart to use. And then I was waiting in an insanely long line to check out which moved pretty slow which I also remember being common here and they do not have any self checks open. As the person ringing me up became more and more rude to me I was definitely remembering why I avoid this location. It was even down to the way the store is arranged - none of the sections are inviting, I need to really remember to go to any of the other locations. read more

So I made the big mistake of buying a candle lighter. I went to the self checkout because it's usually faster and I'm good at scanning items, having worked as a cashier before (I'm much faster at it than most people). The candle lighter required my ID and that required an employee to scan their badge so they could type my date of birth. I was waiting there for ten to fifteen minutes at 5:30 pm in the evening. One of the nearby cashiers had to leave her register to do this. And she wasn't all that nice about it. I tried calling the customer service desk but unsurprisingly they never answered. Not happy. Call me whatever you want, I don't care. I'm tired of the nanny state. The vast majority of people aren't smokers or pyromaniacs. EDIT: I lost my wallet here and they did absolutely nothing to help me. Didn't even offer to keep an eye out for it in case someone turned it in. Don't lose anything important here because nobody in this place cares. read more

This associate Julie needs to be fired IMMEDIATELY for profiling, unprofessionalism, lying and sheer rudeness. I will be calling corporate first thing Monday morning. When walking towards checkout she physically blocked us from going to a register and let us know "they're closing them" -- mind you each register has people at it, all open. She proceeded to huff "fine just go" given there were multiple people behind us that walked up to a register with no comment from her. From that moment, as we scanned our items, she was standing directly behind us, watching every scan. We spent $250 (extremely frequent shoppers) only to be followed towards the door. When walking out, a group teens walked out with us and the security lights went off on the bars before the door. We of course stopped and started swinging our bag to see if it was us, it was not. When the manager walked up, she said "do you have any electronics?" Before we could answer, Julie runs up and says "YES THEY DID, LEGOS AND EVERYTHING ITS THEM"....we had no electronics and were standing there completely shocked at her raising her voice. When we swung the bag again, no beep, and told her we had no electronics, Julie wasn't letting it up. We said "Julie has been stalking us our entire checkout experience" where Shandi the manager said, "we don't stalk here, sorry you feel that way" and started walking away while Julie made a rude face smile and waved at us...as if we did something wrong. We said how unprofessional and rude that was, considering she's the manager and we did absolutely nothing wrong. Mind you, self check out is still full of people. This was a horrible experience, ruined our evening all while buying legos and diapers for our kid. Shame on you Julie and Shandi. read more

A quick trip in for a few supplies on our work trip to the area, this Target matched most any other. Fluorescent lights, a bit dingy from patronage, relatively organized, and fair prices for staples, especially from the house brand. read more

Always forget about this Target location, then every once in awhile when I am trying to find an item locally, this store pops up! There are several Targets closer to me so this is not my regular store, but serves it's purpose when I need something specific that they have in stock. The footprint is very different than any other Target so it's confusing since I don't shop here frequently. Was able to locate the items and perused the clothing, electronics, health & beauty and accessories while there. Not as well stocked or organized as other locations. For me this is a just an ok experience. Got the job done, nothing exceptional. read more

Their website shows sales but when you get to the store there are NO signs on the products to show you which products apply. None. Also nothing anywhere shows a limit unless you look at the online details. The ad signs do NOT say there is a limit so if you don't have a ohine you don't know. Then when you check out expecting more gift cards then they give you the manager is rude and they make you feel stupid and will NOT work with you. Plus they NEVER have enough cashiers open. Disabled individuals like me are NOT able to use self checkout. So open more registers or have one just for disabled and senior citizens. So we don't have to stand for do long. Also my entire time there at EVERY visit not once has anyone asked if I need help. No one. read more

This is probably the worst target I've ever been to. And I've been to some really bad Targets. 9 hours for them to fill my order & it's still not done. I placed it at around 12:30pm today to pick up after work at 5:30pm. It's now 9:30pm. Still not ready. This isn't the first time this has happened, but usually I just cancel the order after 4 or so hours & go get my items myself. The employees want nothing to do with you, their cosmetic section is NEVER fully stocked (or even close to it) & they added an "Ulta" that had maybe one aisle's worth of product. The employees there don't seem thrilled about it, either. The idea was awesome but the execution sucked. Not to mention the milkmaid clothing that seems to be the only option for the past year or however long. You get milkmaid, gym attire, or 12-year-old in the late 90's attire. Just awful. Some Target stores have do not park in wheelchair white lined spots, not this store. I see people parking in the wheelchair loading/unloading and this Target store doesn't care. Ordered what we needed online and did order pick up when we were in the area. Order was all together and pick up was quick and efficient. Absolutely love the order pick up and how quick, convenient and efficient it is. Bonus for the person who brought out our order for knowing how to close our hatchback. read more

