When our actual driver arrived, there was no food left to pick up. Instead of taking responsibility or trying to fix the situation, the restaurant blamed us and told us we would have to place ANOTHER order so they could get paid again. How is it the customer's responsibility when the restaurant handed the order to the wrong person? We asked to speak with a manager and were told there was no manager available. We asked them to contact Uber Eats, and they claimed they had no way to contact Uber either. Meanwhile, my wife is 9 months pregnant, we're waiting for our dinner, and instead of showing even a little understanding or trying to find a solution, they basically told us to pay again for their mistake. My friends each ordered the chicken soup with vegetables for appetizers. One friend had just the Symi shrimp as her meal; the soup had filled her up and she also took some home. Our other friend had the chicken shish.
