I was so pleasantly surprised by the gluten-free options. There were so many things to choose from that I had to eat there two days in a row. The service is good, very attentive, and timely. read more

Great food and tap selection. Burgers are a must. Mac and cheese and gluten free buns are available. Great atmosphere.

Since I made my post I guess it was a manager that asked me to send my info to their website and they would get back in touch. Well I did and it's been a week now and no contact so they are just posting that to make them look good. If they aren't going to be concerned than avoid this place read more

Service was a five, food was a two and prices were a one. Old oil in the deep fat fryer. Burger had no flavor. Less than average restaurant food. Not going back. Best burger for the money is Five Guys. read more

GREAT Burgers! Sorta noisy but what you would expect from a saloon. It is associated with the Ford Motor Company! Service was great. Place gets crowded so recommend making reservations. Fun place to visit. read more

Very good atmosphere and theme well decorated friendly staff the food off the map ! The burgers were soooo good and fries also can't wait to visit again I give it 5 stars great job !!! read more

OMG...I was like a kid in a candy store, just seeing all the old time auto parts, replica cars, gas pumps, signs etc...reminded me of my Dad's Texaco Gas Station in the mid 60's. What an enjoyable evening. The food was great, awesome wait staff...just a FUN evening with family! Can't wait to come back to Florida in the fall to go again! read more

First time visit tonight and probably the last. Place was busy as would be expected on a Friday night. Snagged a couple chairs at the bar after a 40 minute wait. Beer selection is very good, but arguably overpriced. St Augustine is not the big city and your location is by the interstate, not the waterfront. Started with the Firestone Shrimp which came out fairly quick, but no utensils, no appetizer plates and one set of chopsticks for the wife and I to share. Once the shortfalls were addressed the shrimp were pretty good. But then came the burgers, or should I say the burgers that didn't come. The bartender finally went to check on them and mumbled something as to why they were delayed. Both our burgers were cold. The potato wedges were nice and hot, so we munched on those while they reattempted making them. The next try came out warmer, but not hot. Burgers are your signature item and it is quite clear you don't know how to cook them. No seasoning to be discerned. I had the mushroom Swiss burger and the cheese wasn't even melted. Clearly the burger was assembled after the patty was cooked, not on the grill nor covered for the final step. The bartenders were very nice and offered a beer on her to make up for the disappointing sandwich. I passed, we had enough. Overall, nice decor, nice beer and friendly bar staff, but you failed miserably at your signature item. Go outside and read your sign to remind yourselves what you are in business to serve. If COVID and little spacing bothers you, skip this place. I love my F-150, but this place is not worth the 30 minute drive. read more

I can't say enough about the staff, the food, and the service at Ford's Garage in St. Augustine! I am the President of the Southeast section of the Mercedes-Benz Club of America and I recently organized a Drive-N-Dine that culminated at Ford's Garage. It's not easy to find a restaurant that can accomodate 27 people seated together and deliver, timely service, excellent food and and an overall wonderful experience. Thank you Ford's garage for being an excellent host for our lunch get together, we will be back! read more

Everything was amazing! From the service (thank you Marlee) to the decor was great!! Food was delicious and delivered quickly and the cocktails were equally great. It's been a while since I've had great food and great service! Thank you!! Menu has a great selection and great prices. read more

Food was hot served in good time, but had no flavor. I would go back for another try. Burgers and Patty Melt were very blah, and the sauces for the onion tower were too small and runny. read more

Food was very good. I had the ribs and my wife had the blackened chicken mac and cheese. No problem there. Service was very slow and disinterested. We ordered drinks - a sangria, ice water and an Arnold Palmer with the pretzel sticks as an appetizer. The ice water, Arnold Palmer and pretzels arrived, but no sangria. When the food arrived, still no sangria. When reminded of the missing drink, our waitress apologized and was going to get one, but we cancelled the order because of the time it took our food to arrive. Additionally, it's hard to describe just how noisy it was at the restaurant. We sat outside to maintain social distance and have a quiet atmosphere. Five minutes later, the music was turned up louder and the exterior glass garage doors were opened up so that the entire parking lot could clearly hear the music blaring from inside the restaurant. What should've been an enjoyable meal turned into my wife getting a migraine to the point where she could no longer eat. We won't be back. read more

