Waffle combo with a side of biscuits & gravy

Jimminy Crickets you get a lot of bang for your buck! The portions aren't to be trifled with. And the dad's comin' off the waitresses lips will have you bantering for your life. Give this place a try, they are down home good cooking and they make you feel like you're a local even if it's your first time in. Restaurant has a lot of parking and the inside is fairly old but quaint.

Flo's 2 is comfort food. Nothing fancy, I did the beefeater and opted for onion rings. Coffee and water. Service was friendly. Check for specials on the board. Ambiance is not a thing here. There is a covered patio that was not in use on our visit. Inside it is all tables no booths. Staff had decorated for Valentine's Day. Prices are low portions are large.

What an amazing find! If you're like me and love finding and old school breakfast diner that serves country style food then you need to come check out Flo's No 2. The servings are large and the food tastes great. Warm and friendly staff, which is not always easy to find now days. Ready for an old school breakfast diner? Look no further!

Flo's was not crowded today. We waited less than 10 minutes. Normally this would have been between 30 minutes to an hour wait. Wife ordered the Flo's omelette. It is the same as a veggie omelette but with sausage. I ordered the country fried steak, egged over medium, crispy hash browns with biscuits and gravy. I wanted them separately because they normally add the biscuits and gravy on top of your hash browns. Food was great. I almost ate it all. The biscuits were moist and the gravy was delicious. The wife also loved her omelette. Service was also great. To be honest, I like going to the airport better just because of the ambience. But we will be back.

This is my fav breakfast spot. The food is spot on every time, they never disappoint. 10/10 stop in. The bacon here is the best. The proportions here are perfect. All the servers are nice and attentive all the time. This place has such a homey feeling inside.

Everything Omellete and the Pancake Breakfast with sausage links, hash browns and over easy eggs.

Ask the Community - Flo's No 2

Is this location dog friendly?

Hi Liz. During the cooler weather, only service dogs are permitted indoors. During the warmer weather, we allow all dogs on the patio. I hope this answers your question.

Is this restaurant affiliated with the old Flo's breakfast restaurant in Mira Loma back in the day?

No LoriandChris G. If you mean Flo's Farmhouse Cafe on Van Buren Blvd, we did own it until the early 2000s but sold it. We do not know of another Flo's in the Mira Loma area.

I met up with a friend at Wara Cafe and we had the best time sipping on our Shrek Lattes and eating their Croffles. We ordered the Shrek Latte (Hot) and Shrek Latte (Cold) as our drinks, and both got the Croffle w/ Mixed Berries, Fresh Whipped Cream, Hazelnut Drizzle, and because it was the weekend and my stomach begs for brunch food, I also got their Classic Breakfast which comes with 2 eggs, 2 bacon, side of toast, and salad. Let me tell you and stop you right in your tracks if you're looking at other things on their menu. Their Croffle is top of the line, the best croffle invention I have ever had, and gave me another reason to exist and enjoy life, just so I can eat their Croffles. If you are wondering what it is, it's like a dessert fusion breakfast item in between a croissant and a waffle pressed in a waffle iron. This makes an airy, buttery, crunchy, waffle bite, and it's got me drooling as I am typing this hungry. They pair it here with mixed berries, and their house-made fresh whipped cream. The whipped cream is another story I need to say, because I originally thought it was too much since its a size of an ice cream scoop, but I finished the whole thing and enjoyed every bite of it since it is also one of the best fresh whipped creams I have had. Just get the croffle, OK? 100% gauranteed you will love it and thank me later, please. Also, if I may convince you of another thing. If you love matcha and cinnamon, it is no doubt you will love their Shrek Latte. I read "Matcha, brown sugar, and cinnamon, as their description, and I was immediately sold. Sign me up for another Shrek Latte please, and I'll change my name to Fiona. I absolutely loved it and would order again. The staff here are also beyond friendly, and genuinely sweet. They checked on my friend and I every now and then and made sure we were taken care of. They are all so beautiful, and have such great smiles. I can see why the wait line was so long! I would come back every weekend if I were closer to Wara Cafe, but it just gives me more reason to bring another friend along and make the trip out here. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. My friend and I left with full tummies and a big smile. Thank you!

When I walked away, the barista also made a comment about the decaf drink that came across irritated. My friend had ordered a decaf beverage as well around the same time. While I was trying to focus on some work, one of the employees from the counter sat with a friend near the cashier area and they were speaking very loudly. Their conversation included comments about someone being Asian and arguing about whether someone was Black. It felt uncomfortable and unprofessional to overhear that kind of conversation while sitting in the shop. I hope the staff receive some basic customer service and professionalism training, as the atmosphere made it difficult to enjoy the space.

A Fabulous (and Filling!) Mother's Day Brunch!…read more Came here on a Saturday with my daughter and grandchildren for an early Mother's Day brunch, and it did not disappoint! The Violet Rooster is a fantastic little brunch spot with unique, charming decor and seriously generous portions. PRO TIP: Reservations are highly recommended through Yelp! It is not a very large restaurant, so if you don't book ahead, expect to wait about 30 to 40 minutes for a table (which is exactly what we waited). Because of the cozy size, it's also probably not the best spot for big parties of more than 8 people. They do have both indoor seating and an outdoor patio option. Once we were seated, our server was incredibly friendly and attentive throughout the meal. We started with drinks--a Violet's Secret Mimosa and a Paloma--both were refreshing and well-made. For food, we ordered a bit of everything: Feta Me Betta: Egg whites scrambled with spinach, mushrooms, red bell pepper, turkey sausage, feta, and everything spice. It came with homestyle potatoes, fresh salsa, and a piece of sourdough. It was packed with flavor! Traditional Eggs Benedict: Canadian bacon with a perfect traditional hollandaise sauce that my daughter loved. Happy Hendrix Pancake: A super fluffy buttermilk pancake with a smiley face made out of fresh fruit and confetti sprinkles. It was an absolute hit with my granddaughter! All in all, a wonderful experience. The portions are huge--we definitely couldn't finish everything and happily took leftovers home. As a bonus, the bathrooms were clean and well-maintained. Just keep in mind that the parking lot is on the smaller side, so give yourself a few extra minutes to find a spot. We will definitely be back!

I was pleasantly surprised when Brandon kindly answered the phone and let me know they would be open for regular business hours. Upon arriving, the place is super cozy and clean. It smelled of fresh coffee beans and delish food. They had a small area towards the far corner with board games and toys for the little ones which is INCREDIBLE. My toddler loved this corner and I appreciate that this business acknowledges their customers might have their little ones with them at coffee shops sometimes and it's a nice touch to have something available for them as well. Brandon was extremely patient and helpful when my family and myself were trying to determine what we would order. I fell under the impression this is a family ran business and I can tell they truly care about their customers. The food was incredible. I ordered the 1st bagel on their menu; it had avocado, bacon, egg, and tomato but I prefer no tomato. The food was fresh, hot, and delicious! I also ordered a hot vanilla latte (I am more of an iced coffee kind of person) and I'm glad I had it hot... the latte was extremely yummy but also strong! It kept me pushing through the day! Overall, super pleased with everything 10/10 and I will definitely be coming back and recommending this business to as many people as I can!

They have all the condiments you need for your breakfast: ketchup, tobasco, jam, butter, etc. Very cute place inside with nice tables, spaced out and very cozy. Outside seating as well. I can tell this is a Christian owned business. Closed on Sundays and their music is worship instrumental. I knew all the songs! May the Lord continue to bless this business with His power and Presence. Will definitely be back!
