I come here to have a glass of wine or port with fri new that like to have a cigar. Inside and outside seating to accommodate your preference (and based on the weather). It's a little off theaim drag but easily accessible by foot. It's quieter, but still some great people watching. Isabela still works most days. She's a nice lady. Mike holds down the Monday night shift. He's a great guy. Sit at the bar and share stories while you enjoy an El Presidente or a glass of something. After finishing a delicious dinner at Michael's we decided to head next door to Isabela's to grab some cigars and another glass of wine to unwind. The selection here is great! And the ladies behind the counter were very knowledgeable. There's a little bar on the side with wine and sangria (they might have had more types of alcohol but we were only interested in those). We got a glass of Merlot and headed outside to smoke. There is definitely smoking inside too, but we wanted to people watch. Just a nice, cute little smoking lounge. My husband let me try some of his cigars, it was my first time smoking one! They were really good. We had a great relaxing time here on a Saturday night. She helped me to tow great house cigars "Mama Juana". These were absolutely delicious. Light cigar that has great taste. The lead I dipped in rum, and rolled. Then settled on coffee beans. Very nice spot to smoke and hang out but woah was the Cuban café expensive! $2.25 for a shot of cafe. As a Cuban I felt raped lol I'm from Miami and that's what I pay for a whole bag of café. The way it was made was a new and entertaining old school experience which made it worth it but this process lacked the espumita i so love and desire!!! Espumita makes my coffee and the ability to make good espumita is essential. Anyways the café was good despite the bubbles and seems they offer entertainment. Perhaps a sangria and cigar would've been a better choice. read more

Here's a reason why I love using this site. I was in St Augustine for a wedding, the groom had spent a lot of time down here. He'd always stuck to one cigar shop / bar in particular, but not heard of Isabela's. I found it via the site, we popped over there for a stick and a drink...or five. Absolutely could not have loved it more! As much as it's right in the middle of everything, it feels tucked away. The people working were super helpful, but also left us alone when need be. I love that there are all sorts of sections to the space. We were in the smaller room in the back, which was PERFECT for our group of four. They had music going, and it was just far enough away to enjoy, without us having to yell to talk. The bar selection was a little limited, but in a good way. Almost felt curated. I had the house red wine, and it was amazing, which is not always the case. The cigar selection is really good. There are some staples, some interesting finds. Everything was well humidified, and I was able to smoke what I bought that evening. Again, not always the case. A funny little story: The friend that got married there will soon be moving to St. Augustine. He's lucky enough to be able to work remotely, even as much as the venue during the workday. He sticks to coffee shops, mostly. After sitting there for a few minutes, I told him "this could be your main place to work." He kinda laughed it off. About half an hour later, he looked at me and said, "this COULD be my main place to work." :) read more

Somehow her glass is always full, it is quite mesmerizing. This ass wipe of a rude, disrespectful, racist, lowlife who was never taught manners, yelled at the owner as she was politely asking him to turn off his music because she has awesome musicians playing live.
