I initially came in to shop for my niece since her birthday is coming up and the staff was welcoming and answered all my questions. I want to give a shoutout to the manager Katelynn as well, she was the best! This crazy customer came in demanding to speak to a manager immediately over some issue she had. Katelynn handled it with great professionalism and poise. This was my first time here but definitely won't be my last!

I received someone else's shipment and when I explained to the service rep she said to just go submit a claim with your bank. Not helpful and now I'm out $200.

Victoria took the time to listen to my needs, explained everything clearly, and helped me choose the right products without any pressure Her calm, friendly approach made the entire experience comfortable and trustworthy. Highly recommend this place, especially if you have the chance to work with Victoria

I came here looking for a formal long dress to wear to attend an upcoming wedding in November…read more.. The staff here was nice & attentive. I didn't catch her name but a lady noticed my arms full of long dresses and started me a fitting room & let me know they'd be in #5 when I was ready. Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. My only con and the reason I'm taking away one star is that the company does not ship dresses from other stores if they don't have your size... if they offered this would be a great help for someone who can't travel to another city hours away, especially if it's not available on their website.

I came to this store with my daughter to find her homecoming dress, and our experience was quite…read moredisappointing from the moment we walked in. No one greeted us or acknowledged our presence, which immediately set an unwelcoming tone. After browsing for a bit, my daughter found several dresses she wanted to try on. When we approached the fitting room, the associate there was in a deep conversation with someone and didn't acknowledge us at all. I waited for a moment, expecting at least a quick "I'll be right with you," but that never happened. I simply needed to know how many items we were allowed to bring into the fitting room, yet I was completely ignored. I ended up asking the cashier, who also seemed disinterested and unmotivated. She eventually answered my question, but the overall attitude from the staff felt indifferent and unprofessional. Customer service should always start with something as simple as acknowledging customers when they enter the store. A friendly greeting or offer to help can make a huge difference, especially for families shopping for special occasions like homecoming. Unfortunately, the lack of attention and basic courtesy really affected our experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and provides additional training to the staff--acknowledging people and showing a little enthusiasm is part of good customer service, and it goes a long way.

They were also patient in grabbing the clothes on the high hangers that even I can't reach just so I could feel the designs and compare sizing. Also got the perk of a BOGO 50% off deal which beat the BOGO 30% being offered online. I picked up a few Hello Kitty Lunar New Year Bitty Pop figurines at the cash register. Sometimes I prefer shopping online since I'm overwhelmed by all the pop culture brands available and different promos going on, but it's friendly interactions like this that make coming in-person worth it

I don't think her intention was bad but she had no awareness to how it could affect someone and even be hurtful. Being in a fitting room asking for help can be a very vulnerable situation for women especially with so many people nowadays dealing with body dysmorphia. Hopefully this location can improve the customer service in this aspect ... other than that they have nice clothes.

When I went back to return the items, the manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional.