It was our first time dining here and the atmosphere was energetic. Our waiter, Colin, was funny, attentive, and answered all our questions. He also gave his recommendations and stayed professional from beginning to end. The food was great but the service made the experience. read more

First off this place should be 0 stars. Do not waste your time. We came in with a party of 11 and they refused to let us sit together because they don't want parties over 10. Absolutely in no way shape or form should you waste your time here. Couldn't even have a nice dinner with family from out of time because of the 10 person party rule. They told us they couldn't push tables together but we could sit at tables next to each other. What a disgrace. read more

Fabulous service! Thank you to our waitstaff, Bella! Fun atmosphere! And good five star meals! Way to show others how it's done!!

This Berry Gorgonzola salad was amazing! I love that they weren't skimpy on the toppings! It had plenty of blueberries, nuts, & crasins! There is no Gorgonzola cheese on this salad, as I requested, and it was amazing also the raspberry vinaigrette was delicious! Definitely getting it again! read more

Ford's Garage St. Augustine - Gorgonzola Berry salad w/ no Gorgonzola (I'm allergic to dairy) I told them I can't have dairy & they used separate kitchen utensils! - Burgers Near Me - St. Augustine, Florida

Service was a little slow, but that is forgivable as they were busy. The hamburger was excellent. The only issue would be eating here too often would probably give someone a coronary. But once a month should be fine when you are feeling really carnivore. read more

First time here, exceeded my expectations! Dani was our server, she was awesome! Highly recommend.

Shrimp Mac and cheese, come on, how do you serve this and expect someone to pay 13.00 and not get upset. No flavor more Mac then cheese. Salt and pepper goes a long way, which did not go at all. And for the amount you pay you would like some flavorful cheese. And maybe a adult size portion. I get more cheese with Kraft then I did today. I don't even think it deserves 1 star read more

Pleasantly surprised! From the outside, it seemed crowded. However, staff and servers are well organized and professional. Menu, drinks and service was beyond expectations. This was at lunchtime; plan on returning for happy hour! Thanks, keep up good work! read more

Trisha is great! Hire her to train your staff along with Dawson. Both understand how to provide excellent service.

We had a great family day today and went to have supper at Ford's garage . We had a reservation at 6:30 and the manager Laree Ceaser would not let us put tables together to accommodate our family .. 6 adults and 2 children under 5 .. Several tables were open and several families had tables together . When we arrived she said we could and then changed her mind . We dined at separate tables while another table remained empty . ( This was not about social distancing ) . She spoiled a beautiful day for us .. I am a local and live in Ponte Vedra .. I have frequented the restaurant often , along with several friends after shopping at the outlets . I will not be back .. nor will I forget how we were treated . Laree you really need to learn how to treat your customers! read more

Great atmosphere! Car lovers and history buff place to be. Got the bison bacon burger and it blew me away. The bacon jam combined with the bison makes the burger a banger. Perfect spot! read more

Only reason i gave 2 stars is manager was only one to refund my money after bringing me a burger that was so greasy the bottom bun was saturated ordered with no lettuce and waitress brings me a burger with lettuce macarobi and cheese lacked actual cheese and onion rings you can get better onion rings at burger king will never eat at a fords garage again read more

My husband and I met our good friends for dinner here on 02-22-2022. Our friends had been before and had RAVED about it! We arrived and were greeted by the hostess -- she was very friendly and chatted with us while she walked us to our table (out on the patio). It was a nice, cool evening -- it was perfect! We absolutely loved all of the car-related decor and gear, from the shop towels and the clamps to the names of the entrees! Tyler was our server and he was terrific! He admitted to us that it was his first night working "alone", but you'd never know it! He was attentive and efficient. We opted for the Giant Funnel Tower of Jumbo Piston Onion Rings as our appetizer. Wow, they were amazing! Our friends ordered the Patty Melt and the Chicken Henry. We chose the BBQ Brisket Burger and Mama Ford's Homemade Meatloaf (with the Jalapeno Cream Corn!). Everything was delicious! We had a wonderful evening with good friends, good service, and good food. We highly recommend this place. (And, if you go, you MUST visit the restroom -- trust me! ) read more

