This is one of our favorite places to eat when we are in St. Augustine. We are in Florida for the month of February, we have been for the past few years. Sherry was our waitress for the past two years and she remembered us on this visit, wow great memory. We enjoyed our meal of a Burnt Ends Sandwich with Tater Tots. The staff at Fords Garage is very friendly and the restaurant is very clean. read more

Food was perfect, service above and beyond and our waitress!! Michelina was outstanding!!!

This is a great concept. Everything is a throwback to the old Ford Motor Company. From the pretty cool antique cars to the repurposed spare parts. I came with a large group playing golf nearby. The service was excellent. Especially since the server needed to adjust the beer charges to align with the person making the first birdie. I had the pulled pork sandwich which was excellent. Very moist with some sauces on the side. Very satisfying. I highly recommend when in the area. read more

What a neat concept. This was recommended for me to check out by my little sister who lives in the area. Service was great and the atmosphere was a lot of fun. It was pretty cool to see the old model T suspended from the bar. Didn't hurt that all the TVs had games on. I was really impressed with the burgers and their fries are as good as they come. read more

Pretty good food and great service. Love going on weekends for brunch and I forgot to post pictures because I ate the food already lol

Great food and outstanding. Wonderful atmosphere. Thank you Rick for the great service. It is greatly appreciated.

The burgers are good but definitely go for the experience. The waitress was nice and told us as soon as we sat down to go to the bathroom, which I thought was super weird. Everything is garage themed right down to the sinks to was your hands in the bathroom. Very unique and fun. read more

Being busy is a blessing and a curse but can never be an excuse for a poor experience. We were seated on the patio. There was a table with two employees behind us who were bragging about how many drinks they had, they became loud and annoying. Not a good look... Let's talk about the food. We ordered a total of 3 burgers (2 medium, 1 well). All came out well done. My wife's fries were cold we had to ask for fresh ones (which we received) and lastly a cob salad. The chicken on the Cobb was terrible, undercooked and inedible. Honestly who ever cooked it must have made a mistake serving it. We were all starving, so we ate. The people we were with felt uncomfortable bringing up our experience and requested that I not say anything while we were in the restaurant. Normally I absolutely would have. Our server was very nice and was doing her best, she saved this from being a 1 star review. She was tipped well on lousy food. I try to be fully transparent in my reviews, the good the bad and the ugly. I liked the bar and the ambiance, Its a fun concept. All the things that were issues were easy fixes which made this experience all the more disappointing. I hope they were just having a bad night and they can improve because there is great potential here. Cheers read more

This place is very fun but hard to find. It's on a side street near all the car dealerships and connected to the Lincoln dealership. Everything inside is car related from very clean mechanic rags for napkins, to gas nozzles for door handles. The menu is mostly bar food, with a few main dishes. Seats around the bar and regular level tables and chairs. The food and staff were great. A few things weren't working in the restroom, outside of that it was close to perfect. They even had a corner that sells Ford T-shirts and baseball caps. read more

So before you order anything from happy hour. Please ask them if the 9oz wine is $7 or not. They don't tell you that the 6oz wine is $7 and the 9oz is $13.99 what a rip off. The food was great. The service was good until the end when the waitress didn't come back after we mentioned the wine issue. Great quirky restaurant if you like ford lol read more

Our meal of burgers, steak, kids fare and grilled chicken was delicious and cooked just right. Our server Kevin was very kind and took great care to see that our party of eight had everything we needed and then some. Decorated with antique Fords and auto memorabilia with a full bar makes for a fun and unique experience. Thanks again to our server Kevin! read more

We have been here several times and have never had a bad meal. $ of us tonight eating burgers and the pulled pork mac n cheese. Everything was cooked perfectly and very tasty! 3 of us drank Old Fashioneds and the 4th had a pineapple, frozen drink. All hit the spot. Our server was a little overbearing, constantly checking on us. She then brought our check without asking us if we were ready for it. Not a big deal, we all found it funny that she was trying to get rid of us. read more

Very disappointed with our experience. My son bit into his burger and discovered a blue plastic bun tie inside the bun -- the type normally used to close bread bags. He had already bitten down on it before realizing what it was. This was extremely concerning because it could have caused choking or injury. Finding a piece of plastic like that in food raises serious questions about food safety and quality control. Situations like this should never happen. I hope management takes this seriously and reviews their food handling and preparation processes so this doesn't happen to another customer. read more

Let me start by saying -- I absolutely love Ford's food. Good service, bad service -- doesn't matter. That food is to die for!! What inspired me to finally write a review, though, was the most wonderful bartender I had. Juliana immediately made me feel like we were old friends. Between her amazing suggestions and her friendly, welcoming demeanor, we just couldn't get enough of her! She told me I should come by during happy hour during the week -- and I definitely will. Not just for the food, but to be treated like a good friend while enjoying some delicious drinks and bites. read more

Great ambiance. Waiter was pleasant and efficient. Food came quick. Burger was great. Food hot. Definitely be back.

