Came here for a quick lunch and was impressed with the pizza the crust had a nice texture there was plenty of cheese and everything tasted freshly made. It's a smaller spot and can get busy, but the food was worth it. read more

Had a quick bite to eat here on a Friday night a few weeks back and I had a great experience. The cashier was very friendly and welcoming when I ordered. I ordered one supreme slice and a side salad with ranch. The slice was really good and it had a nice crisp to it. It also came out hot and loaded with toppings. The salad was definitely my favorite as it was fresh, crisp, and very filling. The portion was big! I luckily found a table right away as it was pretty busy inside. The inside was clean. read more

I called and ordered over the phone after looking online to order and noticed that the online ordering system wing flavors varied to the ones on their menu. We ordered 1 order of wings with split flavors, garlic parm and golden medium, an order of garlic bread and a small Margherita pizza. We were impressed by the flavor & service. Pizza delivery on a Friday night in a college town can always be a hit or miss and Venezia's was a HIT! Highly rec this place. read more

Venezia's Pizza Presto - Pizza Near Me - Tempe, Arizona

This place does have good pizza and not just for college students but in general. It's a good place to go to with speedy service and a decent ambiance. Since it's on the second floor of the campus bookstore, it is very small and barely has any seating for multiple people. The pizza is all made fresh and flavorful along with plenty of good choices and prices. The only issue is that it can be frustrating to get seating because it's a small place. And the music can be loud which can make it harder to hear when someone is talking. Other than that it's a solid pizza place with good pizza. read more

I love Venezia's and work at ASU so I'm thankful to have this location so close by. Slices (cheese is $3.5) are large, it's smaller than the Southern location so service is much faster, and it's the only place on campus that I'm aware of where you can buy a beer. Sometimes I'll stop by after work and it's very relaxing out on their patio at sunset read more

Coming from New York, I have a naturally high bar for pizza, but Venezia's was pretty good. Especially for a college town, it is leagues better than the typical chains or local late-night spots. I visited for a work event and I wasn't mad about the offerings. My only recommendation would be that Arizonans learn about the delightfulness of having Melba sauce with mozzarella sticks. I also miss my specialty pizza options like chicken Marsala or shrimp scampi. read more

While on a girls trip in Arizona, we ordered this pizza place as a way to feed a bunch of people quickly and it was the best decision that we could've made. The delivery was really quick. The food was really fresh and had great flavor. We got a vegetarian option. We also got three flavors of chicken wings and loved all of them. If you're debating between getting pizza here or somewhere else, I would definitely recommend here. read more

Was directed by staff to complain about the order ahead app not working on Yelp. I stopped ordering at Venezias a couple of months ago when their order ahead app stopped working. I've also attempted to a call to place my order but this location is too busy for that. We're not given long enough breaks to order food from this location in person and wait. I'm hoping the functionality of the app can be restored. Right now when you try and order a combo on the app it won't allow you to select any pizza slices only combo or sometimes Hawaiian. Dear business manager, I'd happy send you an email if I had been given an email address read more

Me and a friend decided to knock out the pizza challenge which was a 24 inch pizza in under an hour. Kinda tough cause it was advertised as a New York style but definitely felt as thick as a regular pizza. Didn't taste too bad and had to sign a waiver but got it done with 2 minutes to spare and got our photo on the wall! read more

I don't know what it is about this pizza that I don't like, but i have had it delivered for work a few times and it just seems mid. Not a great place to go hang out either. It's probably good for group or big orders but I don't go out of my way to eat here. read more

Sadly a friend and I were in the area and decided to try this place. Embarrassing experience. The fly problem is a real concern! Trying to find a place where to Sit without being attacked by flies. We did eat here. We weren't in the mood to go elsewhere. The salad was good. The pizza was overcooked with a burned bottom. As we ate in silence we were anxious to leave and didn't bring any leftovers with us. No photos to display. Not a keeper. read more

