Just came here to pick up liver and onions! That appears to be what I eat when I'm in starvation mode. I thought I would die waiting for it, though it came out pretty quickly. For under ten bucks I got myself dinner and lunch for the next day. YAY! Though I can make the liver and onions better myself, this is a good option because it's so close to me. The liver came out pretty tender, unlike other places where it has been rock hard (blegh). If you eat the liver by itself it is really bland. The key is to eat the liver with some onion EVERY bite. The meal came with green beans and tomatoes (though I don't personally care for this). Got it with mashed potatoes and butter, cornbread muffin, which came with fluffy soft whipped butter, and a bowl of clam chowder. Absolute worst service from the manger that I have EVER experienced. She called from the bottom up on the waiting list, and when we asked why, she barked at us that since we didn't mark whether we wanted inside or outside (because we didn't care) she wasn't going to take the time to ask us what we wanted. Decided to give this place another chance. Their food is good and portions are big but their service is really bad. We came in after 1pm and decided to sit at the counter we got our drinks from the bus boy quick but that is where it stopped. We sat there for about 15 minutes without any waitress giving us not even a smile, the place was not what I would say busy and only 3 tickets up on the kitchen which I could see from the counter. This was my first time here and it was very unclear whether I should seat myself or wait to be seated. The place was pretty full and I stood there waiting for about 5 minutes before someone finally came to seat me. I thought about sensing myself, but how would anyone know I was there if they didn't even acknowledge that I was standing there. I should have left. The service was very disappointing. I saw the server happily seating and attending others, but not my dad and I. I was super uncomfortable. I wasn't even halfway done with my meal when the server brought my check. It is absolutely disgusting that this establishment is open and operating at full capacity during Covid-19. Also ignoring the Governor's orders to close dine in establishments. Not surprising being that this place is in Chino and that this city thinks they are above everyone. Also when I called to speak to management about their continued operation not only did the employees not put me on hold or mute but left the line open so that I could hear the manager refuse to get on the phone or talk to me. Then when I called back a second time to ask for the names of the manager and Owner a lady in the background yelled "just hang up". I used to eat here but being that people's health is not their main concern and while everyone else is following rules they choose to ignore them. Shame on the owner, the managers and the staff! At least if you're going to break the rules practice the guidelines that are set in place for restaurants so that people don't possibly get sick. But I guess that's too much as well for such a "family" oriented establishment. There again is others are going here supporting them knowing this they're just as wrong and disturbed! I will be reporting all of Flo's locations to thE county and cdc because they are all doing dine in from the words of an employee that works at the Airport Flo's.
