We had such a good time when we visited. It was pretty cold out on the day and we sat outside so be mindful of the weather and your attire. St Augustine can get pretty busy, especially around the holidays. There was a bit of a line for us but not too bad, especially if you don't have anywhere to be soon. Consistently well made individual martinis that offer you 2 drinks per martini shaker. This is a true martini bar with a view and 3 levels of seating. Outside on the sidewalk, up in the lanai patio area, inside by the bar, or in the back room for larger groups with no view. The bar itself has stool seating for 6. Then there are 4 tables for seating for 2 each. Tight but cozy. The back room has 4 tables for larger groups to watch sports on the massive television. Really a great spot to hang out and meet new people. If you are a guest of the Casablanca Inn, you can get your martinis and bring them back to your room and if you have a balcony or garden area enjoy them privately. Initial Reaction: If you're going to visit Saint Augustine and like a cocktail, then you need to go to the Tini Martini Bar at the Casablanca Hotel overlooking the intercoastal in downtown. You have to wait in line until a seat becomes available at either the bar or the table outside of the Casablanca. Depending on the time of day, you may be waiting at least a few minutes, but the wait is worth the trip. Because the Tini Martini bar delivers strong cocktails that are enough for a couple of pours per order! We grabbed a table underneath this portrait by this artist, for whom I am sure I have a work of theirs, passed down to me by my grandparents. The bar area had a cozy but festive ambiance, where we had our table and perused the cocktail menu. I ended up ordering the After Eight first, with Three Olives chocolate vodka, Godiva chocolate liqueur, and creme de menthe. They provide the cocktails in a cocktail shaker, which they pour into the martini glass at your table. It was pretty sweet but boozy. And they make enough for a second cocktail, which I didn't realize when I put in my second order. If I had a buzz following my first order, the filthy martini I ordered had me questioning my life decisions. I was feeling very happy after we moved on to checking out the lights in the park, let's put it that way. I could have gone with just one cocktail order, but that's ok. I'll know for next time. It's busy I get it, it happens especially in a touristy place like St Augustine. What I don't get is when multiple people that were seated after you get their orders taken and served before you. All the servers and bartenders are wearing black and black with black sneakers. The ambience is very chilled they have a first floor which is more in the sun with some fans and then they have a second floor that is covered by a roof. We've been going to Tini Martini for years and we never know what we are going to get each visit - sometimes the drinks are tasty, other times they are way too strong and nearly impossible to drink. The service itself is decent, occasionally we'll get a friendly server but it's pretty rare with how busy it gets. If you come to St Augustine, FL this is a must must must place to visit!!! The bar is located in the historic Casa Blanca Inn (Circa 1914) and has a ground/street level seating area and then an upper covered seating area. There is also a bar inside the building that is reminiscent of the early 1900's with a dark mood which gives you a super relaxing feeling. They always decorate the place depending on the holiday season. Needless to say they are know for their wide variety of martinis. They also serve beer and wine and mixed drinks if you're in the mood for something different. Their claim to fame are the martini's that come in an individual sized share that gives you about 2 drinks. Their claim prices are super reasonable at around $15 or so per martini. The service is typical of a tourist destination but the folks here are extremely efficient and always get your order right the 1st time!! So be patient. Shoutout's to servers Zoe and Ewayne who are super friendly and on top of their game. The bar is also connected to the hotel restaurant Nero's which serves surprisingly good food for breakfast and later lunch (And yes martini's are being served for breakfast!!!) Be prepared to wait though to be seated as there is always a line of people waiting to be seated - no call ahead nor reservations available. Now I have to confess - We usually stay at the Casa Blanca Inn which gives you some perks. For example you get a drink and breakfast coupon daily. Plus they have parking included in your stay literally around the corner from the inn that you can come and go as you wish. Anyway the main perk of staying at the Inn is that you get preferred seating at the Tini Martini Bar which for us is worth the price of admission!!