They recently renovated this store to add an Ulta section and a larger Starbucks. They both look very nice and shiny but the Ulta is usually very sparse with products. I'm going to attribute that to the backlog of COVID supply chain issues. read more

Do yourself a favor and just shop at a different location. And NEVER place an online order because it'll never get fulfilled and they'll mark things out of stock and then when you have to physically go in to shop for your substitute items (after waiting 6 hours for them to fulfill your order and canceling the order) they'll actually have everything you needed in stock. This has happened the last 2 times and the time before that, it took them 25 minutes just to bring the one box of diapers out to the car. ‍ read more

Went to return an item I had bought online. This was the first time that I had been in a target since the pandemic began and I felt really uncomfortable. Yay for masks - but there was no social distancing in the returns line or anywhere in the front of the store. The line was jammed into the clothing section with people super close to each other. Unlike other locations I've been to, this Target has music! I loved it. I'm not sure if that's a regular experience, but the music is awesome. It's probably why this review is so high. My shopping experience during this trip consisted primarily of buying clothes so it was a pleasant visit for me. read more

I agree with other reviews about stock and staffing issues. Can rarely find someone for help in the store (pushed the call button three times on the scanner box and no one ever came) and when you do they either tell you stuff showing in stock is in the back (and they don't know what box) or that they don't know where it is on the floor. Has happened to me numerous times at this particular location, whereas other locations are able to locate things in back... Also have had workers tell me stuff is out of stock and that the app is "always showing incorrect numbers" even if it says in stock, only for me to find the items myself in an aisle. Happened with batteries they told me they didn't have (asked two different people) then found an entire aisle of batteries none of them knew about, they told me it was only on an end cap. Personally I'd avoid this location, I've had much better luck finding items and with staff help at the other stores. read more

Grossly understaffed, low inventory and sweltering in the store. I came to pick up an item I had already purchased online. There were 4 people in front of me in the exchange line. I had to wait 20 minutes just to pick up my already purchased item. They only had one poor employee working the line. She was doing her best but one more employee would have made a huge difference. I also had to wait for over 5 minutes just you use the U-scan line. This store is terribly inefficient. This is a multi-billion dollar corporation and there is no excuse not to have a little more staff and climate control. read more

Store was not crowded the Sunday night we were here. The store was really clean, well organized, and fully stocked. Service was slow. There were only 2 registers open. Clerk who helped us was okay though. Best things I liked about this Target store. The prices of the products we purchased were the same as our hometown branch. I went here tonight on a quest for something cute and not too expensive to wear to an event tomorrow. Money is tight and my body type isn't easy to find clothes that fit. It took me over two hours but I pulled together 3 things I wanted to try on only to be told the dressing rooms were closed. It's 7:30 PM so no time to go anywhere else and I can't afford to buy them all then return what doesn't work so I went in search of a manager. I worked retail and managed a store before. I get that there are a lot of clothes to rehang. Took me a while to find the manager, then wait for her to finish helping someone else, but finally get to talk to her and explain my situation. I told her I would gladly put back what didn't work if she could please grant this exception. I'm not a Karen, not a pain, actually never asked anyone anything like this before. I was just desperate and out of time to go anywhere else. No, she said. No exceptions. I made a point of telling her how long it took me to find the few things I found, the importance of getting something, that I'd never asked for such a thing before in my life, and that I must be pretty desperate to wait another 1/2 hour to find and wait for her. Nope. Won't do it even though no one would even be impacted since I'd rehang and return things to their places. No. Didn't bat an eye. Sounds silly but I left, sat in my car and bawled. Can't go with my grandkids tomorrow because I don't have a dress. I haven't seen them in 3 years. Would have shopped earlier but the money I needed to go didn't come to me until this evening. Great Target. I like that it's one level, not two. They have everything, including groceries & sometimes great sales/coupons. Almost always good DVD, CD, & book sales. There's a cafe in this one, but no Starbucks. I used to wish for a Starbucks here, but since I've gotten used to shopping at a Starbucks-less Target, I do believe I have saved/am saving quite a bit of money! :) read more

I like this store as it's nearby, however, currently it's under construction so I won't be back until it's finished most stuff is out of stock and I can't find anything so bear that in mind if you go over there anytime soon. The have a lot of things that you need for every day but don't want to spend a lot. I loved it when they had the Isaac Mizahi line there and since he left to go work at Liz Clairborne it hasn't been the same in regards to fashion and style. There housewares are nice and you can pick up an inexpensive gift or two there. I'll be back after the remodel. read more

