NJ has a lot of fast casual places. And most of them are okay in a pinch, but not something you'd "crave." Well, Juicy Platters has proven me wrong. I took out a big order sampling across every single category on the menu. And I genuinely regret not signing up for rewards on the spot. The falafel, the sauces...everything was legit. Man, they should expand to my town because they'd definitely become my go-to. read more

Platter is an incredible success story done right. It's amazing to see the journey from a small, humble operation to a modern, well-run chain without ever losing the soul of the food. The flavors are exactly what you expect from the best halal street carts, but elevated and consistent. The halal platters are packed, seasoned perfectly, and hit that nostalgic cart-style taste, while the wings are absolutely delicious crispy, flavorful, and always satisfying. What really stands out is how they've scaled while keeping quality front and center. Clean, modern space, fast service, and food that delivers every single time. This is how you grow a brand the right way. Highly recommended. read more

I'm a regular at Juicy Platter in Paramus and honestly it never disappoints. I pretty much get the same thing every time the chicken platter, double chicken, loaded with their sauces -- and it's always on point. The chicken is flavorful, cooked right, and the portions are solid. The sauces really make it, especially if you like a good mix of white and hot sauce. Fast, consistent, and exactly what you want every time you go. read more

Was in the area at a nearby mall. My daughter was willing to eat in their food court, I wasn't. Juicy Platters to the rescue! Not far from the mall. Clean, new, and bright fast casual restaurant. Easy ordering kiosk that was user friendly. Staff behind the counter were quick and also friendly. I ordered the rice based platter. Added extra meat and falafel, chickpeas, hummus, delicious white sauce and the scorching (to my palate at least) red sauce. Huge amount of food, I didn't even need to add the extra meat. (Wasn't mad that I did for the $3 up charge) I had the chicken and gyro mix, tender and flavorful. Rice was nicely cooked, flavors were enjoyable. White sauce added nicely to the dish, red sauce was a fun spice boost but it got my nose running. I look forward to returning! read more

Juicy Platters - Paramus - Juicy platter is filling and delicious! - Halal Near Me - Paramus, New Jersey

Excellent service, very clean eating area, and boldly flavored, fresh food. For a "fast food" place, they offer a personal touch, which feels rare these days. I've been to my share of halel food places but this place is a favorite. I'm smitten with their white sauce. It's so, so good. I got the chicken bowl with rice and loved it. I've been here before. The chicken is flavorful, fresh, good quality and the prices are very reasonable. The guy who runs the place is always welcoming and even offered me a bag to carry out my much-beloved white sauce that I was saving. It's not a fancy place, but there are enough tables and chairs that give you the feeling that you don't have to just order takeout. Also, I appreciate that they don't just have kiosk ordering. You can place your order with a person and ask about the menu. Someone is always willing to help you. read more

the afghan cava of New Jersey. Inside is brand new. You order at tab kiosk or order ahead in app. I'm assuming. Can also pay cash someone will take your order. Seating a bit tight. Food was good. The tiny issue I had was the constant chopping from the kitchen was so loud. It bothered me. Maybe get a buffalo chopper or something ?? Food had good spices. Good prices. I would repeat. read more

Halal food is always top notch and very delicious .. best fries from any fast food establishment hands down

Best Healthy Food, Top notch fast service and friendly. You can't go wrong with what you order

Fantastic food, but more importantly, fantastic and super-friendly staff! We visited this past Saturday evening and, at first, we actually couldn't find them. Their storefront is actually located under the big Nothing Bundt Cakes sign, however, you could easily miss them because there is actually no big sign indicating that they are there, but, fortunately, my eagle-eyed wife spotted the big J letter in the window. When we walked in, we were greeted by the staff and, let me just say, EVERYONE working there that evening was incredibly friendly, especially a gentleman (who I assume was the manager?). All of the employees engaged us with a smile and it was truly refreshing to see people actually enjoying their jobs! As for the menu? Super-duper simple and the concept is much like many assembly-line chain restaurants today, but with a Mediterranean, Halal twist to it. 1st - Choose a base - Platter, Salad, Pita or Wrap 2nd - Choose a protein - Falafel, Gyro, Chicken, Chicken/Gyro Mix 3rd - Add Toppings - There are 8 by my count 4th - Add Sauce - White Sauce and their Spicy AF Sauce That's it! Simple. My wife and I both ordered the Chicken/Gyro Platter with all of the toppings. Luckily we came with an appetite because the platters were HUGE!!!!! Like, you better be a hungry hippo huge! All of the ingredients were incredibly fresh and delicious. Everything was packed into the bowls very neatly and, to be honest, we probably could have split one because there was sooooo much food. Also, the interior was actually bigger than it looked from the outside. There were quite a few tables and some counter seats too. Definitely worth a visit and you can count us in for multiple future visits when we're craving halal. read more

I came in on a Wednesday around 8:30 PM and was immediately greeted with excellent customer service and kindness! I instantly noticed how clean and modern this juicy platters location is compared to nearby ones. It even has a self-ordering station which is handy if you don't want to order upfront or if the lines are long. The staff again was super friendly and helpful. They also made sure I had enough of the white sauce which is important haha! We ordered two chicken bowls, a side of fries, and a side of hummus with pita. The bowls were super filling and tasty. The fries are flavorful but my favorite side was the hummus. The hummus is so good - I wish they would give more pita with it but regardless I was very satisfied. As mentioned, this is a new location so they don't have a super clear sign pointing out their storefront but just know that it is next to Nothing Bundt Cakes in the plaza. It has tons of parking so you do not have to worry about that. Would definitely return. read more

Amazing service, very friendly staff, great food! I have no complaints and would recommend!

