    One pistachio mocha latte
    Kunal K.

Points for a gorgeous interior. Feels like an old salon style living room or library with hard wood surfaces and leather sofas. Just stunning. But - I ordered one of the seasonal lattes they had a picture of at the counter, with oat milk. It was a pistachio mocha latte. The total was $13.06. $13.06?!?!?!? What in the name of god is that about...

Beautiful ambiance and clean with plenty of seating with both take-out and dine in service option. I agree with a lot of the reviews. Price is pretty high for what you're paying for. In addition to that, drinks are just so-so. The pastries are a stand out though. Excellent baked goods and fresh. Though, I wish they would warm up what I order after just picking it out from behind the glass display. This is my second time at For Five. The first time I came here was during their grand opening and I got an iced latte that was decent. For my second time, I wanted to try their matcha latte since i've been on a matcha kick and wondered if their matcha could beat the taste of other shops i've had in the area. It did not. I watched them make the matcha and the powder they use even when mixed is a lackluster green. Taste is also grainy. What helped was that I ordered a strawberry matcha and was able to get some sweetness from the strawberry puree at the bottom but I can only imagine how much worse it would be to just order the standard matcha latte with just milk. A large strawberry matcha latte and chocolate croissant ran me $18. For the same order at Starbucks it would've cost much less. For the pastries and beautiful interior, my review is 3 stars. Without, I would've given a 2.

Four Five Roaster is a solid coffee shop with some good bakery items! I'm more of a tea drinker, and while they had some good options, I found the menu wasn't very helpful in explaining what's actually in the tea. The staff was friendly, but they didn't seem familiar with the details of the tea choices, which left me a bit in the dark when making a selection. I don't blame them, but it would've been nice if the menu had more info. That said, I tried the 360 Summer tea, which was a good herbal tea. It had subtle hints of jasmine, but it wasn't overpowering--just the right balance but it was kind of expensive for just a tea bag and hot water. The location is super convenient, right by the Rosslyn metro, so it's perfect for a quick stop on the way to work. Plus, there are some good seating options if you want to hang around and enjoy your drink.

    Bakery display - so big!

Gorgeous space with plenty of comfortable seating. Delicious smells wafting through the air. Friendly staff in a clean environment. It's a great place to study/work. Super nice vibes all around, the only thing is the price. I only have personal experience with their drinks, but it's really expensive for a cup of their speciality drinks (factoring in portion and taste). The drinks I've tried are good, but nothing with that wow factor.

The Pistachio White Mocha and Cold Brew from Five Coffee Roasters in Arlington didn't disappoint. We had just eaten lunch, so we didn't try their food but their menu looked really good. It was pretty inside with plenty of seating downstairs and upstairs, and the service was friendly.

Their gluten-Free 24-Hour Oatmeal is very good!

4 stars for the 24- Hour Oatmeal -- I was told by the person behind the counter that it's their only gluten-free offering. I'd give 5 stars if there were more gluten-free options.

    Matcha strawberry almond milk latte

Happy to see the seasonal matcha strawberry latte on the menu! It was delicious! Next time, I would make sure to add more strawberry as the ratio was a bit off. Overall, service was super friendly and quick. The ambiance was trendy and perfect for working remotely.

Great place to have coffee when in Rosslyn and near the Rosslyn metro. Large seating area and big variety of coffee and breakfast pastries. I come here every time I have meetings in Rosslyn with my working Team. Mornings are a little crowded between 8:30-9. But coffee made quickly and in your hands in a short time period.

Got their new banana bread latte and while it doesn't taste like banana bread, the coffee is sweet and caramel-ly. Very cute ambiance and very nice staff. My main complaint is that the coffee is a bit too expensive, which makes it not worth buying on a daily basis. It has plenty of seating and work tables. In the heart of Rosslyn, it is a fair coffee place. It may be a bit hard to study since the music gets too loud.

Chai with coconut milk. Interesting taste but not bad...

I will be back to try out their food. Their overall service was nice and the ambiance is totally my style. I think this is my new spot in Arlington for cafes.

Looking for a quick cup of joe, a breakfast sandwich or a pastry in Rosslyn, VA? For five coffee roasters has you covered. Located on Lynn St. this place is hip and quaint. With hip music and a nice seating él area for you to enjoy your coffee and relax for a bit. Service is great, mind you, if you come during the morning rush you may have to wait for a few minutes for your order. I've gotten the matcha green tea and banana latte and both were fantastic. Stop by and recharge.

This is one of the few cafes that is actually excellent for working. The cafe is huge, and it's equipped with workspaces, and tables of all sizes. There are also several large sofas situated in front of full size windows that face the street. They offer great lunches, and the obvious coffee as well. I ordered a kale salad and cafe latte for lunch, and they had everything ready in a matter of minutes. The upstairs section is quieter, and it's where I took a seat for about a half hour. It seems like the lower section of the cafe is more transient, and there were more customers waiting for their takeout orders. I also like this cafe because it's conveniently located right in front of the Roslyn Metro station. It's very comfortable and the food and coffee are a good value for the area.

    Iced Cappuccino
    Samina M.

Popped into For Five for a coffee before heading back to work! I admired the aesthetics of the spot and loved the spacious environment. On my visits I got the Iced Cappuccino, Matcha, and a happy hour treat. All drinks were tasty and kept me going through long work days. I will say this place is PRICEY! With drinks ranging from $6-$7, expect to be spending upwards of $20 each time you visit. The ambiance is FANTASTIC! Very modern and has a ton of room for meals or taking your next meeting from. I appreciate the productive nature of this location and can focus extremely well when working here. For happy hour, I tried their Salted Caramel Espresso Martini. It was very delicious with a nice dusting of crumbs on the side of the drink and had a strong flavor throughout. However, after tax this came out to $20 - not much of a deal after all. With this being one of my first times there with a friend it was worth the experience, however, I don't plan to purchase again. The service is great and the staff does a very good job at accommodating all needs. I especially appreciate how they refilled my water bottle for me! If you are in Rosslyn, For Five is definitely worth paying a visit!

Makes business easier, but not as attractive for price point for customers. I'll remember to keep it to coffee and pastries from now on. Chicken pita was good, a bit heavy on the parsley but loved the dressing. Tuna sandwich was a hit. Pastries are always good. My pistachio latte was chewy bc it had grainy bits of pistachio in it.
