Cozy mid-scale restaurant & wine bar. In what looks to be a converted old house, the place isn't very big with about 15-20 tables including those in the bar area. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting. Service was friendly and prompt. I had the baseball steak Which I thought was good, but a little disappointing as it tasted as if it were artificially tenderized. I took the fries & shrimp with Aioli sauce option. These were the best part of the meal. Overall I thought the food was very good, but a bit salty, in a good way. Prices were appropriate for the quality of food. I thought most were reasonable and of course those with "market pricing" will always be a bit more than you want. Overall, I recommend this place for a nice date night or special occasion.

Food was mostly excellent. We got burgers, risotto, and macaroni and cheese. I have to say I was not a fan of the Mac. It was flooded with cheese and I thought the noodles were overcooked. Otherwise, the rest of the food was good. We got the cab wine and it was solid, very fresh and clean with a smooth finish. It was very nice to offer some small samples so we could choose what wine we wanted. The service was good, our waitress was very attentive and made some good recommendations. The place has a cool vibe and a warm feel. I would say a lot of it is what I consider comfort food. Definitely a place I would recommend checking out. Great spot to come and eat after hiking at Raccoon!

One of the best fingerlings I've tasted so far! Small and cozy restaurant that serves a variety of food. Don't forget to order their Brussels sprouts to share. Friends recommended to try the steak next time. Overall, the portion were generous and staff were friendly. This place does get busy so if you can, make sure to get a reservation.

Food was decent, ambiance is great...cute and thoughtful establishment. Drinks were not great. Mule half full, husbands drinks all ice and waitress wasn't super interested in us- tho she did have a table of 12 at the same time, so it goes. If we were ever in the area again we would give it another go, definitely one of the better options around according to those who know the area.

Really enjoyed our meal! Delicious bbq bacon appetizer. Thick cut with home made bbq sauce. Beef stroganoff had amazing scratch noodles. Shrimp skewers with crispy potato strings were fantastic. Creative cocktails. A hidden gem ten minutes from the airport. Highly recommend!

I really liked the atmosphere the minute I walked in. The bar looks welcoming and the fresh herbs growing were a nice touch. Our server came to take our drink order and I was underwhelmed with the wine choices. I settled on a Cab and it was ok. My 2 tablemates and I shared the brussel sprout appetizer. It's huge and we couldn't finish it. Nice dish with the balsamic and cheese. For my entree I chose the BBQ chicken Mac and cheese. My dish came out piping hot, which I love, and was super delicious. I loved every flavor that was there. Where they really fell short was service. She never checked back on how we liked our meals and when she brought the check, we sat there with dirty dishes in front of us for the next 30 minutes. Definitely would return for the food and the hopes we would have a better server.

We had our rehearsal dinner and it was absolutely amazing! Kevin made the process so easy for us. The food was delicious as well as their drinks! We had the speakeasy to ourselves. The room was nice and cozy. I highly recommend and we will definitely be back to visit!

I still love Four Twelve Project and last night we were there with a group of ten, so now I'm even more impressed. Our waitress (Annette T.) was AMAZING. Even with 5 couples, she got everything correct. She was even right about the drink I'd prefer. Our food all came out hot and delivered to the right place. She went over the specials twice - once at each side of the table, so we could all hear her in the busy restaurant. She even packed up our food for us at the table. I can't remember the last time I had leftovers and didn't have to package them myself. Very impressive. The food was amazing, as always, though we got unlucky with some of the menu items we wanted being gone at that point in the day. Our backup choices were all amazing and we all loved our meals. They even remade the steak for the person who got the steak. He hadn't realized it came covered in steak sauce and they fixed it with a perfectly cooked steak. Everyone at the restaurant was so nice. We closed out the restaurant even getting drinks at last call, but we NEVER felt rushed in any way, though I'm sure everyone wanted to go home.