This has been one of my favorite pizza places in Arizona for years, and it's always been a restaurant my family and I have enjoyed. Last night, we ordered two pizzas to watch the World Cup match together, but the experience was very terrible and disappointing. I bit into what appears to be a piece of glass and another foreign object that was baked into my pizza. I had already ingested part of my food before realizing something was wrong, which has left me extremely concerned. In all my years of dining here or at any restaurant, for that matter, I've never experienced anything like this. We had to throw away both pizzas because we no longer felt they were safe to eat. I'm incredibly disappointed that this happened at a restaurant I've trusted for so many years. Unfortunately, this experience has completely changed my confidence in the restaurant, and I won't be returning. read more

5 star food horrible customer service. whatever blonde girl was working tdy at 4 she needs to find a job that makes her happy, or just not be a cunt. Depressing asf to see such a good pizza place hire such shitty workers. Don't write reviews ever, but if I ask why is your soda machine is broken after I pay for my drink, don't know why you're making it seem like it's a me problem instead of fixing it. read more

This place is amazing and the pizza is fantastic. Thanks Natasha Gittens for sending me

We frequent this for our quick pizza dinner. The place is always hopping but we've never waited too long for an app placed order. The garlic breadsticks are my favorite, they have good French Fries. The slices are huge and always are hot and fresh. The restaurant is big and there is a ton of tables, but we usually take it to go. read more

I typically like Venezia but today was the most disgustingly pizza ever. It was watery on the top for some weird reason. Additionally I ordered on door dash and they didn't seal my order despite me calling before and asking them. The cheese bread had black specs from clearly their uncleaned stove. I have never been nauseous from pizza until today. read more

It's no New York pizza, but it's damn good. The staff are super friendly and even show you the pizza before handing it over. Everyone inside seems happy, and the whole place has a great vibe. No complaints at all. read more

Delicious NY style pizza in the heart of Tempe. Trendy place, not huge inside but they have a pretty big patio with misters. Vegan options, vegan cheese and gluten free crust are available. I ordered a small pizza , half veg, half bbq chicken with their vegan cheese which is so good, much better tasting than Daiya cheese in my opinion. Their small pizza is 12" so it's not really small, I could not finish it. We also ordered an XL pizza with the same halves but regular cheese as well as 1/2 order of bone-in wings and 3 soft drinks. Wings were served with ranch. They were great! Veg was better than bbq chicken. The bbq sauce was a little too sweet for my liking but still tasty. Bill before tip was $58.20. This is one of multiple locations in the valley. I have previously tried their location in Mesa multiple times and liked their pizza a lot. Give them a try! You'll really enjoy their pizza! read more

Great pizza crispy and delicious. Service great. Tried the cheese, pepperoni and the veggie. Cold drinks too.

They have an amazing vegan pizza that I get often when I'm in town. I have only ordered it to be delivered

I recall seeing Venezia's pizza at ASU events over the years and never forgot how large the party pizzas were (and how many students could share one of them). While there was previously a pizza restaurant on the second floor of the Future Sun Devil Welcome Center and College Ave. Commons, it had closed and to everyone's delight, Venezia's Pizza Presto opened in that location, only feet away from the second floor of the Sun Devil Campus Stores (Bookstore). I really enjoy Venezia's and have eaten at multiple locations over the years, but having such a huge supporter of Arizona State University now on the ASU Tempe campus is a different experience altogether. As someone who works at ASU, this is a great location for a quick bite, connecting with colleagues over pizza, taking something or go, or enjoying drinks and sporting events after work. The hours are 10:30 AM to 9 PM daily (or 11 PM on Fridays and Saturdays). In addition to a large menu of food and drinks, there are so many specials and deals on a daily basis. There are 5 slice specials each with a slice (or two), a drink, and the option of a salad or wings. There is even a specialty slice of the day. One specialty slice (being ASU fans!) is the Pitchfork Pizza, which consists of a base of tangy gold-medium sauce, chicken, fresh jalapeno and red onions. In the words of Venezia's "Fear the fork, not the pizza." As this may be a bit too spicy for me, I typically get a slice of pepperoni or chicken pesto pizza with a half order of boneless wings and a drink. I really appreciate that the slices are all very big. There are also daily specials throughout the entire week. In addition to the slice of pizza named after the pitchfork, Venezia's does a lot to support ASU and Sun Devil fans. On the Instagram account, there are regularly announcements supporting ASU sporting events (including the recent College Football Playoff game and the Desert Hockey Classic) as well as giveaways. One lucky Sun Devil recently won a signed football from Coach Kenny Dillingham while another won a signed ASU basketball by Coach Bobby Hurley. Also, the service at this specific location is great, and the staff do a great job trying to keep everything moving along as quickly as possible. You definitely will want to sign up for the e-mail list as you'll get some great deals along with a special gift for your birthday. In past years, it was a free small pizza with the order of a larger pizza. This year, it was a free one-topping slice for your birthday (which again, are quick big)! There are also so many coupons out there from Yelp coupons (which you can access on the Yelp app), Student Insider (ASU) coupons, and even the Venezia's website (https://venezias.com/deals). There are also gift card deals. The Black Friday gift card deal was "Buy $30 in gift cards, get free $10 gift card" and the Holiday Season gift card deal currently is "Buy $30 in gift cards, get free $5 gift card." Mmmm...pizza!! read more