This is my second visit for this location and my second review, and Ive dropped it a star. This is the second time I've invited someone to join me at this restaurant. It has such a great menu and fun atmosphere and this location is pretty convenient but I'm not going to try a third time. After my first review, the manager kindly reached out for more info and provided me with a credit to come back and try again. I was grateful and more than happy to try again. This time around, it was a busy Saturday night and we were seated pretty quickly. I'm not going to go into a tremendous amount of detail on this because I've already spent more time on this and have no interest in spending more time...the summary version is that our waitress was awful...beyond awful. My burger was not only cooked at the wrong temperature, it was also not put together well. Let me add that I've been to Fords in other locations and had this burger multiple times. It was just wrong. There are so many restaurants in and around this area that it is unnecessary for anyone to have a bad experience and keep going back. First time, I chalked it up to inexperienced staff and tried it again. Second time, it's more than that. It's a shame because they have a pretty good menu, good location, and fun atmosphere. Not going to try for strike three though. read more

Service was wonderful and the food was great. I have a gluten allergy and one of the cooks came out to speak with me about my options and placed the order with great care to be gluten free. He noted that it will take longer since they had too prepare it fresh and separately from other foods. The wait wasn't too long but it was well-worth it. My family and I enjoyed all the yummy food and the decor was great. read more

It was amazing!!!! Service top notch and food was delicious!!!!! The atmosphere was super cool!!! You have to check out the bathroom!

THIS PLACE IS AWESOME. I want to go to all the other locations. The staff were so friendly and helpful and smiling all the time. We stopped for them allowing the enclosed deck with the dogs. What a blessing. There was a bike show next door, and everyone jammed packed into this place!! We started with the onion tower which were delightful, not overbaked like most onion rings and the delicious chicken wings. Then we went to the buffalo chicken sandwich which was a mess to eat but so delicious. Bringing my dogs here everytime when we come to town. Kids also had the mac n cheese and the classic burger. So yummy and so fun!! Five stars PLUS read more

This establishment is very unique, not at all what I was expecting, you get lost in the unique decor so I think that alone makes the food even better. The door handles are gas pumps lots to see here. I ordered the hamburger cooked medium and Fries, it was cooked to perfection However the sandwich was a little dry, I wish they had asked me if I wanted any sauce on it because I didn't think about it not having anything on the buns or Sandwich. The fries was very fresh so I enjoyed those and they was very tasty. read more

We eat at this establishment frequently. It is always a great experience. Today we had Sherry for our server. We have had her before and she is fantastic. This is a great place to eat with an awesome atmosphere. read more

Great selection of beers and a full bar. Service was great.... friendly and attentive. read more

Our server Davetta, just made our visit! Funny, so friendly and knowledgeable, an absolute pleasure and asset to Fords Garage. Thank you !

First time visiting this establishment. We had a party of 9 and went around 4:00pm. Everything was fantastic! Onion Ring tower was so good. As well as the pretzels and beer cheese. I had the High Octane burger with Mac-n-cheese. It was phenomenal! Our server Davetta was the best. She took excellent care of us. One individual in our group got a gluten free item and the chef brought it out to personally and went over the protocols on how they prepare and serve dishes when there is a food allergy to address. We will definitely will be back and we will request Davetta! read more

Who's ready to get outside and go to Sunday brunch? Ford's Garage is a very unique restaurant. The interior of Ford's Garage is really cool with all the car-themed trimmings and decorations. If you are a car aficionado you will love all there is to see! Such a charming place and food choices to match at @fordsgarageusa in the St. Augustine outlet mall. Loved all the details from grease rag napkins, funnel of onion rings, to waitstaff dressed like mechanics. Our server was so kind and welcoming, best service and ambience. We had their famous limited edition burgers, drinks with a side of onion rings and a salad. Head to Ford's Garage and try their limited-edition Celebration of Craft menu items. read more