I have two Target stores about equal in distance from my apartment. This one is closer, if only by a couple tenths of a mile. But I think unless I'm driving on Hall and thinking "Hey, I have some household items I really need to get!" I'll go to the the Beaverton Hillsdale Target. Why, you ask? Holy moly the parking lot here is a nightmare. It's clearly an older Target, constructed before the thriving popularity of the Sport Utility Vehicle. I'm frightened for myself and the cars of other patrons every time I attempt to park here. It's not pretty. Luckily, so far, I've been able to park without causing major damages to anyone or anything. But sometimes you or your neighboring car have mere inches to open doors and get in and out of your cars. And in the springtime and summer? Prepare to get dive-bombed by birds if you park too close to their nests. As for the actual store and its stock? Again, it's an older Target. And apparently a very high traffic store. Unless you go in early in the day it's picked over, messy, and out-of-stock of lots of things. The grocery section is lacking compared to other stores and I forget that they don't have many of the things I go in looking for that they might have at the BHH Target. The food court is also pretty yikes. I was just in yesterday and was hungry and needing a little bite to eat before roaming through the aisles. The mini cheese pizza I ordered and paid for was pretty much not fit for human consumption. I should have mentioned how burnt it was and requested another, but the lady working the counter looked so wholly displeased to be there I didn't want to bother. Some of the things that are logically stocked together at other stores (say, shower heads with all the other bathroom accouterments like shower curtains and soap holders etc), are all...on the opposite side of the store with other "home organization" items. O....K.....Even the sales associate who I asked to help me locate these items thought this was asinine. The only plus side to this store? Their clothing section, which can be messy and thrashed after a busy day, is pretty large compared to other stores. Or at least the Plus Sized ladies section seems bigger and better stocked than other Targets. Other stores have it mashed in next to the Maternity clothes and I'll wander in thinking, "Ooh, that looks cute! Oh wait, that's maternity stuff." I don't get a lot of clothes at Target, but it's nice to know there is more to choose from here than the five racks or so that is usually available at other stores. read more

*********Pharmacy Review********* As I'm still searching for a convenient pharmacy, I dropped a prescription off at this Target a couple of weeks ago, went over to Washington Square and shopped for a couple of hours and came back to pick up my RX for pain meds. It had not been filled because they "forget to get my insurance information". I pointed out that I had actually left my insurance card with the clerk 2 hours ago. The clerk then there (not the one I left my card with) argued with me about it. They finally found my insurance card, took 30 minutes more to fill the prescription then forgot to run it thru insurance..so a wait for that to occur. Things finally got straightened out and I got my prescription. I had a refill on the pain med and was having oral surgery today at a dentist office near this Target, so 2 days ago I called in to their automatic refill line and ordered a refill. I didn't want to wait after having oral surgery, believe me. Just went in and again the Rx wasn't ready....I was in pain and could hardly talk....this time they weren't quite as busy so I didn't have a long wait for the Rx but honestly, I should have just been able to come in and pick it up..I'd ordered the refill over 48 hours previously. Though this pharmacy is near my dentist and doctor, it's not going to be my new pharmacy either. Is it too much to expect a little competence in a pharmacy department? They are so unorganized there that I fear getting a Rx for something new, that I don't know what it looks like, and being given the wrong drug. For this reason alone, I have to give a 1 star rating. Even though my old Freddys is further away, it's looking more and more like I'll be staying there for my prescriptions. read more

I'm not a huge fan of chain stores, but there's something undeniably convenient about Target. When i need new sheets for my swiffer mop, i'd sure as heck rather give my money to Target than WalMart. This location, though... well, it tends to be dirty. And poorly organized. I don't know if they're short-handed or the staff just doesn't care, but the shelves are disheveled and the floor could use a good mopping. read more

Yesterday, the gentleman who helped me in electronics was very polite and helpful. However, that was not the case today. The girl in electronics was horribly rude and just stared at me with confusion. Then, the girl who processed my return was undoubtedly rude. No smile, no help, whatsoever. Just bland. If you don't like your job, go work someplace else. These two women lack customer service severely. They should be working in the back and away from the public with their horrible attitudes. read more

This has to be the nastiest target I have ever been to and I've been traveling cross country for years. Spend an hour in this store and you can see how dysfunctional and hell bent this store operates. There are barely any managers or leaders and the poor minimum wage staff is left to fend for themselves. I held off on writing a review until I saw how horrid one employee was being treated. 10 feet away from a customer (me) and I hear a manager tell an employee to put back all the underwear that was USED, TRIED ON, RETURNED, AND DIRTY. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. The absolute audacity to have one of your employees not only touch, but restock UNDERWEAR with discoloration from who knows what. It doesn't help that every day you see less and less people wearing red so I'm sure even the employees are leaving faster than the customers!!! Save yourself some time and go to the Beaverton or Sherwood Targets! They will be a much better experience! read more

Will NOT price match unless you bring in a printed ad from a sale item. So if a neighboring direct competitor regularly sells an item for less, Target won't price match - even if you show them the lower prices via phone app. We left the store and went over to their competition and saved 18 dollars and change on a 70 dollar backpack (regular price)... Target missed the target again. read more
