Food and service was AMAZING!!! Felipe is the sweetest! Chicken tenders, chicken sandwich and mozzarella sticks were out of this world!

    Chicken wings with sauces

We stopped by here wanting to get some Detroit style pizza and ended up ordering there to go Bundle which included large pizza , 16 wings and a salad we of course also ordered some chicken strips. The pizza was good and crispy I wish it had some more sauce and was a little thicker but overall a good pizza. The wings come bare and then you choose your sauces , I do prefer to have my wings sauced beforehand but atleast they were crispy. Now to the chicken tenders which are an absolute must if your stopping by here they are cooked to perfection and so juice and they also have good crinkle cut fries. The lady helping at the counter was very helpful and nice and the service was quick. The inside is pretty small but they also have outdoor seating so you should be good.

I had a craving for some Detroit style deep dish pizza, and had been curious about Fly Bye, since they claim to offer that. We ended up door dashing it, and ordered the Roma Salad, House Made Mozzarella Sticks and the Queso Fundido pizza. The food arrived pretty close to when it said it would. I really enjoyed the mozzarella sticks and salad. The pizza fell a little short. It wasn't bad, but I've had better. I would definitely be open to trying it again, maybe dining in instead of having it delivered.

I stopped by Fly Bye Pizza Arcadia today, an establishment founded by Sam Fox in 2020, specializing in Detroit-style pizza and wings. Their menu features both hand-stretched and Detroit-style deep-dish pizzas. My preference is the Detroit-style pizza, characterized by its rectangular, thick crust baked in steel pans, which results in distinctive crispy, caramelized cheese edges and a remarkably light, airy interior with a crust that crisps around the edges, which is the best part. I ordered an 8-piece classic cheese and a couple of slices of sausage it was ooey gooey and cheezy just how I like it. They have a promotion for online ordering: use promo code Flybye10 to save $10.00 off a $20.00 minimum order. Great staff, great pizza; please support them.

    detroit style Pepperoni pizza (small)

incredible pizza, I have not yet tried the chicken tenders, but I will be coming back to try those next time. I was genuinely baffled by how airy and crispy the crust was for a detroit style pizza, the sauce is the perfect flavor and the overall pizza wasn't too salty or anything. The ambiance was nice, very mellow vibes with some good tunes playing, the staff was incredibly sweet and the manager was working front of house and ensuring the place is really clean (something you never see at a restaurant). 5/5 pizza 5/5 service 5/5 vibes will be coming back soon. thank yall! :D

Yum yum yum yum yum!!!!! Sooooo good! The staff was incredible too!! They were attentive and helpful! We ordered mozzarella sticks and devoured them!! We order a standard cheese Detroit style pizza. The undercarriage was impeccable and the crust was perfect!!!! I wish we had a location in the east valley but I would go back over and over again! Although, I don't think my waistline would like that very much! Give it a shot! My Detroit husband stands by this delicious pie!

I'm not super close to either Fly Bye locations, but did find myself down the street while working recently, and also on a Friday, which seemed like a sign for a pizza night! I love some good Detroit style pizza and Fly bye offers just that. Along with various salads, chicken and app options that really hits the mark for a tasty indulgent/takeout option, while still offering high quality ingredients and flavors. I placed my order online for pick up, which was super easy and allowed me make any customizations I needed. Which leads me to one of my favorite customizations they allow, two 1/2 speciality pizzas in one. You can opt for their smaller four piece, which is still quite big or their 8 piece and they permit you to pick up to two options. My experience, is usually pizza shops do not offer this. Sure you can do half options here or there, but not usually with two speciality za's. We opted for the truffle mushroom and bbq chicken. This has got to be one of the best bbq chickens pizzas I have ever had. The truffle also absolutely hits the mark and is delicious. They both have awesome flavor, perfectly crispy and cheesy edges and bottom as Detroit style should. We also paired it with a Brussel salad as well. The 8 piece was more than enough yo fill and satisfy three adults with two leftover slices. Bonus points their house ranch dressing is dynamite. Overall, this is a great option for pizza fix. I look forward to trying some of their other offerings, but may have trouble steering from my current selections!