As the great Arnold Schwarzenegger eloquently once said, "I'll be back." For quick eats, this place was great! The food taste was great, and I left with a full belly. Thr combo platter is the way to go! I loved the outdoor seating area. Very clean. The real nice thing about it was the service. We were greeted by three guys behind the counter when we walked in. They were also very attentive and friendly. As an added bonus, this place is easy on the wallet when you consider what you're getting. read more

I stopped by for a quick meal and it did not disappoint. You order at a kiosk and the food comes out very quickly. The workers were helpful. There's a few tables inside but a lot of people take it to-go. I got the Mixed wrap with chicken and gyro meat. The meats were juicy and flavorful, and the veggies tasted fresh. I liked the addition of the pickled onions to add a bit of a sour note. The white sauce was not my favorite because I felt like it was lacking in flavor a bit. It mostly tasted like sour cream. The spicy sauce has a strong kick, but it was delicious. I would come again to try their other combinations. read more

I am going to keep this review VERY similar to my review of the Fair Lawn location as most of it is exactly the same. I love this place. Juicy Patters is the best platter you will find compared to the Halal carts in NYC on 53rd & 6th. To be honest, I think its even better. This place does not do lamb though. Its some kind of beef and chicken, but it is well seasoned, the rice is always delicious and its extremely enjoyable. If your looking for some late night munchies this is the place to go, they are open until 11pm i believe. The staff is always friendly, the food is awesome, this new location is convenient and i will definitely be a frequent customer. Keep it juicy read more

One of my favorite places in the area. Great value. Great taste. And very healthy options. Clean, consistent, polite workers. As much as I like the greasy soaked in sauce shawarma off a steaming cart in the City, this is a great alternative in Bergen County. read more

Parking lots with full spaces and it's located right next to nothing bundt cake. very convenient location and the service was great! The ambiance is very clean and well organized. Food was healthy and their white sauce is not to heavy well combination with the platter. Make sure you add full toppings! Their meats are well cooked. I would like to try their gyro next time. This a build-you-own platter, wrap, or salad Mediterranean restaurant. I first came here for a Yelp Elite event and it was go good that I've been back twice already. It's a small chain with 4 locations, this one offer of R17 is their newest. It's part of a small strip mall with lots of parking. You can order online ahead or via their tablets by the entrance. They are made to order and everything is very fresh. The portions are on the larger side and the staff is very welcoming. read more

Wow. I guess that review is too short. So make your own platter, pita, wrap or salad with a protein (or not), but I say yes to the chicken. The falafel was awesome and lightly seasoned. Plenty of sauces on the side. So I went Pita and the Mrs went with salad. Between the two lunches, that covers a lot of bases on the option list. Wow. Goood! Fast service. read more

We were greeted by the most friendliest staff. This newly open place is amazing. They even let us sample few items before ordering. We ordered the falafel pita, chicken wings with their signature sauce, hummus pita as a side, All excellent quantity. The falafels were so crunchy and fresh, you could tell they make it to order. It could have been spicier for my buds though. The chicken salad bowl came with kale (green blast) and it changed the entire chemistry of that bowl. The dressing and the kale was crunchy and an excellent addition to the bowl. The manager and the staff gave us a brief introduction of the place and I could tell they all looked happy. We shall return !! read more

Casual quick service. We stopped here for a Saturday quick lunch in Paramus. We're middle eastern food snobs, and Juicy Platters did not disappoint. Absosutly fantastic, amazing, delicious. All the things that words can't describe. Get yourself here immediately. I had the falafel platter with pickled onions and hummus as a topping. The falafel and rice were absolutely delicious. I drizzled on the white sauce which is also amazing. The service here is next level friendly and kind. Some of the nicest people I've ever met. The inside was really nice and clean. We did take out, but I would also like to eat indoors one day. I would totally be back to either this location, or one of the four others max. I am thrilled with this Juicy Platters location opening! We went for the first time and absolutely loved it. Food: The food was outstanding. Both my husband and I ordered the falafel platter. It came with falafel, rice, pickled onion, and hummus. We also got a piece of pita on top. Ambience: This place is really nice! It is brand new and nice and clean. I liked the vibrant colors and how modern it felt. Service: Though the food was really great, the service was even better. We met the owner of this spot and he was so kind.
