Pathetic popcorn shrimp !
Clinton F.

I usually don't review fast food since I don't eat it often but when the saddest thing I have ever had delivered to my house arrives something has got to give. First and LAST time at Popeyes! $9 popcorn shrimp arrives in a greasy bag and what exactly are we frying? It was deep fried nothing! There is popcorn shrimp on kids menus that are huge and juicy compared to this mess. Absolutely pathetic they should be embarrassed! Red beans and rice was fine probably the only reason for my one star. Shocking to find a fast food restaurant that makes McDonald's look like a Michelin star restaurant!

Buffalo wings...

I asked for buffalo wings, and this is what I got. Then they have no communication because the next worker came to the window and try to ask for payment again. Horrible food and service.

A fly

Flies everywhere I swear I moved tables n they deadass followed me , no table was clean 8 employees working standing around making eye contact not even paying attention that I'm there had to wait 13 min up front for my order to be rigged up , don't feel welcomed nor seen , Please get rid of the flies !!

My online order

I never come here because it's always something with them. I figured ordering on the app would make the experience better but I was wrong. I pulled into the restaurant at 12:27. The app said my food would be ready at 12:23. I get there and the nice guy at the front said he was waiting for the tenders & proceeded to tell Juan in the back. Juan was just there chatting it up with his co worker. Once he was done with his conversation I saw him drop my tenders in. I didn't get my order until 12:36. If a time is given on an order then it has to be ready at that time or at least close to it. People have timed lunched that are arranged around these types of things. & not to mention how Juan was just so not concerned or wanted to hurry bc I was just standing there, no courtesy. At least the guy at the front was nice!

2 tenders

WORST FRANCHISE IN THE COUNTRY, they have NEVER, EVER gotten an order right. I ordered a 3 piece tender spicy combo. I got 2 tiny chicken tenders, not 3. These 2 tenders were mostly breading and only equaled 1 tender. They were cold, hard, and greasy; so had OBVIOUSLY been under the warmer lights WAY past their sell time. The biscuit was cold, hard and could only serve as a hockey puck.

I went here during my lunch and remembered why I don't come here anymore. The service is horrible the employee or I think he was a manager was so dismissive and rude taking my order wasn't isn't listening to me. I don't know if he was having a bad day but I asked for a blacken chicken meal and he just dismissed me and told me to pull up to the window. I pulled up to the window and asked for a side of pickles and hot sauce and he refused to give me either. He said they don't sell a side of pickles and didn't give me the hot sauce. As I was driving off I felt uneasy and checked the bag he gave me the wrong order maybe if he wasn't so rude and pushy he would heard what I orders. Anyways this place should get SHUT DOWN already service is always horrible time and time again already have so many bad experiences here but this one I had to write a review. DONT WAST YOUR TIME AND AVOID THIS LOCATION!!! This was Wednesday around 12.

The menu
Rashyia F.

Food was somewhat ok like the chicken, mash potatoes and fries. The Mac and cheese was horrible. Cold and clotted. I asked and paid for sauce which I asked for it to be on 8 on the tenders and they just put it in a small cup. The service was kinda bad too. The computer system was down which made me leave the drive through to come inside. When I got inside the cashier face showed she was annoyed so I was patient. She asked for drink but when I asked for lemonade she told me to get it from the machine. I told her I wanted the fresh lemonade. Overall I felt like better customer service could've been better.

4Pc Signature Chicken Combo 4Pc Signature Chicken Combo. ( did not order this ) but thankyou
Young b.

I do these reviews and tell the truth, I don't cap With that being said, they got my order wrong and I only ordered 3 items. They forgot my mashed potatoes with gravy and my fries. On top of that the chicken was still alive . This my second time visiting this state and I thought the Chinese food was terrible but this spot right here took the number 1 spot.

Ridiculous
Brittany S.

