What a great chillin' spot! Whether you want to take a load off to relax with a drink or two...have a meal or grab a light bite, this place ticks all the boxes! The service is always great, prices are fair and the food is always good. The atmosphere is pretty chill and the views of St. Augustine are cool from this side and different. Sunsets are pretty spectacular from here as well. Most of the time you will find they have entertainment too. It's the perfect place to wind down after a long day or just chill out in the middle of the day. There is plenty of parking, and the trolleys stop here! They have indoor and outdoor seating. I am happy to say they offer a uniformed and/or military discount (with proof of ID)---thank you for this! Of course, The Cellar Upstairs is located upstairs of the San Sebastian Winery. All you have to do is enter the Winery, then make an immediate right to go upstairs via the elevator. Note: The only downside is the hours. The hours have changed quite a bit these past few years. Every business needs to do what is best for them I suppose...I get it. But there are two sides to The Cellar Upstairs and the opposite side (you'll know what I mean when you visit) is now only open on the weekends...bummer...it's such a lovely space. You can still go out there to check it out though. Plus, the days they are open are limited as well. Make sure to check the hours before you go on their website.

All the food is great, the service is great and the view is top notch. You cannot beat a free wine tasting followed by lunch upstairs. The grilled cheese is and those blue cheese chips are drool worthy.

Wow, so you take the tour of the winery downstairs then of course you're hungry. You walk upstairs to the restaurant overlooking the water in the city of Saint Augustine called cellars upstairs. You up and open up the door to go be seated and there is a man playing really good tunes soft perfect volume. They see you. You're welcome by The waitress. She's very knowledgeable and pleasant goes over the menu you order I didn't want any more wine so they had looseleaf tea and flowers that they steep for five minutes and made for me which it was very good. We ordered our meals, which was steamed cauliflower with a hummus seasoning dressing and a side of greens And sweet pickles. Also had a turkey provolone sandwich that was fresh and yummy with homemade potato chips. everything was excellent fresh. The view was beautiful The tunes were relaxing and the atmosphere and the experience was incredible. This will be a place to definitely come back to every time I visit St Augustine.

This was my 1st time coming here with my boyfriend. We sat on the rooftop listening to a reggae band. The ambiance is beautiful and the service was wonderful. We had drinks only so I don't have any reviews on food. The menu looked really good though

We've been coming here for a couple of years and always enjoy our visits. We were a little disappointed in the fact they started serving limited menu on Saturdays. We were told this was to keep the traffic flowing and reduce wait times which is understandable. I wouldn't want to wait an hour plus downstairs either but we usually arrive early to beat the crowds. Service is always fast and friendly and live music is consistently pleasant.

We've been twice and had the same great waitress who took excellent care of us both visits. The atmosphere is fun with bar height tables outdoors (our first time great views and breezes) and indoors (second time too hot and there was live music inside). We had appetizers and drinks both times everything was fabulous!

While doing a tasting at San Sebastián Winery, we chose to have lunch here. Very pleasant atmosphere with a guitarist for entertainment. The staff was pleasant & the service was very good. I had the BLT with kettle chips, and my husband had one of their 1/2 lb hot dogs with beer cheese & bacon. Very enjoyable lunch with good food. Sadly, we went there on a rainy day so did not get to enjoy the lovely rooftop dining experience. Still, if visiting the winery, I would recommend grabbing a bite to eat here.

Awesome open spot for lunch on the rooftop! Delightful service, good food and live music in the afternoon. I thought it might be a little "fancy" but in the afternoon it was a relaxed vibe. Great experience here!

Wedge salad with blue cheese crumbles and one of the best house made blue cheese dressings I've had in a long time.

