Tandoori Chicken Rice Bowl & strawberry juice

First time here, very crowded because they are renovating. I ordered using kiosk. My friend ordered with the person at the front desk. I got my food within 4 mins. We waited 30mins for the food. The food was delicious I will give them that but we still have no idea why my friends chicken sandwich took 30mins to come out. Will be coming back to try the Mac and cheese but I hope the services isn't 30mins.

I can't believe I haven't raved about the Mac after having been here so many times! There are times I'm not even heading in this direction and I'll swing around just to satisfy my Mac craving. First of all, what an incredible value for what you get. The Mac is absolutely loaded with macaroni but quite possibly even more so with the chicken. Feels like every bite has a hefty piece of chicken to go along with it... and it's amazing. And depending on your hunger level you might even be able to finish it alone. Or share it with a side of fries and it's a win-win! I've been coming here for years and I see no end in sight solely because of the Mac!

3.5 Order from here! My son surprised us with some fluffies chicken and it was full of flavor courtesy of Uber Eats. His friends had been giving the Mac and cheese fluffies rave reviews but he just got the basic chicken which was anything but basic. The chicken tenders appeared to be fresh white meat. The seasoning on the plain was just perfect and full of flavor. The dipping sauce was very unique and complimentary. It was light orange and you could taste the spice and honey. Very good first experience and would love to order from here for our Super Bowl party!

First time here, first impression wasn't good place seemed a little run down, dirty. But I'd try it anyway. Staff was pleasant and helpful in choosing what to order. Waited about 2-3 minutes for my food, sat down there to eat. I got the mild Mac and cheese with chicken. Just a little spicy , macaroni was under cooked, the chicken was over cooked. Brought my daughter with me she ordered same thing and was pleased with it. I may try something else another time

A lot hype among friends, so I take a food adventure trip with my teen girl. A simple eatery and clean. The combo of fluffy chicken, mac & cheese, and fries. Not the healthiest choice. Heck!! it taste awesome. My teen & I both give a thumbs up on the product. Can't wait to be back to try other stuff

Fluffies Hot Chicken & Frankie Rolls 252 S. Summit Ave. Hackensack, NJ 07601 Honey BBQ Wings Fluffies Filled Macaroni & Cheese Tandoori Chicken Rice Bowl Butter Chicken Sandwich Nashville Hot Chicken Frankie Roll Rice Pudding Banana Pudding The wings are the perfect starter. They're so hot, crispy, and tangy I'd devour the bones if I could. They offer plenty of other wings such as lemon pepper and buffalo. You'll barely see any macaroni and cheese in the photo, but don't be fooled. It's because it's covered with Nashville hot chciken and their signature sauce. That's what I call getting the best of both worlds. The rice bowl was okay, but the tandoori chicken and seasoning isn't as flavorful as the Nashville fried chicken. The sandwich and the wrap are packed with chicken. In addiction to the sauce being a back bone to these sandwiches, the carmelized onion on the butter chicken sandwich will bring you to Halal paradise! To conclude the meal, I specifically choose diverse pudding flavors. The rice pudding was okay and I can live without it. But the banana pudding won the dessert competition by a long shot. Filled with with ripe bananas and vanilla wafers, you'll want to scrape the bowl clean! Whether you're looking to order dine in or takeout, the food will blow your mind. And don't forgot to ask for an extra cup of signature sauce with your halal chicken; the more the merrier!

I can only pray that the calories I eat from here go to the right places. It's called FLUFFIES for a reason. Since my first visit, I've gone back two more times. I tried the Butter Chicken Rice Bowl ($14) and Spicy Mac & Cheese ($5). It's a hard pass on both. The butter chicken sauce was not creamy enough. It was too thick and tasted nothing like the traditional dish at Indian restaurants. I wasn't a fan of the seasoned corn either. Oh well, I guess that's my fault for ordering it at a fast food chicken place. As for the mac & cheese, I can't put my finger on it... but I was really put off by the taste. I'm not sure what types of cheeses they used, but it was not the right ones for my taste palette. It almost tasted bitter? I threw away most of it. I will only stick with the Nashville hot fried chicken. It's the best selling item on their menu, so you can't go wrong with that. I usually get the bowl, but maybe next time I'll try the sandwich.

Delivery Order For Me Today!!! I did NASHVILLE HOT CHICKEN RICE BOWL; I need to congratulate this restaurant and all the team involved ,because I had in my plate just high-quality ingredients. The chicken was so flavorful, juicy, fresh; the basmati rice was so wonderful also. I have to say that all the plate is a complete meal. The price is fair enough. The amount on the plate is more than enough portion for one person. They followed all the instructions that I asked for...so I need to congratulate again the team ; this restaurant is now one of my favorites!!! Thank you and blessings!