Such a sweet gem in the Moon/ Coraopolis area! Highly recommend a reservation that we booked a couple days in advance for a Friday evening. Dined here with family and the environment was warm, the staff welcoming, and the eats delicious. We had 3 in our group order burgers with fries. The burgers were perfectly pink inside as ordered, and the fries so crispy and well seasoned. One in our group ordered a filet special and she loved it. We also had a spinach dip app special as well as a bread pudding dessert and highly recommend both of these or their special variant when you attend. Also they are a "wine and dinery." We ordered a bottle of the cab sauv at the table and loved it so much we bought a bottle to take home! Overall a wonderful experience and will be back!

    Enjoying his Chorizo Mac& Cheese

The food was excellent. It's a small restaurant but it has a very nice atmosphere and the waitstaff provided amazing, attentive service. My son loved his Chorizo Mac & Cheese. My pork skewers were delicious. My wife loved her cocktail, Purple Rain. She also enjoyed her Kentucky Butter Bundt Cake. Our entire family highly recommend trying this establishment.

Is there a bar area? Want to catch a couple drinks and a bite with a couple of friends. None of the pictures nor the website shows a picture. Thanks.

Yes they do! The bar area is right when you walk in!

Not sure why I expected anything different when we went there today. Today's experience: Our server took our order in a very reasonable timeframe, but we waited close to 50 minutes for our food to arrive. And this was on a weekday; they were busy but not packed. No one came by to provide any kind of explanation. When the food finally arrived, my fries were cold and we had to ask twice for refills on our beverages. We had to go to the bar to get utensils and napkins because the server never brought them. As we were leaving, a couple at another table had just gotten their food and had the same problem-- they needed utensils and napkins. This isn't the first time we've experienced very slow service at Patrick's Pub. I don't know what the issue is, but I'm sorry to say I probably won't ever go back to Patrick's for a meal.

Notes of spice, wood, nuts, and slight fruit. The taste was great, but just smelling it was pretty intense. The salmon dish was great. The ginger carrot mash was seasoned and puréed enough that it didn't taste like eating just carrots. They cooked the salmon too perfectly to my liking. The service was excellent too - laid back, friendly but they didn't play either about getting your order on time. Solid bar/restaurant, 8.5 / 10.

I wanted to place a carryout order. I first tried online but there was a glitch somewhere in the system. I called instead. When the phone was answered, the background noise was intense. It was so loud that the employee couldn't hear me. At that point I decided to just go in and order. When I walked into Urban Tap, the noise was almost deafening. Music blaring, voices raised to be heard. No one was using their "inside voices", they couldn't. I sat at the bar to order. I never got waited on. I finally caught the attention of one of the bartenders and was ready to place an order. We leaned towards each other, yelling to try to be heard. I couldn't hear her when she read back my order. I really wasn't sure what I'd be getting. Unfortunately, I did get what I ordered - brunch breads and an order of biscuits. It took quite a while to get food - no surprise there. I checked our food when I got it. Oh Lordy, those biscuits looked good. This southern girl appreciates a good biscuit and did these look good. I got the food to the car and we headed out on the next leg of our adventure. About an hour later, I just had to grab one of those golden, flaky discs. Butter? Jam? Nah, the biscuits looked like they could solo on their own. I took one bite and my eyes flew open - not from the deliciousness, it was because of the sheer amount of salt. That can't be right so I took another small bite. I tried a teeny bite of the next biscuit. Salt. The biscuits were inedible. No, I don't mean that I didn't like the flavor. They contained so much salt that there was no way someone could eat these. That's ok, there was the banana bread French toast. It looked a little dark in color but it never crossed my mind that this might not be normal. I took a bite. It tasted odd, off, something wasn't right. My husband pegged it - it was burned. Before grilling or after? No idea. There were also a couple of donut holes. Not even worthy of a second bite. I also ordered fruit. It was good but still not enough to save the meal from dismal failure. We won't be back .