    Tenders

The hype is real originally came here to check out the chicken tenders, but ended up scooping a pizza as well!!! The chicken tenders were really good. I got them with a buffalo sauce on the side. I love these tenders as I could tell it was nothing but pure chicken meat and light crispy breading which was top notch. The pizza was also really good honestly one of my top favorite pizzas thus far !! Service was really good, and also the interior of the restaurant was such a vibe Forgot to get a cookie will come back to try !

Stopped by for some delicious pizza and tenders. Their family deal is always a great deal. Pizza, tenders and a Caesar salad. The tenders here are some of my favorite. Perfectly crispy outside with that nice crunch. The pizza was just ok this time. I think it needed a little more time in the oven. Normally the dough has a little better of a bite to it, but this time it was a little mushy. The onions were not caramelized very well either which was a bummer too.

Best pepperoni pizza ever. I photographed this for a magazine several years ago and ate some afterwards. Our family has been addicted to it ever since.

The staff was friendly, attentive, and genuinely engaged, which made for a great dining experience. FOOD Deviled Eggs - Great flavor with a bold, well-balanced seasoning. A strong start to the meal. Corn Bread - Really enjoyed this. It had a nice balance of sweet and savory and was moist without being too heavy. Fries - Crispy, well seasoned, and easy to keep reaching for. Swordfish Tacos - I would skip these. The fish didn't taste as fresh as I expected and had a noticeable fishy smell that took away from the dish. Overall, the food was good, but with such a large menu I would probably try different items on a return visit. My favorite part was actually the warm cookie they give you when you leave. Beginners Luck is just that kind of place. Food 4.5/5 - I ordered the Crab and Shrimp Roll with fries. It was excellent and quite a portion. More than enough for a second meal. Loaded with shrimp and crab. I wasn't expecting a crab and shrimp salad but rather a mix of the two warm and buttered in the roll but it was very tasty as served. The only part that was a little off was the burned in brand on the roll the cold salad was served in. The charred flavor with the salad was a little off putting. I just pinched off the burnt bits from the bread. Excellent fries! Service 4/5 - I sat at the bar. Bartender was nice, offered regular menu and restaurant week menu as well. Meal was brought by manager, fries were still piping hot. Bartender and manager checked back to make sure meal was to my liking. Ambiance 5/5 - Cute place. A lot of nice outdoor seating and seating inside but a bit less. All in all a great place with a nice complement of offerings! I will return. If only they had a fly through with rotisserie chicken to go, I would never think of Bandera again.

I really love the aesthetic of this place. First of all it's tucked on the back corner of a strip mall. You wouldn't know it was care without looking, even though there is a small patio that wraps around. The dining room is kind of a great mixture that stuff it's very industrial working with lots of concrete with open duct work, but it also has a lovely tufted Bank at and crystal chandeliers. The perfect balance and I love it. You can see into the kitchen which I also like. Our server was delightful, and I loved the attentiveness, like making sure to move the curtains when the light was hitting in an odd way. I started with a delicious drink that I think was called Mezcal Orange Fizz. It was yummy! For the first course I chose the Salmon Crudo. It had a citrus dressing and crispy rice chip. It was absolutely delicious, but very tiny. I could have licked the plate because the dressing was so yummy. My friend had the gazpacho, which she said was very good With main course I chose the Garlic-Lemon Scallops and Corn. It was four delicious scallops on polenta garnished with popcorn. What a cool surprise! It was really good! My friend had the short ribs which she seemed to like as well. For dessert, we both chose the key lime tart. It was a little bit of heaven on a plate! I really enjoyed it. The portion sizes were appropriate - - what we probably should be eating rather than the huge portions we normally get. I was able to finish everything, and I left full but not stuffed. I did remove a star because I did not like that they charged a gratuity on a check for just one person. I normally tip a minimum of 25%, but they added 18%. I just left it. I understand the need to include the gratuity with a larger party (somehow the server always seems to get the short end on those larger parties). I don't know if that's a normal thing, or a restaurant week thing because, to be honest, hubby always pays the bill. I do recommend this hidden gem of a place. It has a lot going for it and I've always enjoyed my visits here.