How is this even possible? They were out of the nuggets and beignet's, too..... Personally, I feel like it's unacceptable to have a restaurant opened when 70% of the menu is unavailable -- not even SPORKS!!!!! I guess it's BYOS - bring your own spork, pathetic

The wrong order

Sneakybird wings are GAS, but everything else SUCKS. You order 8 wings which come with fresh veggies (celery/carrots) and they give you ONE OUNCE of ranch to dip. ONE OUNCE wouldn't even be enough for the veggies, Nevermind the wings.. Whoever is in charge of these restaurants eats wings with a fork and knife or is simply an idiot. Sure you can get more ranch but it's literally a dollar an ounce (and the cup isn't even full) so you're paying over $128 a gallon for ranch dressing. They're literally making a 10x profit on ranch it's absolutely insane. Before you realize think that the Hormuz strait is causing a ranch uproar, you'll walk inside one of these places and be forced to go order at the counter. Then you'll wait 20+ minutes sitting there wasting time. Sneakybird is missing the point of a restaurant, give me servers, give me drink options, try to offer me anything delicious while I sit there for 20 minutes and take my money. If you're not going to be a real restaurant then just skip the rent and go ghost kitchen. MAYBE if they learned the business model of a restaurant they wouldn't need to 10x us on ranch dressing. Every other wing place SUCKS in PHX, ATL will steal your CC number, Zipps gets raided by ICE before your food comes out and everyone else gets the wings from Sodexo. Sneakybird has potential but whoever is making decisions is an idiot and needs to hand the reigns over to literally ChatGPT or anyone else. Abysmal business model, leaving so much on the table.

They noticed that I had accidentally overpaid and came to me to issue a refund, without me even realizing it! They still made my exact same meal with no issues at all. That level of honesty and care is rare. To make the experience even more special, it was my son's birthday. The manager noticed he had a Super Mario plushie and went out of their way to bring him crayons and coloring paper featuring the same character. It completely made my son's day Great food, kind and attentive staff, and genuine care for their customers. Fly Bye doesn't just serve incredible pizza and wings, they deliver the best customer service ever. I have never had such great experience in a restaurant to the point I can't wait to go home and write this review!!! Definitely recommend to everyone!

Tried Fly Bye on Camelback and I'll just say it: this was a classic "great deal, a couple tweaks…read moreaway from greatness" situation. I called in my order at 11:20am and got quoted 25-30 minutes for the lunch special. It was ready right around that window, which immediately put me in a good mood because nothing ruins lunch faster than staring at a pickup counter like it owes you money. The guy behind the counter was friendly and even tossed in a sample of 'copy cane' sauce for me to try on my sandwich. I ordered the lunch special (pepperoni pizza slice + Caesar salad, no drink) and added the chicken sandwich with fries. (Fries were only $1 add on!) Starting with the chicken, flavor was solid. Chicken was seasoned and the hoagie was legit. But the lettuce comes ranch-tossed like it's training for a swimming event. It tastes good but if you wait too long to eat it, the bread starts turning into a sponge and the sandwich becomes more "salad in loaf form." The Cane's-clone sauce was 100% needed--once I added it, everything clicked. Now the fries were cooked well done, crispy, and exactly the texture I like. They were just a touch dry, so ketchup wasn't a suggestion--it was a requirement. With ketchup, they're great. The real value winner was the pizza + ceasar. The slice is big and absolutely worth the $10 on size alone. Also: A+ pepperoni choice. They use those small cupping pepperonis (Grimaldi's style) instead of the big greasy ones, and I respect that decision deeply. Only downside: the center was slightly undercooked--that gooey middle happened on a few bites, and I'm not a "wet pizza" person. The salad was fresh and the dressing had great flavor and depth, the croutons felt home made and the whole situation, even portion size, was enjoyable. Would I come back? Yeah. I'd give it another shot because the bones are good and the price is right. Next time I'm ordering the sandwich no tomato and no ranch-tossed lettuce, so I can control the sauce per bite instead of letting it control me. Also worth noting: I signed up for their rewards program and got $10 off, bringing my total to $15--which made this whole lunch feel like a small financial victory with gas at $5 a gallon!

The food itself tasted good--flavorful sauce and a decent-sized calzone--but not worth $20. The portion sizes didn't match the price at all. The restaurant was clean, service was quick, and the staff was polite, but communication was lacking. Overall, while the food was tasty, the value wasn't there, and I probably wouldn't return based on the price.
