I ordered chicken strips and a drink through drive through. I did not want fries or bread today so I did not order a combo. no sauce, I go inside to get sauce and I have to pay for it. would have been cheaper to order a kids meal at this point. maybe you should put a sign up that says sauce only comes with combo meals. I assumed I bought chicken strips so it comes with one sauce. even cheap as McDonald's gives you a sauce with your chicken. I guess not, and instead of explaining why I have to pay they just stare at you. also you could save money by not putting one single sauce in a styrofoam to go container, what a waste. I don' do not usually come here or i would have known. I do not think I will be back anytime soon. read more

Standard for a Cane's! Everyone was friendly and welcoming. The usual Cane's chicken is pretty hard to be inconsistent with because of their standards. Came out hot and crispy. Bonus Tip: Ask for the fries extra crispy for better experience. read more

We love raising canes but this visit wasn't a good one. The food was off and the sauce was extra zingy which felt like it was an old sauce. We had several containers and about half of them tasted different. The chicken was very mediocre. We're from northern California and the raising canes we have are much better than here. Canes has decent chicken and great dipping sauce. This location seems to be hit and miss on their teas. Sometimes their unsweeten tea tastes like someone mixed them up and just didn't take the time to fix it. The interior is well lit and the cleaning crew does a good job of keeping the tables clear and available for the throngs of customers during a lunch rush. The food rarely if ever takes very long and is generally of consistent quality. My only issue I have is that the cost of the meals is rather high for a chicken finger mean with their 6 piece combo being more than your local steakhouse chicken tender dinner meal. Overall if I am not in the mood to make them myself, then I come here, just it is half the cost to make 3# yourself than buy the meal, which is frustrating. read more

We got served chicken that was not good at all. The marinate was wet and was falling off the chicken. The chicken should be crispy on the outside and not soggy. Service was good but this location also has some safety concerns. There was a homeless person on drugs walking towards people waiting in the drive thru line. I came here for dinner tonight and got a 3 piece meal. This location is usually blocking traffic because he's so busy. Around 8pm, it's not bad at all. The chicken tenders were piping hot and super greasy tonight. I ended up blotting the tenders and got several napkins saturated with grease. I don't remember them being so greasy. The fries were basic crinkle cut fries and they were well seasoned. The bread was too soggy with butter this time around which was disappointing. Sure, I'll go ahead and review. There's not much to try here, you've got chicken strips, french fries, texas toast, the slaw, their canes sauce and the sandwich that has a different bun than the toast. I'm guilty of stopping by occasionally for a box combo. The fries to me, are subpar whereas the chicken strips, they do a pretty good job on. If you're going to specialize in an item, do it well and to me, they do. Personally, I'm confused by the texas toast but that is just because Canes was my first experience to whatever or wherever this type of "style" food originates (is that a thing? I don't know, texas?). My son loves the toast and is always happy to eat mine when I forget it comes with some of the combo options. I usually substitute the toast for an extra slaw. I'm always confused when they put a tiny little container of coleslaw in its own styrofoam box instead of in with the order, but I get that maybe its to help them ensure they've included it. It just seems wasteful to do it that way. The sauce is great, the chicken is usually pretty moist, but as I said subpar fries are usually also pretty moist. On the good side, the chicken strips at Caine's are delicious fresh and crispy. The Texas toast was tasty too! On the bad side, the fries were awful. They were so soft and mushy that it felt like they'd hardly been cooked at all, and they didn't have any flavor at all. None of us in our party could even eat half of our side of fries. If they improved the fries, I'd come back here often for the chicken. read more

First, if the Canes Club Card qualifies you for a free box combo, and I ask for the same thing the same way, why was I charged for a Caniac combo? Not what I ordered at all and the girl ringing it up had no issue ignoring the fact that the combos were different. Second, my girlfriend went to get a refill (she is not Black), but when I asked for a refill, guys with the glasses and the beard, light skinned Mexican dude tells me "there is an upcharge". Not cool to upcharge men or people of color for company benefit. I told him to keep the cup and have a good day. If this location is suffering, make it be known so I can bring my business elsewhere. I've been going there since it opened but I will think twice before I return so I can be treated justly and fairly. Seriously guys, Raising Cane's Peel the Love promotion has me stopping at every location trying to find game pieces (come to me my precious)! As always, I went with the Box combo and opted for extra toast instead of coleslaw. Today, the fries were perfectly salted and the toast was soft and buttery. The chicken strips were juicy and pair well with the Louisiana hot sauce. I'm still on the hunt for the elusive 'S' so I'll definitely be back in the very near future. read more

