Stumbled across this place using Apple Maps And it did not disappoint. At 9:30pm it had a steady stream of people coming in and out. We ordered the original chicken Sandwich and an off menu item, "half and half" recommended by cashier. It was a side of Mac and cheese and fries under chicken tenders. 11/18/23 Saw a new sign for Fluffies?! Did the comedian open a chain of restaurants? As a fan, I was surprised I hadn't heard about that LOL We couldn't decide what to eat so we stopped in. We were surprised that it was more Indian than Nashville Hot Chicken, lol But it was a good surprise as we love Indian cuisine. I can't do spicy like that, so I opted for the Tandoori Chicken Bowl. It's a small clean takeout restaurant and I must say the young lady with the reddish hair was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the chicken sandwich ($14) with pickles, etc. which was pretty good on a roll. However, it was dark looking meaning the oil was old. 1-10 scale 8.5 Next was a chicken sandwich on a biscuit ($12). I think they forgot to add another piece of chicken. It was a portion for a child. 1-10 scale 6 Next was large chicken wings ($11 for 6 pieces). They were bbq and Buffalo which were actually very good. 1-10 scale 9 Overall we liked the place because it was clean and could seat about 20 people. Would we go back? The store itself is pretty small, and doesn't look like anything much, but that shouldn't stop you from coming. We ordered at the counter and got our food quickly. We started with the poutine, which was so good. I was expecting more of a cheese curd type of situation, but this was still delicious. The fries weren't too soggy, and the chicken was still juicy and crispy. I got the signature chicken sandwich while my partner got the butter chicken bowl. I wasn't expecting this place to have a fusion style type of sauce but I LOVED it. Everything was delicious, and I was craving more that same night. I know how a nashville style would taste - having tried it in KFC few months back. KFC was a bit oily, but the taste was so good.. The only mistake i did was, i ordered "Blistering Hot" spice level.. I mean, food can be spicy.. no doubts.. but the spice should not overpower the taste of the food IMO... just to make it SPICCYYY, apart from the nashville sauce, they just sprayed red chilli powder (kind of spice) all over the tender ! although I can manage any kind of Spice, this one was IRRITATING, just because of the red chilli effect. You cant even wipe your face , as the spice in ur lips, can get into your eyes and cause serious irritation. If it was just the SPICYYYY sauce, i would have loved it, but all i smelt was red chilli powder and oil. was totally disappointed with the food. i also got burns in my stomach eating that spice. I've been wanting to try this new spot since I first drove by when it had just opened. It did not disappoint. Ordered the fried butter chicken sandwich, the butter chicken Frankie roll, and a mango lassi. The sandwich had a big piece of crispy chicken dunked in Indian butter sauce inside of a soft bun. Frankie roll was larger and had chunks of butter chicken, peppers, and sauce inside of a thin, freshly made naan and came with a creamy white sauce. The naan even had crispy edges around the top. We got mild heat which we enjoyed, but would try a medium spice level too. Both sandwiches were delicious and worth getting again, though I want to try some of the other menu items including the poutine, bowls and mac and cheese. The mango lassi was really good as well. I was having a holiday party for my staff and I decided to order food from fluffy's I've had it before and it was pretty good chicken I ordered the 80 wings +4 large fries and had it delivered-the wings came but no fries meanwhile I was waiting for my staff party toserve them. when I called they said that there's nothing they can do about it and there was no manager there I explained that it was for a party and they really didn't care. I asked them a manager returned my call and no one ever did. And the wings that we did get were not good at all they were supposed to be four different types of wings and none tasted any differently than the other it was hardly any sauce on them very very disappointed and really disappointed that my staff could not enjoy a nice holiday lunch. There aren't many hot chicken spots around here so of course we had to try this place out! We ordered 2 chicken sandwiches (one hot & one mild) and mac n cheese and fries on the side. Overall, everything was delicious and the service was very friendly. This place is still new so I'm sure they'll only get more delicious with time but I would say they could improve by making their spice levels more accurate or adding more levels (their 'hot' spice level was more like a medium in our opinion, I can't do super spicy and I could eat the hot one), but this is great news for people who are afraid to try because it might be too spicy! If you looove spicy go straight to the highest spice level for sure. It's also $12 for a sandwich by itself so of course I'm going to have high expectations. Fries in the Poutine were just average and there wasn't enough gravy. Mac & Cheese was also just mediocre with the Chicken piece being a little overcooked. Wrap used in Frankie Roll was tough and chewy. Quantity was quite good but I felt the overall quality was not worth 5 Stars.
