No. Long Wong's is an iconic Phoenix-area chicken wing chain and cultural staple founded in 1980 by Ron Goldstein, who originally hailed from Buffalo, New York. What's with the name? The name leans into a tongue-in-cheek pun involving "long wings" (referencing poultry wing portions) and a crude anatomical slang joke. [facepalm] All of that aside, how's the food? This location is my absolute favorite wing spot in Phoenix. Came here recently for the two dozen wings for $18.99 and got the medium-hot wings and the pepper lemon wings. (Check Menu, but most important, check Business Dates/Hours). As for Burgers, I have zero info. I actually opted to order their Po'Boy Sandwich. It was actually really good. I wish that I could have had more Shrimp inside the Sandwich, but that wasn't their fault. It covered the whole sandwich, I just wanted more. Cooked to perfection actually.
