You have to wait in line for others to drink their "tasting" and if they decide they want to take their time and talk, you are out of luck and have to stand in the hallway dripping sweat while you wait for your turn. I ended up getting some Italian reds, a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and some wines from my Paso Robles in Southern California, one of my favorite wine regions. I was hoping to get some Prosciutto but the shop was all out. The shopkeeper explained there was a rush from customers and she didn't get her regular order in. It was completely understandable.
