Employees not wearing masks. The woman in the photo had hers off altogether until I said "Are masks not needed in this store?" Then she put it over her mouth only for quite awhile as I looked around. And she approached me and said in the most insulting condescending tone "Do you need help?" At that point I decided to leave, without purchasing the items I specifically went there to buy. read more

This review is not for Chico's clothes, but for one of its salespeople. I purchased a blouse on December 18 in store, and it was on sale for 30% off. After Christmas, the price was reduced even more. I went to the store on December 27 with my receipt and price tag to ask about a price adjustment. I was well within their 14 day price adjustment period. The person who helped me was the same person who sold me the blouse on December 18. She was super helpful both times. I asked her about the price adjustment. She didn't see the blouse in the store, so I pointed it out to her. She stated she didn't think it was on sale. I showed her Chico's website on my phone with the reduced price. She started to process the adjustment when another employee, maybe a team leader, started to chime in by saying she just sold the same blouse this morning, and it wasn't on sale. I said that customer was overcharged. I showed her my phone, and she said that's the online price, not the in store price. I replied that the webpage didn't say online only. She continued to say that it was the online price. After the first salesperson processed the adjustment, I told the team leader that she wasn't wearing her mask properly. She only had her mouth covered, and not her nose. She looks like the woman in the photo in another review. She didn't acknowledge what I said. Kudos to the first salesperson who helped me. As far as the other employee, she could have resolved the situation by just honoring the price on their webpage without coming up with excuses not to do the price adjustment. read more

I shopped during a sale on Sunday. I was plesantly greeted and helped to shop and return an item. I had to get to an appointment and left an item at the counter that I'd intended to purchase. I immediately called the store from my vehicle and asked if I could return the next day to purchase the sale item. They agreed to hold the item and welcomed me to come in on Monday to pick it up. I took off from work during my lunch hour today to drive to Danville to pick up the item. The item had now "changed price" as the "sale had changed". I mentioned that I was not told the price would be different today or I would have been happy to give a credit card for the item over the phone yesterdat. This is a principle issue. Most any manager would have agreed and made the minor price adjustment in order to appease an old customer or obtain a new one. The 2 saleswomen who were working were not willing to budge, at all, talk to a manager, call another store, etc. Above all, the attitude of these ladies was that of someone who could care less if I patronized their store. Chico's cost me not one but 2 trips to their store. I was appaled at how rudely their salespeople were today about the situation. They had no intention of even trying to figure out how to handle the situation, they simply DID NOT CARE. read more

Beautiful unique jewelry. I shop the sale racks with my mom. I don't bother trying on the clothes since I'm plus sized. I love the unique pieces I've gotten here, but about half of it (2 necklaces, 1 earring) have just randomly broken and fallen apart while just sitting there. read more

Parked in the parking lot designated "Public Parking" and upon exiting the car with my girlfriend, the supposed owner barged out of the building and told us she was going to tow us. I was simply going to buy a present for my mother for mother's day but she assumed I couldn't afford to patronize her business because I had a backwards hat on. I felt disrespected and prejudged. Her aggressive temper has cost her my business, both present and future. By the way, the reason you are losing business, Chico's manager, is not because of parking shortages but because of terrible customer service per today's encounter. read more

Came here to buy a gift for my girlfriend, the staff was amazingly rude and stuck up. Before I had a chance to enter the store, the cashier rushed out and scolded me for parking in their customers parking and threatened to tow my car. I got in my car and left. Mom loves Chicos! I always see something I think she'd like. I usually get gift cards, but this time found some great fun jewelry... and on sale! They have a great selection for travel/ cruise/ vacation options that pack nicely. Their styles don't seem too trendy, and I found some great basics for myself. Camis, white shirts, khakis, etc. ( Worth taking a look before heading out to the mall). The women that work there are really helpful, without hovering if you just want to browse. This place is more interested in getting your personal information than selling clothing. Seriously, do I have to get spammed with junk mail to get a discount or buy anything for that matter. The sales person was persistent and obnoxious as if she worked at RadioShack® extracting people for information so you can buy a set of batteries. I watched a girl get berated for her information to the point that it was uncomfortable to watch. I walked out and will not let my wife shop there. read more

Parked in front of Chicos in the Country Waffle & Chicos combined parking lot in order to go to Country Waffle yesterday. As I got out of my car and headed to the resurgent, a woman with long blond hair came running out and said "will you be coming back to shop at Chicos" I said no I am going to Country Waffle. This woman proceeded to scream you can't park here, this is reserved for Chicos. I pointed at the sign that clearly states for Country Waffle and Chicos customers only. As I walked away she told me she was going to have my cake towed . I continued on, and as I neared the entrance too C W this crazy woman had run through the store, burst out the back entrance and yelled "I'm calling the tow company"....have a nice breakfast! Now, she was so rude and so irritating, I will never enter her store again and I've been going to Chicos for years. I will spread the word to all my friends as well. In addition when I got back to my car (which had not been towed) there was bubble wrap and paper tossed on my hood. Be careful folks they have some wild woman working there!!