Another St Augustine win! Above the Saint Sebastian Winery is this lovely eatery. You can dine outside beneath an umbrella weather permitting, under the canopy by the bar, or inside in the air conditioned dining room. You enter the building where you can partake in a free wine tasting tour, or make a hard left into the shop, another left to the elevator, and up to the restaurant. And many thanks to the lovely lady who was with her family but offered to take our picture -- we did not ask, she just kindly offered. So sweet. We arrived around opening time at 11:30 for an early lunch. The sparking punch was delightfully refreshing. Fortunately we ordered a pitcher. I'd say you would break even at three glasses, and everything you pour after that is a nice cost savings over "by the glass". We probably got about six decent glasses in total. Warning, it goes down easy. Food was awesome. We were starving and over-ordered as usual for us. Two wedge salads, one with a very lean and flavorful prosciutto. Excellent house made blue cheese. Half a datil dog - messy but so worth it! Very good. Served with awesome house made chips. Cheese platter with baguette - nice assortment, plenty of cheese, some dried fruit, olives, and more. Baked brie in an amazing raspberry port sauce. I don't love brie, but would make an exception for this tasty treat. House cut fries with an amazing beer cheese sauce, very cheesy with a nice little hint of spice at the end. Delicious. The service was spectacular, so friendly and courteous. Only disappointment is they were out of the grilled cheese sandwich, which the brie was substituted for as a second choice. We will definitely be back for an evening visit to sit, sip, and enjoy live music!

When I heard my fav winery had an upstairs restaurant they had me! They opened at 11:30 and the hostess is located downstairs in front of the elevator. We checked in with the hostess and was taken right to a table. They have indoor and outdoor seating available. This place is so nice. We opted to sit inside since we had walked to get there and it was rather hot outside. As soon as we sat down we were greeted by a smiling waitress. She took our drink order and was quick to bring them back. We ordered the meatballs as an appetizer, I had the grilled cheese, daughter had the Caesar salad and hubs had the Italian. And I couldn't be at the winery without ordering a drink so I got the Sparkling punch. All of the food was absolutely amazing and the tab was surprisingly cheap for the 3 of us to eat. Meatball was out super fast and was delicious and huge. The Caesar salad comes out in sort of a wedge so you'll have to cut it up which sort of turned my daughter off from the meal so I was the one that actually finished up the salad and a few bites of some of each sandwich. The dressing was really good and has bacon and croutons which helped to make the taste. The grilled cheese has jalapeño cheese, bacon and tomato. The bread it's served on is thick and it's grilled to perfection! The Italian was the table favorite! The bread it's served on is soft and just full of flavor, the house made aioli sauce on this sandwich is OMGOSH delicious and really makes this dish. You know how much I love aioli!! FYI they also have parking available for free. Suggest driving and parking in their private lot. Also, got full quick. So suggest getting there early. They do have a band that starts around 1pm.

So this is the rooftop bar at the Saint Augustine winery. Very cool venue. I don't know of another rooftop bar in Saint Augustine? Small selection of beer and wine but I think most people can find something to drink. The food menu is pretty good. We got the carpaccio. Amazing! The honey mustard? Sauce on the plate was so good. The arugula was dressed so good. Very solid app.

Rooftop outdoor dining with live music stage.

The food was reasonably priced. The live music was great. Enjoyed the Brie and Wedge salad. Would recommend them to stop serving a salad on paper on a metal tray. Overall, great experience.

This shop is wonderful, with hand selected bottles of wine along with gifts and various food items…read more Earlier in the day, I went to the shop Wines at Fort Alley where I was beyond shocked at just how rude the shopkeeper was. She screamed at me as I tried to open up the refrigerator to get a cooled Sauvignon Blanc, not seeing the aggressive sign it was ONLY for the worker to touch the wine. Then she screamed at my daughter looking at an umbrella. Talk about anger issues! This shop was the exact opposite experience. I was greeted upon walking in, offered assistance to pick out wine and the owner engaged with my daughter. I was so much happier to spend my money here vs Fort Alley. I ended up getting some Italian reds, a New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc and some wines from my Paso Robles in Southern California, one of my favorite wine regions. I was hoping to get some Prosciutto but the shop was all out. The shopkeeper explained there was a rush from customers and she didn't get her regular order in. It was completely understandable. And appreciated her sharing why it wasn't available rather than being dismissive like at the previous wine shop I was at over at Fort Alley. I am so glad I came to this shop. I come to St. Augustine often to visit my family and I'll be back.
