Ami was super helpful & got to help me add & bring the remaining dresses I found into my fitting room. She also helped me zip up some of my dresses when I requested her help. When I was ready to check out Ami also helped me with her opinion of the 3 dresses I was choosing from. Thank you so much for your help & kindness. They have a good amount of variety for options here! I definitely would come back here again. Based on this message, I went to the store to collect it. At the store, I showed the SMS and pickup code to a staff member. The staff member, whose head was fully covered with cloth leaving only the face visible (I was unable to obtain their name), informed me that there was no information about my order. This was stated without asking for my phone number or email address, and without conducting any further system check. When I asked whether it was necessary to search using my phone number or email, the staff member responded that I was not an employee there and therefore did not understand how their system worked, and insisted that "if there is no information, then there is none." Dismissing a customer's order that was confirmed by an official notification without completing basic verification steps, and responding in a firm and dismissive manner to a reasonable inquiry, is a service experience I find very difficult to accept. This is the first time I have encountered such an experience in my years of shopping around the world.

The pricing also doesn't always make sense. I saw a shirt still with the Ross tag for $6.99, yet Plato's was asking $10. How is that a better deal than buying it brand new? One of the staff, a girl with glasses and long hair, seemed visibly annoyed when I asked to see some perfumes. I understand retail work can be tiring, but basic courtesy goes a long way.