Ample parking and seating I believe I hit a graduation day because very busy with large groups at 4 pm Ordering was a bit confusing. The large groups tied up the 2 kiosks for a very long time, so I tried ordering at the counter but didn't get service before a kiosk finally opened Food was very hot and fresh. Garlic bread with cheese was excellent Large pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Topping were enough I was scared of pricing when I saw some $60 pizzas online, but those are huge special one My meal was pretty normal pizza place pricing Definitely going again read more

Alright, so we went ordered a 24-inch pepperoni Party Pizza from Venezia's, and let me tell you--this thing is a MONSTER. If you're feeding a group (we had 6 adults), this is the move. Perfect crispy-chewy crust, loads of melty cheese, and the pepperoni had those crispy edges that just hit different. Also had to grab an order of bone-in honey hot wings, and wow--10/10 decision. Perfect mix of sweet and spicy, and they actually had some crisp to them (none of that sad, soggy wing situation). Plus, they came with carrots and celery, which made me feel a little healthier, lol. Ordering was super easy, the staff was friendly, and everything was ready right on time. Seriously, if you need a pizza that'll impress the whole crew, Venezia's is the way to go. Highly recommend, will 100% be back. read more

The guy at the register was super nice and friendly. I got the slice, salad, and a drink combo for $9.95. The garden salad tasted fresh and the spicy ranch was pretty good too, though it was definitely spicy. I got a sausage slice and it was MASSIVE. I knew their slices were supposed to be big, but I definitely did not expect it to be that big. The pizza was really good. It was crispy on the outside and wasn't too greasy. It's the best pizza ever. Freshest ingredients, best crust & sauce... Everything a pizza joint otta be.

wow....! Marinara so good, you have naughty dreams about it.. well, almost! The pie we had was so good, it reminded me of the pizza in Greenwich Village and the New York east side -- when I was based at JFK. I used to think that there was no better pizza in the world than what you get in New York. I stand corrected... this is the real deal. Tempe, Arizona: imagine that! Pick your times carefully because it can get crowded when the kids flood over from ASU. Those kids know pizza and don't waste their money on poor quality food. Really yummy pizza! Sorry I never tried it before but definitely my go to place from now on.

The calzone was Delish everything was good as well as the service, I recommend if your in the area give it a try you want be disappointed.

Our initial experience with this restaurant wasn't what we hoped for, and we wrote a review detailing our meal. We were immediately contacted by AJ, who apologized and wanted to hear more. He explained our experience was not reflective of their passion for good food and good customer service. He explained that feedback can sometimes help the restaurant take a look at things, like their ovens and burners, and he thanked us for the review. He also asked us to please give them another try. The other night we got another pizza and a caesar salad. Everything was excellent! The pizza was cooked perfectly, with just the right amount of char and doneness. The pizza wasn't greasy (we added pepperoni and mushrooms) and the cheese was just the right amount. This was the experience we had hoped for during our initial visit! Needless to say, we will be back. I bumped the stars up to 4, and will be happy to bump them up to 5 if we continue to have pizzas like the one we just had. And don't overlook the fact that they care, more than a lot of businesses out there. There's a lot to be said for a business who reaches out to their customers and who wants to ensure customer satisfaction. Thanks AJ! read more