I placed an order for pickup to be ready at 6:30. I arrived at and called per the instructions at 6:25 PM. I gave my name and told him the make and model of car and let him know what side of the building I was at for curb pickup. The guy on the phone said he would be right out. 12 minutes go by and I call again. Nobody answers. I go in and ask for my order. I give my name and find out that it was under my dad's name. On Monday 4/8/24 around 9:30 PM, I ordered food on my app from your location at 44th St. and Thomas in Phoenix, Arizona. I order the same thing every single time I come here which is your 4 Piece Box combo with NO slaw and NO fries substitute bread for both. So basically it's 4 pieces of chicken, and 3 pieces of bread the 2 substituted and the 1 it already comes with. Jared, your front lobby cashier on duty, brought my bag to the counter. When I checked it I noticed that there were no fries and no slaw, but only two slices of bread I kindly brought this to Jared's attention and told him I needed one more slice of bread but instead he started to argue with me that supposedly I didn't "ring it in correctly." He pointed to the receipt on the bag that I have attached to this complaint and said see, "you did it wrong." I'm confused because if that were the case I would have fries in my bag then right? Like it clearly says, "no slaw sub toast no fries sub toast" on the receipt. So I'm not even sure what he is referring to and I just repeat myself again that Im missing a toast as he mumbles under his breath, "yea no shit." I said, "excuse me? You know what, can I just have my toast and I'll be gone." I didn't want to sit and argue with your employee about which way I ordered it because either way I still didn't receive the slaw or fries therefore I still paid for the bread (1) and (2) sides. Which I wanted to be all bread. He laughs and says ya I'll give it to you but I'm going to charge you for it since you did it wrong on the app. I already paid for it though? And he responds with, "and if you want another one you're going to pay again with an attitude of course." I'm blown away at this point, I just say, "can I speak with a manager?" Because clearly at this point either he is having a bad day or idk but I'm getting no where with him and his attitude over a SLICE OF BREAD is ridiculous. When I ask for the manager he then goes, "yeah but you're not going to get the bread from her without paying either." My mouth dropped. Is this really happening?! I'm so annoyed at this point I just want to get out of there, the manager came and she understood the issue immediately and agreed I didn't get the original bread that came with the box. I explained to her the issue with Jared and she apologized, she was kind and solved my issue! As I'm about to leave I'm filling my cup with sweet tea and I'll admit I was still really annoyed with the way your employee treated me so as I am walking out the door I saw him cleaning tables in the lobby and I mentioned, "I got the bread I paid for. It wasn't that hard." He responds back to me with, "yeah like you even need it" And snorts at me like a pig, then laughs...... ARE YOU FOR REAL?! IS THIS REAL LIFE? I'm a heavy set woman, YUP. But I have NEVER EVER EVER been spoken to in such a derogatory degrading manner like this situation with your employee. Honestly I had no words for him because I was so blown away, and feeling embarrassed and ashamed of myself. NOT the way I should feel after leaving one of my favorite restaurants..... The Caniac combo hits every time! I usually like to swap out the cole slaw for extra toast since their bread is so good! The chicken is always nice and crispy. Their cane's sauce is also unlike anything I ever tried. The only thing that they could improve on in order to get my 5 star rating is stepping up their French fry game. It's pretty basic and it doesn't travel well if you're taking your meal to go. If only their fries was anything close to good quality as maybe 5 guys? I could tell from the appearance that the fries were going to disappoint me, and they didn't let me down. They were dry and unseasoned. I thought the sauce would help, but it didn't. The sauce tasted like every condiment mixed together minus relish and mustard with loads of black pepper. I am not a fan. I didn't get coleslaw because i got an extra sauce, expecting to love it. The chicken tenders weren't bad but needed a sauce. Wished I'd asked for something other than the cane sauce. If you're into great. This place has awesome chicken tenders and from my experience everytime I visit...they are cooked to perfection. The french fries are not greasy and the texas toast is delicious. If you arent into coleslaw, no worries, just ask to substitute it for anything else on the menu. The price is great and it will match your appetite. The service is very good and the staff keep it fun, quick and clean. It would be nice to get lemonade refills but the sweet tea is awesome too it has unlimited refills. The restroom needs better attention and the parking and drive thru set up is concerning...some drivers are more distracted than others. !!Look out!! All in all an awesome place! read more

This place was horrible. The honey mustard sauce was runny and tasted nothing like honey mustard and had a horrendous aftertaste. The fries were no better than anything you could get in the grocery store and were not fried until brown or crispy they were limp and tasteless due to lack of salt. The coleslaw was also not very good and the "bread" tasted and looked like a sesame seed bun thrown on a grill. I ordered the box and they even got the order all mixed up. As I was getting an unsweetened tea, they were cleaning. Super friendly staff. So my first time here, amazing chicken and the sauce is divine I used all the sauce they gave me:) Although I couldn't finish even half of the fries (ok), saved the coleslaw for later.