My friend suggested this spot for our Friday lunch and I'm glad he did. Once you enter you can either order from a kiosk or person on register. I ordered at the register and when the tip screen came on, the person just skipped that screen for me which was interesting (I will bring cash next time, I really liked their service and the amount of food they gave me). The place is bright and has good amount of tables for dine in. I got the tadoori chicken Frankie roll ($14) and it was really flavorful and filling. They give you two sauces which went well with the Frankie roll. I was really full and thank goodness I didn't get fries because I would not have been able to finish it all. I am def coming back to try out the other Frankie rolls and I would highly recommend this place if you're hungry and in the mood for great tasting food. * Parking on premise * Fast service

My partner and I have gotten ads on Instagram and have been wanting to try it ever since but not sure if it was because we stopped by during a very cold winter day but we think the place and the food are slightly overhyped. The positives: - Quick and fast service! Including the option to order through a screen (if you prefer to go option) - Relative fast time for your order to be called. - Tasty and large chicken breast tenders! Crispy and seasoned fries. And lots of options on the menu for an affordable price from mango lasso, rice bowls, etc - If you order the chicken you don't have to ask for extra sauces our chicken tenders order automatically has 3 filled containers. - Super busy! The influx of clients coming in and out of this place in the early afternoon was impressive meaning how popular it is. Now for the negatives: - The food was good but that's not great IMO you can get the same if not better fried chicken at Roosters in Montclair. The chicken was not that hot and there's nothing worse than food served tepid. - Their sauce though tasty! It was way too sweet like tone it down with the sugar. - The business is so booming even in winter maybe it's time to expand! Every corner of that place was packed with people coming in to pick up orders there was barely any space to sit and for those waiting. Also too many loud obnoxious teenagers. Worth trying it out! But take it to go.

8/26/25 - We pre-gamed at a place that Andrew discovered called Fluffies Hot Chicken in Hackensack, NJ. It's the latest arrival of the current wave of chicken chains hitting the NJ area. Their specialty is Nasville Hot Chicken on a bed of Mac n cheese and it's really good. The chicken is juicy and crunchy with great flavor, some heat and delightful sauce drizzled on top. The Mac n cheese is the perfect counter balance to the heat but it's not a super flavorful variety. We also ordered a side of seasoned fries. I'm glad I tried a few fries first because once you eat the chicken, the powerful flavor makes the fries taste bland and they are anything but bland. I suspect you will see this place growing and popping up in area near your home or office. Overall Rating: B+

There was no way that vegetable roll was made that day let alone any sooner than two days before. It was so stale. It was hard as a rock. And I hadn't even heated it up. I cut into it right after I brought it home. It also tasted stale. I ended up throwing it away too. Broccoli Rabe roll was a tad better. It wasn't hard as a rock. But it wasn't fresh either. The fries are steak fries, which I don't typically love but it worked well as a vehicle for the pastrami. The corned beef is a bit dry. We had some pierogies but these were superrrr oily. We also ordered a matzoh ball soup because I've never had it before. But the second I saw them microwave it in a plastic container, I knew I had made a mistake. It was basically just a matzoh ball in very salty chicken bouillon water. I'm sad that was my first matzoh ball soup experience but am not deterred from finding a real one elsewhere. Based on my previous visit and this one, it seems like you should just stick to a classic pastrami sandwich. It's big enough to share between two people. Next time, I'd like to dine in and eat it fresh. The sandwiches also come with a bunch of pickles, which was nice. Tip #1 - there is a parking lot but because there are so many stores and it's next to Bratek Deli, it's a nightmare. It did also happen to be Good Friday, so maybe that made it worse? I don't remember it being that bad the first time around. Tip #2 - I called ahead to place my order but still had to wait 15 minutes extra after the quoted time. They prioritize walk-in customers, so you might as well just order in store.

We're so glad we did, because this hole in the wall turned out to be a diamond in the rough. With a nondescript exterior and limited signage, Foodies Diner is easy to miss. It's in an area with mainly houses and mixed use commercial buildings, but the space inside is cozy. I especially appreciated the way the owner greeted everyone who enters and thanked everyone who leaves with notable warmth and small-town friendliness. The menu reads like a true diner - with all-day breakfast and brunch options, as well as standard lunch fare. We ordered a Santa Fe salad and an L.A. burger - which comes with avocado, bacon, onion, lettuce, and tomatoes. The burger was pretty standard, but having it delivered on a warm brioche bun feels a little bit special. The accompanying fries were also great - crisp and potatoey on the inside. The salad, on the other hand, was a near triumph. Served on a large platter, there was a small field of well-seasoned chicken, shredded cheddar, vegetables, avocado, pico de gallo, and - best yet - some pieces of warm, toasted pita. I even sprinkled some pieces of bacon from my burger into this salad, and wow did that take it over the top. I dug into this salad with fair gusto and would absolutely come back for it...which is saying something, since I wouldn't expect to fall in love with a salad at a diner. Service was fantastic, and we were pleased with how reasonably priced our meal turned out to be. There's plenty of parking - either right out front or in the lot further back.
