Hm interesting concept, but can't say I'm a huge fan.. perhaps not for me. Quantity is great, but the mix of flavors just wasn't hitting. Had a chance to try the tandoori chicken rice which was the best out of everything and the fluffies filled Mac and cheese with some sides.. super heavy, very saucy, and something i'd probably crave at 2am after a night out. It's built like a fast food establishment but food quality easily equivalent to a restaurant. I had the fried butter chicken sandwich and WOW the flavor was amazing. Don't sleep on the medium, it's still hot and amazing with every bite. Service was quick and patient and it's a clean and great little spot to hang and have a meal. read more

I have been there many times. I visited the Hackensack location tonight, January 17th. The food is always great but this time my order was considerably less than usual, about 40% less. The roll was much smaller, the extra chicken piece in the box was smaller and the amount of fries was approximately 40% less than all of my previous orders. Second time having this and I thought it was just okay. I ordered a chicken sandwich and tender HOT, and it literally had zero spice or flavor. And the fries with seasoning had no flavor either. Only positive thing I can say is the chicken itself was very juicy. And the mango lassi and banana pudding were very good. I was having a holiday party for my staff and I decided to order food from fluffy's I've had it before and it was pretty good chicken I ordered the 80 wings +4 large fries and had it delivered-the wings came but no fries meanwhile I was waiting for my staff party toserve them. when I called they said that there's nothing they can do about it and there was no manager there I explained that it was for a party and they really didn't care. I asked them a manager returned my call and no one ever did. And the wings that we did get were not good at all they were supposed to be four different types of wings and none tasted any differently than the other it was hardly any sauce on them very very disappointed and really disappointed that my staff could not enjoy a nice holiday lunch. But is it worth it?!?!?! The answer is a RESOUNDING yes!!! A Nashville Hot Chicken is their "signature" chicken sandwich for 12 bucks?!?!?! YES -- And worth every penny!!! There are two large, thick, crispy, juicy and fresh tenders on a soft brioche bun with pickles and sauce. I got one of these with a Tandoori Chicken Frankie Roll. The sandwich was outstanding -- A 5-star trip into delectable heaven with each bite, even though I asked them (when asked) to "make it spicy as you can make it", and it wasn't very spicy at all. The review is a 4-star on the overall because the Frankie roll was not as flavorful as I expected it to be. Perhaps I should have used one or both of the sauces they provided, but I wanted to see what it tasted like on its own (and was trying to act at least a LITTLE bit healthy, LOL)! Came on a Friday night and it was super packed, like uncomfortably packed where you had to stake out for a table. Food took some time but was okay when it arrived. We were missing 2 things from our order and when I went to the front to inquire, they made it for me fresh without a problem but it was just so busy and became overwhelming. We were regular customers at Fluffies, until we had a less than pleasant experience on April 8th 2025. The chicken we received was soaked in grease, so much that the roll was coated in grease as well. I immediately notified the restaurant and spoke with Alex at 9pm. Alex stated I would get a refund in 2-3 days. He requested my name and the receipt #718. As of 4/11, I never received a refund so I called the restaurant to follow up. I spoke with Shadishsa who stated "SAAB, the owner will give me a call back. She asked for my name and number and I obliged. 4/17/2025-The owner never called me, so I called again. I asked who was I speaking to and the person ended the call. I immediately called back, spoke to Ravia* and she gave me the owner's phone number. I contacted the owner SAAB, and he said I would get my money refunded. I gave him all of the information and as of today 5/8/2025, I have not received a refund. When this entire mishap began I told Alex and the other staff, I can bring the food back because I didn't touch it. I also told SAAB the same thing. I also complained to Fluffies online site on 4/8, and 4/13, in addition to everything above and I have never gotten a response from anyone. This isn't your typical hot chicken spot. They have unique items like the Frankie rolls, where you can get your hot chicken sandwich in a light naan bread wrap. They also have butter chicken, and tandoori chicken. We ordered the original Nashville hot chicken sandwich, and the Nashville hot chicken Frankie roll (naan wrap). Although i enjoyed both, I favored the Frankie roll. It was LOADED with chicken. Seemed like 2-3 chicken breasts in that wrap! For $14, totally worth the price. And flavors were absolutely delicious. Chicken was juicy and crispy. Loaded fries were also delicious and the Coleslaw cut the spice nicely. Service was absolutely exceptional. Order came out in about 5 minutes. This place is super delicious! I ordered their Fluffies Filled Mac N Cheese/French Fry combo (it's a "secret menu" item that's half mac and half fries) and it was so good! The mac n cheese is super creamy and mixed with the crispy chicken and the slightly sweet Fluffies sauce it's this perfect combination. And then the other half with the fries was incredible too! The fries were super crispy which went well with the Fluffies sauce + the creamy mac and the portion of all of it was so generous. The chicken was crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside and flavored so well! I got the "hot" chicken but mixed with everything it wasn't very hot at all but it was delicious. Stumbled upon this new spot near the Carvel in Hackensack and damn I am glad I did. They have a ton of good chicken/max n cheese bowls with five different sauces to choose from(depending how spicy you like your food) The girl ringing us up was awesome and helped us decide what would work for us. The staff was friendly, attentive, and made me feel right at home. But let's talk about the food. Oh my goodness, the food! It was absolutely delicious. I tried the hot chicken sandwich, which was perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of spice. The Mac and cheese chicken was also a standout dish, with creamy, cheesy goodness in every bite. Keep in mind this is (Hal Al chicken and Mac and cheese): All the food is HalAl which is nice. And let's not forget about the fluffy sauce. It was so good, I could have eaten it with a spoon! It added the perfect amount of flavor to every dish. It reminds me of a chipotle, spicy mayo, type sauce. Last but not least the chicken wings. What an amazing surprise. Large wings with lots of sauce. We got the bbq wings and let me tell you they are cook to order and was well worth the wait. Crunchy with lots of sauce. You cannot go wrong. To wash it all down, I tried the mango drink, which was refreshing and the perfect complement to my meal. Overall, I give Fluffies a high rating and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great dining experience. It was just a pickup that I ordered over the phone, but the young lady who answered was kind and helpful. Both the young ladies who were there when I picked up were very nice. Now for the food. We tried the Fluffies Filled Mac & Cheese and the Fluffies Poutine. This is comfort food at its finest. The mac & cheese was creamy, cheesy, and delicious. The chicken was tender and wonderfully flavorful. They have 4 spice levels, plain, mild, medium hot, and blistering hot. We ordered the mild, which, believe it or not, it definitely had a kick. This is a new spot on route 17, every-time I passed by it was super packed so I decided to bring by chicken loving husband here. It is a fast food Indian fusion (or at least thats the concept I got). The place is very small with little to no seating areas based on how busy it is but to be completely honest it really does not matter. We ordered wings, fried chicken sandwich and a wrap. When i think of a lassi, I imagine a thick yogurt like drink, however this seemed like mango juice with the appearance that it had yogurt in it.