Very slow.... burgers overpriced Bubba burgers tried them 3 times over a hour wait for a table with multiple tables available then 45 minutes for food to come out read more

Terrible to go service. Door Dash picked up my order, but the restaurant forgot an entire burger meal and had delivery driver tell me they had no cake. If they would've remedied the situation, no problem. They put me on hold for over 20-minutes and never picked back up. I called back 3x and never got a live person. In a time where this industry is struggling, customer service is everything. Just not for Ford's Garage. read more

My boyfriend and I went today for the first time and we will Definitely be back. Bella was our server and she's the best server we've had in a long time! Food was great, But service was absolutely incredible. Thank you Bella! read more

Wanted to give this place a try since seeing the rich family on tv so much. It was pretty good food! Sat at the bar because it's always the best idea if you want to eat quickly and get served as we did. Bartenders were hilarious, helpful, and easy to get along with. No complaints on my end. We will return again! read more

The food is very good, loved the onion rings. The atmosphere is fun and easy and I enjoyed looking around at the decorations.

Been here 2 times. Both times, lukewarm food. Burgers dry. Inside is a cool vibe. I guess you can sit at the bar for a beer, but the food is skipable. read more

My family and I went to this restaurant on Friday and had Colin as our waiter! He was absolutely phenomenal! We had been in town a week visiting from Mississippi and this was hands down the best service we got at a restaurant while in town! His knowledge of the menu was impressive and his personality was top notch! The food and drinks were amazing! read more

The gimmick is genius. A burger joint and bar themed as a garage. From the rags as napkins, to the funnel used to hold its onion rings, to the servers and staff dressed in "garage attire." Here's the problem... we were seated at a table in the middle of the room; when asked if we could sit at the table right next to it, it took 4 of them and 10 minutes later. You would have thought we asked to sit on the roof! The servers were miserable and the vibe in the place was neither comfortable, happy, or laid back. None of the employees smiled or made us feel welcomed. So happy we got one server who was happy and he made us feel comfortable. We got the burgers, FF's, and onion rings. They were average. If not for the garage themed gimmick, and our server, I would have probably given this rating a 2. read more

Waited a long time (which is to be expected since they're new and popular) but the issue was that we were seated a table with a booth seat that hadn't been wiped down. It was on the far side so I doubt they saw it but they should be cleaning the whole seat between each customer. Especially with COVID concerns. Food was amazing though. read more

Arrived just a few minutes ago 8/13 @ 12:12 pm with our just bought 2 month old caique baby bird in a bird backpack totally contained. Everyone was excited to see him. Was getting ready to be seated when the manager came up to the front and said I could not be seated he did not have a license for animals. The girls and customers quickly started saying it's a tiny bird totally contained! He argued and said no. The hostess said we wanted to sit outside and he said no. So I said you're kidding me? He said no. It's not a service animal. So I turned and left my husband was in the restroom. So my husband came out and said what's going on? At this point people were shouting for me to come back he said okay this one time. I said no thanks. I have seen so many dogs outside when we have eaten there before without service vests!!!?? I was beyond embarrassed and humiliated. As a Lincoln owner and a longtime Ford owner we have patron this Ford Garage since the opening but never again. We defended this establishment time and time again when friends have complained of rude service to bad food. We were so wrong. read more

Was waiting for my car at Bozards and stopped in for a quick drink and burger. My bartender, I think her name was Olivia, was great at her job and the burger was top notch. Will definitely find my way back there for sure read more

Great business going on here, Erin was my server. She was top tier. On top of her work and got me all the things I needed. Will definitely be coming back to see her. read more

Come for the atmosphere and not the food.....front staff is great but kitchen is absolutely terrible. Sent an overcooked and cold burger back only to receive the same overcooked just microwaved hot burger right back with the same cold and now soggy fries back. Burger had lots of flavor and potential had it been prepared right so the recipes are on point but the cooks might need some more work, and the lack of concern that it wasn't up to par was also offsetting. This wasn't a busy day of the week btw...‍ i just ate my second attempt and kept my peace and left. Just don't want anyone else coming to expect excellence in the kitchen from a glorified theme park restaurant. read more
