This is the best chicken sandwich I've ever had. The chicken was the perfect size, cucumbers were crispy, and the spicy bbq sauce topped off an amazing meal. I ordered the Tots and Drinks combo. The food was not hot. The warmer kept it cool. However, with the wait time exhibited, the food should be HOT. The self kiosk is a waste of time. I observed 15 people and 12 of them wanted to modify their order but did not know-how via the Kiosk. I had a question that the computer could not answer. Good idea, but the process was tedious. The service on the other side was AWFUL. I ordered a combo. I had to ask for a cup because I used the KIOSK. The delivery person was unaware that I did not have a drink cup. After receiving, I was directed around through a crowd to get a VERY selective set of drinks. The drink was nasty. There are other options at this airport and I will be selecting them. read more

I went for breakfast and got two breakfast tacos. They weren't warm enough to melt the slice of cheese and there was absolutely no sauce, but they were fine. The most frustrating part of the experience was that I walked up and there wasn't a line. I was directed by the cashier to order at a kiosk, while she continued to chat with co-workers. She directed other people to the kiosk as well and I had to wait for her to finish her conversation before she would respond to a question I had. I'm confused about what her purpose was, as I'm sure a sign could be used to direct people to the kiosk, rather than paying someone to do that. read more

I like this chicken A LOT ! It's way better than the place with the Eat More Chicken cows! Yes, it is airport food pricing, which is inflated in all restaurants at the airport. I've had the regular chicken sandwich and the tenders and loved both of them. Ordered a garden salad at the automated kiosk, got my number and proceeded to wait with everyone else. 27 minutes later I'm told to just grab a pre-made salad by the register. They didn't have the honey-Dijon dressing I requested either. And to top it off the lettuce was browning and the chicken was soggy. I ordered the cowboy combo and asked the lady behind the counter to just double check that there were no pickles on it. Chicken was warmed under warmer not cooked to order, cheese didn't melt, bacon was cold, sauce was watery and only succeeded in making the bottom bun soggy and a mess. I have ordered chicken tenders with two sauces that they charge you $.59 for each when the order was ready I haven't received any of the sauces and when I asked a lady she said they don't have it and I ask her to give me something else since I paid for and she said no. Then the manager came and he was also rude and throw two sauces in my face. I understand if this was free but if the customer pays for it and you are out of the product you should either refund the money or offer something else. Very bad way to treat customers. read more

We ordered through Favor and it was the most disgusting food I have ever ordered through them. The fries, tots and chicken strips were all extremely cold and soggy. I had to re-heat in oven in order to consume the food. I also ordered The Eastside Sandwich, which was also cold with a soggy bun. The only reason I'm not giving flyrite 1 star is because I didn't try any of the hot stuff. Whatever you do, do NOT get the cold food, even if you're in a hurry. While I was at the checkout, the recruit was learning how to use the machine and it ended up taking what felt like ten minutes, while I was just standing there. 2nd time to eat there. First time , food was good, but the ordering process was awkward to say the least. (And I live in airports weekly). This time the ordering process was worse. The only customer appeared to be having an ongoing conversation with 2 employees who were behind the counter. The "customer" was in front of the counter but also blocking access to the order kiosk. Another employee, who was listening in, was blocking the 2nd kiosk. Now mind you this was at around 11:15 am-a normally busy time. Other customers were accumulating behind me. I could hear people behind me asking what was going on. I finally made eye contact with a woman who was working the kitchen and asked if someone could take my order. She pointed to the "customer" at the counter who turned out to be another employee, who along with 3 other oblivious employees were just talking. Some of the people behind me simply walked away-which I should of done. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich with a drink and tater tots. I was given my drink, then shortly after, a sack with my order. Mind you no one as of yet has even spoken to me. She just silently took my order. I got to a table and saw the tater tots were missing. I went back and told the lady and again, in silence, handed me the tots. I unwrapped my sandwich. Bun was stale, chicken patty was cold, and it was topped by a cold, stiff slice of American cheese. To add to that the sandwich looked liked the other ingredients had been tossed on in disarray I put everything back in the bag and threw it in the trash. Oh, I kept and drank the unsweetened ice tea-it was pretty good. Whatever sliding scale there is for chicken sandwich joints there is, this place is at the bottom and Chick filet is at the other end for service and food. Service and food were horrible. read more

First timer here and it looks like I'm the oddball. Most reviewers of other locations liked it better than CFA, but I didn't. I think this location at the airport must be new because there was only 1 review ahead of mine. The line was kinda long, which gave me false hope that the food was great. I ordered the original combo with a side of ranch sauce and my hubby ordered a grilled original with a side of Bbq sauce and a lemonade. Neither of us got the side sauces and had to go back to the window. My tots were fairly crispy and his lemonade tasted homemade. The sandwiches were okay, but we didn't think they beat ChicFilA. The bun was a tad hard, the chicken wasn't flavorful and a little on the tough side. Hopefully they work out the kinks and the flavors improve. I did notice a few people struggling with the self order kiosk, the locations of each were right beside the registers, which made it seem more crowded. read more
